We had to clean the tub before we could use it. The elevators were out so moving up to a higher floor would have been tough since we had already unpacked. We are in our 60’s do it was tough enough getting to where we were. The pillows were way too soft. I slept with three when I usually sleep with one. Breakfast was cold. Biscuits were on a covered plate and not kept warm. No microwave in breakfast area to heat them. Only friendly employe was the guy that checked us in.

Great Hotel. Pet friendly. Gym with dumbells and an adjustable bench which was great. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. This was an excellent stop on our family trip. Friendly staff at front desk. It was right across from a Harley dealer which was really cool. I picked up a shirt and chip before we hit the road.

Aaron was extremely pleasant and friendly at check in. There was another clerk working with him (I forgot his name) but he was also very courteous, addressed me as soon as I walked in, welcoming me to the hotel. Both gentlemen were informative about amenities and times of available services, knowledgeable of the area and layout of property and made themselves available if we needed anything. The bed was quite comfortable, room was clean, all appliances in good working order and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!!! If we travel this away again in the future, this will certainly be our place of choice to stay!

The two ladies working the front desk were fantastic. First impressions are everything and they are the perfect fit to great guest and especially that night. Many people (not me) had been stuck in traffic for four hours and had to deal with short tempers and they did it exceedingly well.

After 10 hours of driving, I arrived to find that they cancelled my reservation!! Because it was college move-in weekend, most other hotels were booked and theirs was completely full. They did nothing to help me find another reservation elsewhere and Expedia DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY THAT I PREPAID!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!

We were there just for one night during our travels...and this place was the best hotel we have stayed at...EVER! Clean...quiet...friendly...great location...great service! The little breakfast was really unexpectedly good as well. If my family should ever do the same trip...we will definitely plan on staying overnight here again!

Our ac went out at our house we had to get a room. Chose the hampton inn bc it was close to home. The ac in the room was on and heavenly. The best continental breakfast ever and the bed was so comforting. We highly appreciate the hampton Tuscaloosa Hotel and the amazing service
