From the moment you walk in, you can tell this hotel is care for. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was open and useable (we have several places we've stay have pool down for various reasons), breakfast was great and we love that the hotel is located away from the main hubbub. We plan to stay here often as we can.

the pool and hot tub was closed. dont know why. i wish that you would post this on your site when they are closed. i do enjoy the pool and hot tubs and thats why i stayed there. if i would of known it was closed i would not of booked here. breakfast was ok.

Mirror in room was hung sticking over the corner and clearly not straight but stuck to wall. Back of bathroom.door was peeling up. Beds were comfortable. Elevators worked well. Breakfast was good and standard continental offerings. Fitness center was warmer than hall which was uncomfortable.

Gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Room ac was set on 60 degrees and was freezing when we arrived. The pool area was cold and the water was so cold that I couldn’t get in with my gr son and partner. It was a good thing that we took room towels down because there was only 1 towel in the pool area. The hallway and the elevators needed vacuumed. We stayed here a couple years ago and while we didn’t use the pool that time we remember it being much nicer. The staff was nice and the room was clean. With it being in a convenient area we probably will stay again. Hopefully they will take our criticism and correct the issues.

This hotel is not what it shows on the internet. When I first checked it, I was put in a room that either someone had smoked in or pets was there was also mold in the room. I asked them to move me to another room because my allergies instantly were killing me. The young man at the front desk told me to go back to the room and said he would come check the room. I had gotten food on my way to the hotel. So when the man walks in, he says it just smells like food. it's fine. I told him I couldn't stay in the room and that I would be here for a week, so he said he would check and come back and let me know. He finally comes back and moves me to a different room. It was better but needed to be vacuumed and mopped. A couple of days later, no one had cleaned the room yet, so I called front desk and asked about the cleaning she said she would put a note in computer for them to clean. They came in a took trash out and left towels but never cleaned or changed my sheets all week. This hotel looks great in the lobby but needs major repair. Mold ...major stains on carpet I picked this hotel first because of the Wingate name but pictures on line are deceiving. It wont let me upload the photos.

We stayed at this hotel for my niece’s wedding and all of our rooms that my family had were dirty and disgusting. My room alone had toilet paper shoved in the people that was left the tub had brown streaks and dirt in it and when turning on the water, it started to raise and fill because it was so clogged. There was dust on the tables and mold in the AC unit that we were not aware of until the next morning. One of our other rooms that we had wasn’t cleaned at all and had they had to be put into a different room that wasn’t much better. Another room we had to fix the toilet seat because it was almost falling off and the TV wouldn’t work. I will never ever stay here again nor will any of my family members. Extremely disappointing for the money that was paid for one night.

The hotel was not clean at all. We were there for three days and there was trash sitting on the table in front of the elevator on the third floor the entire time. The floors had not been vacuumed in the hallways and the walls in the elevator obviously had not been wiped down in quite a while with handprints and what looked like slobber all over them. Outside by the cigarette ashtray was a towel on the ground the entire time we were there, right in front of the front entrance way. We also found a roach in our room by the coffee maker, needless to say we did not use it. The hot tub was disgusting with some kind of film and debris in the water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were helpful and friendly was the only decent thing about my stay. My room smelled awful. The rug was stained and had not been vacuumed. The shower had leftover body wash on the wall. There was tape residue on the dresser and hair was stuck to it. There was hair stuck to the bottom of the outside of the bathtub and a random noise would come and go. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was not a good experience at this hotel. I am not sure how they rate 8/10.

The shower drain needed to be cleaned so when you take a shower the water builds up slowly and it feels gross. I had to wash my feet separately after the shower. Also the TV did not really work and was ok since it was late but still an annoyance.

The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The WiFi connectivity is poor. Every day, sometimes more than once, you have to reconnect and it’s not immediate. Housekeeping only left new towels in the bathroom, only emptied the trash once the whole 6 day stay, didn’t even make the beds. Discovered a dirty area on the bathroom door on our last day. Gross.

There was a weird smell in the room and the walls are very thin to the point of being able to hear just about everything going on in the hallway outside the room. The bathroom door was also not seated properly, so it would not latch and had to be wedged shut.

This was the worst hotel stay in the past 30 years traveling all over US and international . I was awakened at 3:30a by people disturbing quiet hours (yelling, banging on walls, jumping ) contacted front desk 3 times over an hour asking for them to intervene- nothing . Next day I asked to have my room switched ; said they were moving other people / blatantly lied to customer and next night kept awake again . Went to front desk and asked to be moved , refused while checking others in then said they contacted manager who threatened to call police on me and would not refund my Money . Worst hotel staff ever … awful reflection on Wyndham hotels . Their staff should be mandated to customer service training and be monitored before they lose more business . DO NOT stay here . Plenty of other choices !

We weren’t there but two nights over Thanksgiving so not a very long time. Everything was great. I would have been perfect if there had been a hot tub by the pool to soak our travel weary bodies. Other than that, we had an excellent stay especially for the reasonable price!

The location is good, close to I-70. Staff was very polite and competent. My room was perfect with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower, and no noise to bother me. Linens and towels--perfect. I left very early, well before breakfast. Highly recommended

Easy to get shuttle service from the airport. Desk staff was friendly. Room was ready early and appeared clean. Great restaurant was an easy half-mile walk on lit sidewalk. Accessible bathroom met my needs with shower seat, handheld spray, and grab bars. Bed was super comfy. Carpet was worn, torn near the desk chair, but looked vacuumed, Stains on the decorative bedcover looked like old blood. Red stains on desk lampshade were a bit concerning. Shower curtain concealed old dirty washcloth from previous customer. Pool was open. Some age and rust showed in the pool area. Nice breakfast room and breakfast included. Despite some signs of aging, we enjoyed our night on the super comfy bed and had no complaints. Would stay again.

Had a great stay at this property. The location, overall cleanliness, room condition and the complimentary breakfast were all fine with nothing to complain about. However what impressed me in particular was the friendliness of the manager at the front desk. Not only did she allow me an early checkin - the room was available - but the few moments of friendly conversation really made my day. Customer service like this will win you a lot of loyal customers!

This is a very used older property with snags/rips in carpet and older looking tubs with chips in paint, etc. Most areas were fairly clean but the bathrooms off the lobby were absolutely horrible. It looked like they had not been cleaned in months. Upon arrival we discovered our toilet leaking onto bathroom floor. They did give us another room. Our main issue was the level of noise permitted on our floor after quiet hours. When addressed with the man at front desk he said he would address but never did saying he checked on the floor but didn’t hear anything so he did nothing. Meanwhile there were people in hallway yelling, one even knocking at our door at 3 am. He told us to go ahead and knock on the door of the room where most of the noise was generating from and handle ourselves. There is no way a female guest should be told to do that simply for her safety. We will never stay here again.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the area seemed safe, only issue was how to get to the hotel at first but other than that it was a great experience. The hotel was near the highway and I couldn’t hear all the noise from the highway, there were shops and restaurants nearby and getting to downtown Indy was a breeze. We were there for the DCI contest and it was a great experience.

1-We paid for two queen beds and our room had two doubles. 2-The ventilation in the bathroom, and pool, was non-exsitent. 3- We went to breakfast at 8:30 on Friday since they stopped serving at 9. They were out of eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes. Took them 15 minutes to refresh after being informed. 4-Worst of all, a staff member asked us to 'control your kids'. It was 7 p.m. on a Friday night and our room was above the office. They were getting pajamas on.

Very nice hotel for the price you pay. Staff was friendly, our room was cleaned well, could use some updating but well maintained and most of the lobby and such seems updated. The pool was nice although a little cold. It’s definitely worth the price you pay which for us was great for a one night family stay. The breakfast was GREAT! Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay was fine, the room was clean, water hot. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, our first morning it was being cleaned up at 9:05am when we were told it was until 9:30. We got down there at about 8:50 so there was nothing fresh put out, only what food was left to be scraped from the bottom of the pans. The staff was nice and helpful. We would stay again despite the food.
