Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Airport

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I brought my fiancée here while we were in town for an event, and I was genuinely embarrassed that this was the level of hospitality we encountered. The room had multiple issues the TV did not work, and the outlets near the sink were completely nonfunctional. These are basic amenities that should be checked and addressed before any guest arrives. What made the experience even worse was the service. The staff treated us like numbers rather than guests and showed little to no empathy when we raised our concerns. There was no sense of urgency or effort to resolve the issues. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this property and will not be staying at any of their locations again.

Most of the staff didn't speak English, the owner tried to say that the federal government confiscated all their cribs. The powdered eggs were terrible the rest of breakfast was passable. Had no water on the third floor for an hour and split our rooms on complete opposite sides of the hotel. Will never go back here again!

Great breakfast. The rooms were clean and up-to-date on repairs.

Upon check in at 3pm. The front desk was unmanned but had a bell to ring., after having to ring the bell 3-4 times and standing there for roughly 10 mins the wonderful person working the front desk appeared with a attitude as if we were disturbing her. She continued with her phone call on her air pods speaking to this person in Spanish as she hesitantly checked us in. We were there for a concert. Upon arriving back to the hotel after the concert there was no parking available on their lot what so ever.

I only have one negative thing to say. If you are a late check-in say later than 11 you will find no parking. there’s a restaurant that’s right next to it. Apparently, the hotel management owns that restaurant and you have to park in that parking lot as overflow. I had to park there both nights. Very nice pleasant property. This was a two night stay for me. The breakfast is actually very decent. Swimming pool is perfect smaller side hot tub is potentially converted into a fountain.
