This is way over priced for its value. They charged me $300 due to supply and demand it was an average facility. The pool isn’t heated so unusable during the winter. And the exercise room is small and very limited. TV didn’t work. Needs to be priced accordingly

This hotel allows long-term guests to cook in the lobby of the hotel. The night we stayed they were cooking fried seafood - the entire lobby and our room on the first floor was permeated with the obnoxious smell of the cooking food. When I asked the woman at the front desk to relocate me above the first floor, she told me that there were no other rooms available (even though there were only about 10 cars in the hotel parking lot when I arrived at 3:30pm) - it came across as she couldn't be bothered. Since this hotel caters to their long-term guests, it's obvious they do not care about the satisfaction of their short-term guests. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone, given the smells that permeated my room and how I was treated !!!

New construction (which is nice but a bit sterile). The breakfast is pretty decent standard hotel breakfast. Sadly, they have a lot of crappy plastic cutlery and cups. The gym is incredibly small without much equipment. There isn't much to do near the hotel, but a lot of people are there to visit local retirement communities.

We spent a weekend at Best Western Plus in Casa Grande and were delighted with our stay. The hotel is very new, very clean, and quite comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Next time we are in Casa Grande we will be sure to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the BW in Casa Grande AZ. The room was nice, breakfast good and parking great. A little noisy on the main road side and the noise from Texas Roadhouse. Get in the back and it would be great.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Every single employee greeted us with a "Good morning", a "Good evening" or "Can I help you with anything?". The property was as clean as any hotel or motel property we stayed in throughout our month long trip. The breakfast was outstanding, and it was very nice having an employee standing by asking if we needed anything else.

Our room was only cleaned the 1st day, and the last night of a 6 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels everyday, as well make our own bed.

Our booking was origionally for 1 night and we had to extend to 2 nights. Got the confirmation and paid for the extra room several days before the trip. When my husband went to check in they only showed 1 night. Even after validating that the reservation should've been for 2 nights all they would say is that Expedia had to fix the problem. It was late after a long day of travel and he had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. A company with good customer service would've checked him in and told him they would contact Expedia to reslove the issue instead just blowing him off. It makes it so I am very hesitant to use them in the future because they obviously aren't a company that will put the cusotmers first.
