Everything was great except when we checked out on Saturday & Sunday there were no luggage racks. I noticed when we checked in on Friday, there were only two for the whole building. Several of us staying there had to make several trips carrying everything. We have been staying here for the last 4 1/2 years while our daughter attended Bama. You need more luggage racks, especially during the busy back to school & all school year.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel was quiet and convenient. The bathroom in our room could have used a bit more attention -- shower needed a deep clean and there were hairs on the floor. But otherwise the room seemed clean. The pool was not very clean, we had to net it out before swimming. Breakfast items seemed scarce in supply. We have stayed at this hotel before and the experience was good, it just needs a bit more attention to detail.

The hotel was easy to reach...right off the interstate. Jennifer was very friendly and suggested the Mexican restaurant right across the street for dinner...translated The Blue Tequila. Food was so good & plentiful. The hotel was modern and clean. Coffee was always fresh and hot, made in a elaborate touchscreen coffee maker with the beans on top.

Friendly staff, CLEAN room, great breakfast, the bed was AMAZING!!! The gym was basic with weights up to 50 lbs, and the cadio equipment was relatively new. I would recommend this hotel.

Most of the staff was very friendly! The rooms and the hotel lobby was very clean! Lots of amenities! Pool, workout room, huge complementary breakfast! Even had free gifts for people going to the Alabama game! We had a blast and enjoyed our stay!

Expectations were good. Motel is a Holiday Inn. Checking went ok. Got to the room and noticed the floor was wet. We were leaving foot prints on the tile. Daughter sat on the bed and said hey it feels wet. I was like nah, just humidity even though the ac was set at near Absolute Zero. Once we settled we could tell something was wrong. The air smelled musty and then noticed carpet was wet. We packed our stuff and left. We spent $400 for nothing. No refund.

Pair of men’s underwear left in room. Bathroom floor had long black hair around shower floor and a good bit of short black hair on the floor. Notified receptionist and she had it taken care of. Some trash left in the ice bucket. Not a real problem!!

Room had black mold, key cards had to be reset daily which was very inconvenient, toilet clearly had urine on the back side (not cleaned properly) and the room had low ventilation. The general condition of the rooms was not good.

Check-in was fantastic! The two gentlemen at the front desk were so helpful and friendly - the bedding was STILL DAMP and the shower curtain didn’t work and cause a large leak on the floor. Overall, pretty ok stay and things were clean at least.

The floors needed to be vacuumed and the first room we were checked into was not turned over so we returned to the front desk and informed the employee on duty. He was very embarrassed about this and immediately rectified the issue by do his due diligence and get us another room.

The location was so convenient to the interstate, yet quiet from road noise. Very nice room with incredibly comfortable beds, but the pillows were so thin and not great. The breakfast was ok, decently stocked. My only other critique is that the bathroom floor needed a good deep scrub. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice place. Just off the interstate but no road noise at all. Bed was good. Pillows were the usual marshmallow junk they put in hotel bedrooms but I want mine to be as firm as possible so that's a subjective opinion. Bedroom was very spacious. Overall a good experience.

I requested a room with a double bed and did not get it. Kids had to sleep on a pull out sofa. Not the hotel’s fault. Probably never using hotels.com ever again. There is no guarantee you will get the room that you book read the fine print !!!

Hotel is near several restaurants. Easy to access from the Interstate. The area is not crowded and is easy to get in and out of with vehicle. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall, an excellent choice.

Initial room I was placed in did not smell great and lacked a few items. But staff quickly accommodated I was very comfortable for my stay. The breakfast is great. Hope it doesn't change. Especially the skim milk option. Only thing was some food items needed to be inspected before putting them; for example the peanut butters were broken at the bottom exposing the contents and there was a skim mild carton that was spoiled despite being before the expiration date. Could be a fluke but may need to look at food storage processes.

This was absolutely the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was very busy, but you couldn't hear doors close, anyone talking, any traffic, any bathroom sounds or anyone's television! We are extremely impressed. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings included fruit, yogurt, and the best hot cinnamon rolls ever!
