I loved staying here and will again in the future. The grounds scenery was beautiful and well taken care of. I was speechless daily as I ate my breakfast. The hot tub is amazing after driving 12 hours to relax and soak in. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from and shopping for any needs forgotten at home. Staff was super friendly and willing to make the stay enjoyable, which it was. The dining in the breakfast room was easily enjoyed with other friendly guests. I absolutely loved my trip here. Walk the grounds and soak it in and take lots of photos!

Overall it suited what we needed it for, we were not looking for an all inclusive type hotel, just a safe place to sleep and shower. Like other travelers stated the room was a bit on the dated side and the carpet had drink stains. It really wouldn't take much to up do the rooms just a good detailed cleaning is all. We were more concered about the location and safe place to stay so that we could go see the Oakland A's game and this hotel was what we were looking for. They had EV Car charges which we used both nights, so that was a huge plus for us right there, they did offer a decent breakfast and good strong coffee so what more do you need. I read some other traveler wrote about the noise and Saturday night we heard what sounded like banging but it ended up being Fireworks nearby so not the Hotels fault and that was ok. Overall the staff always had a smile and no real complaints here. Our car was safe each night, we slept comfortable, other guests looked like families like us so it seemed very family friendly.

The hotel was okay. There seems to be no maintenance done on the place. All the pool lounging chairs are ripped but one. And the one that wasn't ripped had bird poop on it all weekend and was never cleaned off. All the other chairs had bird poop on them so you had to clean them before using. The room are quite dated, tub has rust and the tap leaks.

Nice location with clean rooms and a good standard. Though it could use some renovation the general condition is good and you also have pool and fitness included. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods like 3 sorts of cereal , pancakes, bagels, toast, fruit, jam, honey and peanut butter.

Checked in on the first night and had to switch rooms at 1:00am because there were ants crawling all over the furniture. The 2nd room also had ants and was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms were dirty and outdated and serious ant problem on the second floor.

I really wasn't satisfied with this property. The first room I went to was dirty, and I was switched to another room; however, it wasn't that clean, and the sham on the bed had all kinds of looks like burn holes and rips. And the telephone didn't work when I tried to call the front desk; I had to call from my cell phone. The TV went in and out for a while till I played with the wire, then it got better the next day when no one came to clean my room. I had to call the front desk again, and they said they only do rooms every three days; however, they did bring me some towels. But I felt like I was staying in a motel rather than a hotel.

Hair in tub, sink extremely slow drain. Refrigerator barely keeps items cool. Breakfast bland, save a belly ache and avoid. Bed comfort is decent though. Dove products had drippings on bottles, nedd replacing. Towels were clean so thats a plus. Location to stadium a plus.

There were blood splatters on our carpet, ants in the bathroom, and a cockroach carcase on or wall as well as tape. Also, the carpet closest to the bathroom was wet for no reason, even the day after. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a super cheap place to rest your head.

Very disappointed stayed 2 nights. Went to a wedding in San Francisco Monday got in late. Room was as we left it, bed was not turned down no towels trash was not emptied wife dropped phone beside bed and night stand reach for it found a condom and trash so disgusting my mistake did take pictures

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but neither the mini fridge nor the TV worked. The fridge seemed to be off, and the TV was not hooked up to cable, and showed an error message. I would have tried to get both fixed but it was late and we were too tired to deal with repairmen or room change.

The stay was good… I thought it would be 2 queens but they were 2 full size hard to sleep with My Husband, with lil room… There is no Fan in the bathroom and no microwave… there was a fridge, but how do expect to warm up food… bummer. But other than that it was good.

I feel like I’ve been catfished by the property pictures. Rooms are nowhere as nice as in the pictures, this is a drive to your room, Super 8 on steroids type of hotel. Rooms are very dated, my room’s lock was inoperable, there is no sound proofing (my neighbors had a quite a good time, good for them… but if the nightly moans don’t wake you up folks walking out and cars starting up in the early morning will)

Upon checkin, we were given only our room number and key; had to ask for the room location and where to park. No mention of breakfast times or amenities. Unfortunately, our car was vandalized overnight in the parking lot of this establishment (rear window smashed but nothing in it to steal). When the front desk was informed, we received no sympathy just a simple “not our responsibility; contact the police”. While I understand the policy, a simple ‘sorry to hear that’ would go a long way. We had ants IN OUR BED the first night and changed rooms for the rest of the stay. Still ants in the bathroom but at least not in the bed. In the second room, the bathroom light was on the blink and wasn’t fixed after informing the front desk. On the up side, the bed was comfortable, the landscaping was beautiful, breakfast was included and serviceable, and it was within walking distance to Levi’s Stadium.

My stay here last year was much better. The front desk clerk at check-in was gruff and not welcoming at all. The curtains in the room didn't cover the window well at all, so the morning sun lit up the room as if the curtains were open. It's not fun to try to stay asleep with sunlight striking you in the face. Why is there no bar to hang a hand towel near the sink? If one guest is in the bathroom while another is at the sink, the person at the sink can't get to their towel to dry their hands. It's a dumb set-up. After my first 3 nights, I was undisturbed by housekeeping. The morning of my departure, a housekeeper twice knocked on the door loudly. I ignored it, as I was getting ready, packing, etc. Then, *while* I was getting dressed, the housekeeper knocked again, and then OPENED THE DOOR! I was near the door, luckily, and I pushed it shut. This was all well before my check-out time. Totally unacceptable. I'll be back in the area next year, but doubt very much I'll consider staying at this hotel.

Room reeked of dirty feet upon first entering. We paid an extra $25 so we could check out at 1pm rather than 11am, which was confirmed with the front desk upon checking in. The morning of our checkout, housekeeping came knocking at our door around 11:15am asking if we were leaving already or if we were extending our stay. We reminded them and we paid for a later checkout. The third time that housekeeping came to our door the woman did not knock and just opened our door while I was changing!!! Total invasion of privacy and zero organization on their part! I informed the front desk of this indecent and rather than apologizing the woman told me "we informed housekeeping about your later checkout." Then why did they open my door before 1pm while I was still in there?

Upon check in the front desk male was very rude. I asked him how much the deposit would be for the room and he said $50. I said ok and I gave him my debit card and it declined I gave him another one and it declined which was odd. I asked him how much he was trying to hold on my card he said $487 plus $50. I told him I didn’t have that amount on my card and that he said it was $50. He said ya that’s what I said $50 plus the amount of the room. I told him he didn’t say that but anyway he kept insisting. I told him I was going to pay him cash for the room and that I would give him the money upfront because it’s on me and not in my account. He said no, we put hold on the whole balance plus $50 and reverse it when you pay it at the end. This man kept insisting that he made it clear that the deposit was 50 plus the cost in such a rude tone. Luckily my friend had him use her card for the deposit and I just paid it off in cash at the end of the stay. I’ve stayed here a few times before and never had a problem. Maybe next time I will look elsewhere.

The place was great but the staff was BSing me and everyone else waiting to check in. They had me wait for over 2 hours and were refusing to give me my room. It wasn’t until I got boisterous and gave them a piece of my mind that they reluctantly gave me my room. People that were in line behind me thanked me as I was bringing my stuff down from the car saying, after I forced them into giving me my room they had no choice but to give everyone else their room right away. If you’re planning on staying here, this will happen to you, this business will refuse to give you the room that you paid for.

35+ mins to check in, I was downgraded because my original room wasn’t ready for another 30 mins. I got there right at 3. Finally got my room and room was not cleaned and still had other guests belongings. Got my new room and the new room wasn’t much better.

I had a great stay here whole attending a concert at Levi's stadium. We were able to walk to and from the venue and it took no longer than 30 minutes each way. There was a 711 not far away so that was convenient and also located right off the freeway so it was easy to get to. Nice pool area and felt safe. Would stay here again for sure

Walking distance to Levi and Great America. Reasonable price. Nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was ok. Parking free and lots of spaces. Beds super comfortable. 7-11 and shopping mall nearby. Would stay again.

This is just a junky little motel with old, dirty rooms in need of updating and repair and unfriendly staff. Our bed was broken, so we had to be moved to another room. The pictures on Hotels.com do not accurately represent what you will be getting here. Luckily, we didn’t need to be in our room for very long, so it worked for our needs, we just didn’t like it. Just be prepared. However, the Chinese restaurant at the property was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and generous and far exceeded our expectations… and the food was great. Though we would never stay at this motel again because it is clearly not the Ramada/Wyndham quality we thought we were getting, we would like to eat at the restaurant again. We just wish it was located elsewhere.

Hotel smelled of Marijuana. Guests were smoking in the hallways and by the pool. The hot tub was filthy and the rooms had stains on the walls. The breakfast consisted of eggs being heated up in a plastic bag and dumped into container to keep warm by staff without gloves. Very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Staff did not seem to care people were smoking right next to no smoking signs and entrance ways.

The hotel is huge. They offer free continental breakfast (pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes & sausage, pastries, toast, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereals, coffee, tea & milk). The dining area is rather small but there is outside and lobby area seating available. They have a pool. There’s a shopping center a few blocks away which is walking distance if you want to walk. Overall it was a good stay.
