This hotel was beautiful. There were lovely views from it of the mountains. The rooms excellent. There were bath robes and slippers. The spa area was very nice. This was included in your stay. There was a great choice for breakfast. The bar area was very nice and a lovely place to sit and relax with a drink. All the staff were so helpful.

We are really pleased with our stay at Hotel Kreuz Post. Location is perfect, next to the train station in the middle of Grindlewald with a stunning view over the mountains. The breakfast is good with a wide assortment of high quality. But the best is the staff, helpful and authentic.

The room was very comfortable and clean, Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant was outstanding. The location was incredible -- you are right by the train station and in the middle of all the action. Can't say enough good things about Hotel Kreuz & Post. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great location next to train and bus station and at the start of the main strip. The saunas were great and the relaxation area was easy to go to the rooftop view. Morning breakfast was very good with lots of options
