Very disappointed that the jacuzzi and pool weren't available for use. Jacuzzi was cold and dirty. The pool was murky. Wall mounted thermostat didn't work. Had to lower the AC unit to 62° before it kicked on cold. Brought all this up to the manager and she stated that the maintenance man was on his way back with parts for the jacuzzi. This was 2 days after another guest complained about it not working. She said that he would check the pool as well to see if the filter was working properly. She also said that the AC unit or thermostat were responsible for the unit turning on. She didn't know which one would turn it on though. Was charged a fee for my pet. No problem. But what about a reimbursement for the amenities that weren't available to us. My grandson was bummed out that he couldn't swim. Another family was at the pool when we were there and they weren't using the pool either. Can't believe that a Radisson Hotel is operated this way. Won't return again.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Pool was freezing and unheated March 22, 2025. Jacuzzi was filthy and broken with exposed wires. Staff was nice.

Check in was not good, beds are hard, bar area for dinner had no A/C, last night we were there we went to pool to find out there was a pool light that was loose and and hanging in the pool and had been there since 10:30am that was supposedly fixed but had still fallen out into the pool. When front desk was told they said they would get maintenance out before the lights came on at night but that didn’t happen. They also didn’t think it was necessary to warm people about the light or close the pool which could have caused an incident that they didn’t seem to feel was something to be concerned about. The refrigerator in the rooms are “smart fridges” which never cooled the fridges down below 45 degrees and caused our food we purchased the night before for lunches the next day to be spoiled and not able to eat. The fridges do not work properly and should be replaced with normal mini fridges.

The place was dirty, the linings smells like they were not clean, the bathroom was dirty, the sink didn’t drain, same problem with the bathtub drain. It was a bad experience. I will never go back to that hotel again.

Do not recommend to stay in this place. Entire building has a really strong bad smell, even though the rooms seems recently renovated, my room was dirty and bathroom with pee stains. I was not able to sleep just because I was being alert as it was really unsafe. Pictures in the advertising are not the reality of this hotel. You are better off staying some where else.

Our hotel had pet hair, dander, dust and BLACK MOLD in our room. I was moved to a new room that was also not cleaned properly that had urine on the floor by the toilet, food stains on the sofa and paint on the floors. I requested and refund for the first night and provided photos and nothing was done. I should not have to pay to inhale BLACK MOLD. We booked this room to attend a Funeral, and when you are mourning the loss of a loved one, the cleanliness and itinerary of your hotel stay should not be a factor.

I had to go through 4 rooms to get one clean and working. First one the toilet seal was bad and sewage came out the side when you flushed. Second replacement room the bathtub had black stuff in it and the drain was clogged. (Have pic) Third room maintenance checked on and said it wasn't good. Forth and final room was okay. In 2 out of three rooms the outlets close to the door didn't work. It was built into the bed so couldn't set up CPAPs. Not a great stay.

The rooms were reasonably priced. of high standard and clean. But ther4 were problems elsewhere. The Wifi, at least in mh room was sporadic at best, but seemed okay in the lobby. The breakfast was among the poorest of any restaurant I have stayed at, limited choice and not particularly appetising. Some of the dining tables had chips out of them and the breakfast room not particularly attractive, Coffee watery and not that good. Fortunately there was a very good little Mexican restaurant across the street for our evening meal.

I booked a Room with a King Bed. There was no place to put my clothes from my suitcases because there was NO Dresser. Place was Just OK. Nothing Special. When I asked why the Room didn't have a Dresser she laughed and said " Yeah I heard that from other guests". Wow, not sure if I'll stay at one again. Maybe Management can make it good to me for the Inconvenience. We will see.

Check in was fast and easy! The room was huge. I got the executive King suite and a queen suite for the kids. We stayed so the kids can go swimming. The pool area was beautiful.

Upon checkin, I was advised housekeeping was every 3 days. I had service on my second morning, after first night. Nothing for the next four days. On my last morning, after 6 nights, i was asked if I needed towels. I advised them I would be leaving in 10 minutes. I even had to find a maid to get toilet paper. This is unacceptable for the price I paid. I wanted to use the hot tub, but it very dirty. The pool was fairly clean, but not heated.

The property, rooms and pool are what you’d expect at a Radisson. The Florence Blvd (south side) has traffic and a freight train that blows its horn as it goes thru town. We moved to an east facing room and it was awesome! The staff was very accommodating and helped resolve our issue. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Was highly disappointed that you charge $25.00 for an early check-in when the room was ready at the time. No offer to help bring luggage up. Having someone painting the exterior doorway with aerosol paint for hours was just awful. You could not sit in the lobby due to the fumes.

Decent place to stay. Good service except for the bar and grill. Food mediocre. Breakfast for 13.00 was inedible. The service was unprepared and rude. They would not allow me to take my food to the room.... I insisted they give me a takeout box .wow, they were unhappy but finally gave in. No excuses for this.

The hotel is older but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well! Very important considering it was 110 degrees. The bar and grill was very simple no frills but the burger and fish n chips we ordered was great (good diner style).

Overall a nice property, clean and comfortable. The area is very noisy, so bring some ear plugs specially if your room is facing west. Breakfast is only for 2 people so keep that in mind if traveling with family.

Room facing very noisy street, check in was easy & fast the desk was out of key sleeves so I had to remember my room number, breakfast was a complete joke, they were out of everything, when asked to replenish they said they were only 2 working and one couldn’t leave desk, they would try, nothing to drink at breakfast no coffee, no water, no juice, they said sorry. Definitely NOT up to Radisson standards.

The staff was amazing. The woman who checked me in was so friendly. When I got to my room, it was like a sauna. The air had not been turned on to pre-cool the room, so it was extremely hot and humid in this hundred degree August weather. I hate to be a bother so I called the front desk and she recommended moving the drapes out of the way which helped and eventually cooled, but I really have never been to a hotel that didn’t pre-cool a room in the summer in Arizona. She did offer to move me if the room did not cool down, but I didn’t want to bother with that and eventually it cooled. The property itself, and the room itself, are pretty rundown. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, HOWEVER, none of that decision is based on the staff because they were lovely. It was more just how rundown and overall just just crusty the hotel felt.
