Upon arrival customer service representative was doing laundry. Waited time before another guest told us she was in the laundry room. We realized your under construction, electronics not plugged in the room and construction dust everywhere. Sheets dirty. Had false eyelashes stuck on the sheets!!! More than gross!!!! Very poor experience. Don’t feel enough staff on duty. Consider shutting down during the construction stage. Would not recommend your company. Thank you.

Check in was easy. We brought a pet and they gave us a special little magnet for the door informing that there was a pet inside the room in the event of an emergency. That was nice. The area around the facility had plenty of space to walk the dog. If we needed anything, the front desk staff was very accommodating. It was a pretty pleasant experience overall.

This is a very nasty hotel, dirty, hair in towels and fridge, shower nob fell off. Took a while to get hot water and no pressure. Beds were not where they were pictured on website. No descent breakfast (no milk, juice or water, just coffee and one container of creamer. No ice machine, vending machines only on 1st floor. When entering it smelled like dead skunk. Would not recommend this place at all.

Breakfast was “grab and go” consisting of oatmeal packets and pre packaged muffins with coffee. It does not appear they move the beds to sweep under them regularly. The floor in the room was black when wiped with a wet paper towel after a small spill. The grills outside were rotted out and did not work. They have a “trash room” on each floor which is a small 6x3 room with zero ventilation that you are responsible for taking your trash bags into…it reeeeeks and easily stinks up each floor. It is an extended stay so people live there full time, they cook nightly and there are a lot of different smells. The staff were friendly and helpful when you asked for something. There is no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days, or pay a cleaning fee. You must ask for your own towels, trash bags, linens etc when you need new ones. Outside there were people in bushes at random hours and one morning early there were two men in a bush screaming and fighting outside the hotel.

The elevator was broken, the rooms smelled bad, and a friend had cockroaches in their room. The online description claims breakfast is included...only things they had were Instant Oatmeal packets and granola bars, with a coffee machine. No eggs or protein. No juice. Basically, no breakfast. We would have stayed elsewhere if they had been honest about the breakfast choices, or lack thereof. The location was convenient - but that's the only good quality to mention. No convenience stores nearby. Very disappointing!

The hotel is remodeling. There is no notice of that on the booking and that whole hotel smelled like glue, which made me sick for the next two days.

The women that work at the front desk are super nice and friendly. The hotel itself does provide a refrigerator with freezer and stove so that’s pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. Ridiculously overpriced and expensive for everything else. Sometimes hard to park cause the parking lot is too small for the amount of people that regularly stay here. The Tiffany Springs area is convenient enough to shop near Zona Rosa and get back to airport if need be, but for the money they charge here at least put out some cold cereal or eggs and bacon. SOMETHING!!! Microwaveable oatmeal packets and granola bars for breakfast when you’re like a couple dollars cheaper than a Hilton or Embassy Suites is wild!

This is your basic economy hotel. No usb hookup to charge phones. Outdated appliances. No continental breakfast. It was raining when I arrived and when I left. Unfortunately the concrete walkway comes to an abrupt muddy end.

Do not recommend this place at all. Went to our room door was open had to slam it to get it to close. Countertop falling apart room was extremely dirty, no hot water to take a shower( and after sleeping there you definitely need a shower). Rooms smelled so slept with the window open and had to listen to a bunch of crack heads hooping and hollering outside. Would have felt safer sleeping in my car.

the room had bed bugs. they weren't trying to switch my room after showing them my body has 20 bright red spots from the night before. checked the room seen the blood on the bed from my body and said nothing was wrong. said management would come check in the morning. showed her the bugs that were biting me after searching the entire bed plus the springs.n ew room matters was bloody as well. waste of money didn’t even stay my whole time and had to sleep in my car

The workers were nice, but upon arrival my room was occupied and I was given a different room that smelled a little like mildew due to the shower head leaking nonstop throughout my stay. There were no other rooms available and on the first night a fire started which resulted in everyone evacuating the property until firefighters came to assess the situation. The water would also not get hot which was kind of the cherry on top. Nevertheless the workers were actually really nice which made the experience slightly more tolerable.

When I was minutes from the hotel, they called and told me my reservation was cancelled. A short time later they called back and said a room was available. The room smelled very strongly of mold. The entire place smelled moldy.

Our room was dirty. The floor was not clean. There was a feminine hygiene wrapper under the bed. The sheets did not appear to be clean. This is a non smoking property but there was a smoke smell. I also found a live ant in my bed. All of this said, I kinda understand you get what you pay for. What really made me upset was when my son went to the front desk clerk and asked for an extra pillow he was told he couldn't have one. Really? I was dumbfounded. We paid $122 for a discusting room and we couldn't borrow an extra pillow? What a joke. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL!

The worst experience of my life. The room was not ready. When we asked to have the dishes delivered to our room for our kitchen AS PER THEIR IN ROOM AD they said I had to go down and carry them up myself, I can’t do that I have lift restrictions. We could not make food in our kitchen because of this. The room was no where near clean we refused to even eat in the room it was so gross we got takeout and ate in our car. Shortly after arriving my grandkids ended up pulling out a moldy bloody bandage from right under the bed where his shoe was. When I called down to the desk to request the room be re-cleaned three calls no answers! I had to order ice be delivered because the ice maker was turned off before we arrived and we had no ice. I cannot begin to tell you how horrible this stay was for us!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Should have brought my own pillows, as the property's pillows were thin and uncomfortable. But if that is the worst I can say, then it wasn't too bad.

Queen beds faced each outher toe to toe as well as one has a big dip in it that rolls to the right felt like i was going to fall out of bed, light flickerd on and off next to the bed was hot in the room as seemed like the ac didn't kick on as it should then get really cold and then hot

The room reeked of carpet deodorizer. We didn't have hot water the night and morning we arrived. The wall was damaged between the toilet and the bathtub. The island between kitchen and living space was bowed downward. No lighting in the living space. Aside from the foldout couch the only other place to sit was a rolling desk chair at the island. Breakfast provided was: Coffee, Oat Meal, Packaged Muffins, Breakfast Bars.

The lamp in room was difficult to shut off..there was no drinking cups left in room to take pills or brush your teeth. The phone did not work to call front desk and the loud noises in the floor above did not stop til 11 pm. I would not choose to stay here again .

The breakfast is cheapy and meager. I had my identity stolen here over their WiFi. Will NEVER go back. Front desk is friendly but will literally nickel and dime you for every little thing so beware. I did enjoy the floor plan of the type of suite. Located far-off by the airport so not exactly an ideal spot.

This was always a great hotel to stay at, but this time, the front desk person, her name was Rin, was absolutely rude. She denied checking me in saying that the paper copy of my driver's license that I received directly from the license bureau was not sufficient for checking in because she couldn't get it to scan properly. I told her that I had just gone to renew my license and that was what the license bureau gave me until I received my actual card in the mail. She told me that unfortunately her manager did not care and that she was unable to check me in or refund my money. Then when I asked to speak with her manager, she said that I was not able to do that until the next afternoon.

I thought the price point was good but I did not like the service there. When you arrive there is never anyone at the front desk! I had to wait a couple minutes for someone to come out and help me. Then when I was checking out I literally had to go find a maid to get me someone, front desk associate. You should have a bell or something you can ring when they are not up there. Also there was hair in our bed. The breakfast was ridiculous I thought it would be a lot better breakfast. And the front door should have a handicap button to open the door for handicap people.

This property was a little run down in places, but overall clean and very functional. It was a great value! (The price was low). Most importantly, the staff were WONDERFUL. Friendly, attentive, and helpful. I thought they really did a great job!

Heaven help you if you have a delayed flight that lands after hours (i. e. midnight). This hotel is listed as a 24 hour open location. I had a booking but because of a late plane I didn’t get in until almost 2:00 AM. I was told I could not stay because a “audit” had cleared my reservation out, and I could not check in until 3 that afternoon, which did me no good, because I was headed back out that night. I had to check in to a very old, gross motel room at 3:00 AM. I should not have had to go elsewhere, especially when my room I reserved and paid for would have been available two hours prior. I cannot be the only person ever to have had a flight come in late. Expedia checked with the hotel to see if my money could base refunded and it was initially refused. I ended up calling the main corporate number and explained the situation and thankfully my payment was refunded. I’m happy that I was taken care of, but the experience I had at that location was so shockingly abysmal that I won’t ever try that location again.

I checked in on 4/30/25 it was not what I reserved yes I reserve stand 2 queens with walk in shower because I had a family member with ADA that wouldn't be able to get in tub anyway I called front desk spoke with Abby she told me to contact expedia so I did I told expedia I was unhappy with room they contact front desk 25 minutes later front desk staff member Abby said I talk with my Boss and she said since I contacted expedia and I wasn't happy with room I needed to leave and she would refund money and I had until 930 pm to check out if not police would be called so I called expedia at 8:26 pm central time so im at front desk checking out at 8:55pm I hear staff member Abby on phone with police sayiny im refusing to leave and im getting aggressive with her. Management is very Shady and the way the billing is done here is so wrong and shady. They bill unlike any other hotel even same name hotels we’ve stayed at. They over bill. They call your character into question just to make themselves feel better. We will not ever stay there again.

The elevator was broken, the rooms smelled bad, and a friend had cockroaches in their room. The online description claims breakfast is included...only things they had were Instant Oatmeal packets and granola bars, with a coffee machine. No eggs or protein. No juice. Basically, no breakfast. We would have stayed elsewhere if they had been honest about the breakfast choices, or lack thereof. The location was convenient - but that's the only good quality to mention. No convenience stores nearby. Very disappointing!

It was fine for a 1 night stay. The decor is outdated, carpet didn’t make me feel it was clean and I would stay at neighboring properties before I would stay here again. Having said that, it was fair for the $$.

The women that work at the front desk are super nice and friendly. The hotel itself does provide a refrigerator with freezer and stove so that’s pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. Ridiculously overpriced and expensive for everything else. Sometimes hard to park cause the parking lot is too small for the amount of people that regularly stay here. The Tiffany Springs area is convenient enough to shop near Zona Rosa and get back to airport if need be, but for the money they charge here at least put out some cold cereal or eggs and bacon. SOMETHING!!! Microwaveable oatmeal packets and granola bars for breakfast when you’re like a couple dollars cheaper than a Hilton or Embassy Suites is wild!

This is your basic economy hotel. No usb hookup to charge phones. Outdated appliances. No continental breakfast. It was raining when I arrived and when I left. Unfortunately the concrete walkway comes to an abrupt muddy end.

Breakfast was “grab and go” consisting of oatmeal packets and pre packaged muffins with coffee. It does not appear they move the beds to sweep under them regularly. The floor in the room was black when wiped with a wet paper towel after a small spill. The grills outside were rotted out and did not work. They have a “trash room” on each floor which is a small 6x3 room with zero ventilation that you are responsible for taking your trash bags into…it reeeeeks and easily stinks up each floor. It is an extended stay so people live there full time, they cook nightly and there are a lot of different smells. The staff were friendly and helpful when you asked for something. There is no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days, or pay a cleaning fee. You must ask for your own towels, trash bags, linens etc when you need new ones. Outside there were people in bushes at random hours and one morning early there were two men in a bush screaming and fighting outside the hotel.

Room was okay. Toilet did not flush well. Also stained, probably permanently. Clean enough, but the sheets looked stain with an ink pen. Didn’t catch it until the middle of the night. Also there was only three pillows on the bed. Obviously two people were sleeping in the bed. Also the continental breakfast only had hot coffee. No other drink choices and just prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal packs. The worst continental breakfast I have ever had. Staff were definitely friendly.
