Very clean and free parking. Rooms are spacious no carpet which I love. Lots of towels loved the warm pool and great gym. Their is a bar on site. They offer breakfast don’t buy it. Not worth it. We purchased one didn’t use it and u will not get a refund. If you don’t use it u loose it. This was not disclosed.

Went to concert. Shuttle dropped off at a certain spot and was told the shuttle would pick us up at same spot. Shuttle never came and had to walk back to hotel at 1 in the morning. Call the front asking where the shuttle was and he laughed and said it was at another location. Will not be back.

Stayed here for a tournament at twin peaks sports complex. This hotel is like a 5min walk from the front entrance, great location. Continental breakfast was above average with fresh fruit (not just your typical apple and banana basket), good sausages and bacon too. Pool was nice and warm, plenty of shade too in the pool area and courtyard. Oh and there is a robot that brings you room service. We ordered from the restaurant and the robot brought our food to us. Pretty hilarious actually. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced as well. One downside is that this area has zero sidewalks. I understand Americans are against walking but you guys built a road for access to the hotel the size of a 4 lane highway and out in ZERO sidewalks. The only reason we didn’t have to walk on the road with traffic was because there are endless parking lots and they allowed us to access the fields without issue.

Nice size room, clean, friendly staff, convenient restaurant, decent buffet. Laundry room & heated pool were used. Zero issues with free parking. Really close to Twin Creeks Complex & kid friendly. Ventilation in the bathroom & better controls for consistent room temperature would have made it perfect.

Hotel was really nice!! Staff was awesome, area was safe & quiet 4 minute drive to Levi’s stadium. The only down part was that the pool was out of service & we were looking forward to it because it was a hot weekend, but other than that would stay again in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson in Sunnyvale. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The wood floor was covered with a sticky dried substance. When we walked into the room, it got on our shoes and tracked it throughout the room. I had to text message the hotel because that is the way they wanted us to communicate. They responded quickly and told us at 8:30 the first morning that the front desk staff would reach out to us and solve the problem. I told them we were leaving to meet our family within the hour, and I never heard from them. I texted them in the afternoon, and they said they went up and cleaned the room. The room should have been spotless before we got there.

When I arrived room, the thermostat was not working for 1 hour. I have to inform the front desk twice. The bedsheet was dirty with yellow stains. The microwave is dirty.

Didnt like the stay. Our room was right next to the elevator and the elevator is so loud. The building is old and low ceiling and everything seems so thin. The AC was so loud in the room it keeps waking me up with the sound when turned on.

The hotel was nice. Very comfortable. Very clean. Unfortunately the only downside was that the air conditioning was so loud and it was dripping water in to the shower from a hole in the ceiling all night.

Overall the property was nice, the only complaint I have is the walls are to thin. We were able to hear our neighbors. Like literally every word they were saying. Very annoying. We had to have the tv on the whole time so we wouldnt hear them. Oh and they were up pretty late!

Told that free breakfast was in the morning. Went to get breakfast and worker said i needed a ticket. I was not given one when i checked in and front drsk clerk did not help and could not explain why ywhen checking in mentioned breakfast. Very disappointing and was at the hotel for a day long conference. Recommend the staff explain the breakfast policy at check in. Will not return to this hotel due to this policy.

My wife had to go to the hotel on her own with our newborn because she needed to be fed and changed but we forgot the keys to the room. Front desk lady refused to let her in regardless of the stressful situation she was in with our baby in such evident distress (crying desperately) because my wife was not registered as a guest but only me. We all checked in and She had paid the incidentals with her CC and ID but they wouldn’t take that as evidence. A while later, someone who had helped us earlier that day recognized her and gave her another key. If it wasn’t for that they would’ve let her out with our newborn because of “policy”. This is ridiculous and beyond inconsiderate. I will never recommend this place or visit it again.

Used this place for the first time for Morgan wallen concert. The shuttle service they offered for the guest to the event sounded great till we actually used it. From hotel to Levi was good but the nightmare began when we got picked up after the event. Staff told us they would pick us up at the drop off location and then we arrived along with several other guest. No one picked us up. Called a few times to the front desk and they assured me they were still operating the shuttle. So at this point I was waiting over and hour for a shuttle and called one last time. The guy at the front desk told us we were at the wrong location. Finally make our way to the “actual location” they said mention on the phone. Another hour goes by so I called again no answer. I got frustrated and ordered a Uber. Got to the hotel and the guy at the front desk said it was a mess of a night and offered a free water for our inconvenience. Will never use this hotel again

The staff at the Radisson was fantastic! Most of the hotel guests were there (I assume) for the Taylor Swift concert and the hotel staff were super kind and welcoming. They had her music videos on in the lobby, they accommodated early check in requests, knowing people wanted to get to the stadium super early, etc. It was a great stay! Also the breakfast and the lobby bar & grill was terrific. And the man working at the desk when we came back at 1am was super nice, too! We'll definitely be back.

Easy access from the freeway in a business park, which was quiet pretty quiet without much foot traffic. Park with sports fields and lots of trails nearby along the bayshore. Spacious lounge area off the lobby / restaurant and a nice inner courtyard.

We were attending a concert at Levi Stadium which is why we booked this hotel. The location was close to stadium. Room was a very good size with a comfy bed. Had a safe, fridge and microwave. A nice surprise - the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the stadium! (Drop off and pick up was at one of the train stations however was only a 10-15 mins walk to and from stadium! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay! Clean space and friendly staff. Love the space being tucked away, yet close to the highways. Not around much as far as food, but that's okay. Good base for San Jose and up to Palo Alto. A little bit of a drive to SF, so wouldn't say stay there for daily travel up that way, but it's a great base for the Bay Area. A tip for those going to Levi's Stadium, if you stay here (and don't need to tailgate) you can walk down the road and take the light rail, or just walk the 35/40 mins which is WAY better than paying to park and be stuck in traffic. The free parking was a huge bonus, please never change it!

We stayed overnight just to get away and relax. Dinner at the bar and grill was convenient with good pizza, breakfast buffet was good. Staff were helpful and the room was updated and clean. We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the 49ers playoff game. On game day we paid for breakfast in lobby. In our opinion wasn’t worth the $19 a person for amount of food/quality of food provided but it was convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel is very close to Levi’s. Just one recommendation… maybe invest in sound machines in rooms for guests because you can hear every time some walks down the hallway and goes in and out of their room. We will def stay again, I will just bring my own sound machine next time lol.

Radisson was great. Strong easy wifi for work. Did not use gym or pool unfortunately but it all seemed nice and clean. RBG food was good too. Radisson could have offered a free breakfast though.
