Pool not working

The propery is nice and off the main road. The first room i was given was ground level. Make sure you always check the windows on ground floor rooms. The first room had a giant window that didnt lock and the screen was pulled away from the frame. No. Asked for different room on second floor and all was well. Watch put for room 121! Also...no elevator to second floor

The fan in our room ran continuously and never shut off. The whole entire hotel was very humid. The vending machine didn’t work. The room was very quiet.

Everything in our room seemed clean. Some small little things we noticed, but nothing that would make me want to pack up and leave. There is no elevator to get to second floor, but it was quiet on that floor! No carpet in rooms so it was a much cleaner feeling. Parking lot is well lit and front desk staff friendly. There is a breakfast, but it was the same hot items everyday for our 4 day stay. Over all it was a good stay.

It was very hot weather the past few days, weeks actually. My husband works outside so I booked an overnight stay to cool off in the pool and stay overnight. We arrived at 3:30, I asked the counter attendant if the pool was open and he said yes, and told me where it was located. We checked in, brought our things to the room, changed and headed for the pool. When arriving at the pool right away we noticed the algae all over the pool!!! At first I thought it was just stains, but sure enough it wiped away. After taking a few pictures, a different employee comes out side to tell us that the pool is closed for cleaning until 6pm. We continued to stay poolside, in the shade and have a drink. During this time the employee that told us the pool was closed, left, then came back and proceeded to clean the pool. He had no chemicals, no cleaners and no vacuuming tools. He just wiped the algae away into the pool water. We were so disappointed because the whole purpose was to use the pool for the rest of the afternoon, it was hot, temperatures in the 90’s

No elevator. Limited breakfast for a Best Western.

Not a fan. Took a long time to check in. Noisy at night. No elevators. Air conditioner in room didn't work. Mattress uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Property conveniently located. Property in the process of remodeling. Pleasant and moderate accommodations.

Not so great...room had not really been "Cleaned" The sheets and towels were literally the only thing clean in that room...the floor had dried pop on it, the shower doors had a lot of soap scum and dried water spots, there were literally NO coffee cups for coffee maker. We asked them to clean the room for us for the next day, literally all they did was make the bed and put clean towels in. Hotel does NOT have an elevator, so if you cant climb stairs, may want to rethink this hotel. Not the best experience.

Excellent property. Was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Is clean and well maintained.

The bathroom had mold by the bottom of the shower that smelled terrible the entire stay. The whole week we dealt with it even after I brought it up twice. They didn't make our beds and I had to ask for clean towels. This is the worst Best Western I've ever stayed at. Do not recommend this place to anyone, its dirty.

Our room was dirty and smelled weirdly. The tv was tilted sideways, the sheets has stains, the bathtub was dirty. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper. The floor was dirty. The hallways smelled. The breakfast was not good and it was cold.

Everything was spotless from the lobby to the rooms. I like the fact there was no carpet just very nicely done floors.

Customer service and clean environment

I checked in and had to use the bathroom right away. There was feces on the toilet. I cleaned it off and should have said something but i was tired. I always tip the housekeeper but not this time. Everytime you moved in bed, it sounded like someone was banging a gong. My view out my window was a screen that had been broken out and bent and an empty sprite bottle. I wouldnt stay here again.

There were clumps of hair in the corners and on the shelves of the bed tables. The television didn’t work, the coffee maker looked filthy, there was a oily film on the ice bucket and the hallways reeked of curry.

It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. It smelled, the noise was horrible and don’t even get me started about the breakfast. Eggs weren’t real! And the shower leaked!

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is very clean.

I made a reservation twice and the refrigerator was not working in those rooms

Very mediocre at best. Beds not very comfortable and they had a metal base that banged when you moved in the bed. Not very clean room. Bathroom only sort of clean, an inch of dust on the light fixtures in the room, and the ironing board was disgusting. Very disappointing for the amount of money I paid. On a positive note, the hot breakfast was decent but they had the same food to eat both mornings. A variety would have been nice but the food was decent.

Staying here was okay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service came when we were gone and tidied up daily with no issues. The beds however are absolutely awful but I might be biased with my sleep number at home.

Nice quiet rooms. No road noise

Nice cheap place to stay. My only complaint is the shower. The shower head is like 5 feet tall so you have to crouch under it to rinse off. It'll be annoying if you're over 4.6 feet tall. Also the water pressure was terrible. Every else was good

The beds are on metal frames. Sp everytime you roll or move the metal will make a loud noise

It was okay. Beds were springy and noisy. Bathroom fan didn't work. Had to ask for shampoo/conditioner as house keeping didn't replace. View out our window was pathetic

my room had just been completely remodeled. Everything was brand new and looks really nice, large flat screen TV, new pillow top mattress. Nice walk-in shower.

So first there was no information listed on a deposit at check in so I called the property during the morning and asked if we had to pay a deposit at check in and was told no we did not. This was false. Soon as we checked in a deposit was required. Then we go to our room and the tv wasn’t working so we had to get a new room. We paid for a king bed room and was switched to a double bed room due to there being no more of the king beds available which was upsetting. Room number two the toilet didn’t flush. So guess what we are heading to room number 3 now. Room number 3 had flies in the sink. So now we have to go to room number 4. Very annoying to have to repack and carry your stuff all over the property. So lastly room number 4 there was a line going thru the tv but I told the front desk we will stay in this room but take note the tv was like this when we arrived. The only good thing about the situation was that the front desk worker was nice the entire time. They also don’t have a quiet time policy because there were kids running in the halls til midnight. The rooms were not messy the renovations look good. It was just a annoying situation took us a hour to get to settle in for the night.

Best customer service I've had in a hotel. TV went out, had a new installed in 20 minutes. Breakfast was good and kept filled until it ended at 9 am. Clean, nice. Highly recommend.

The clerk was not available for check in. She had step away from the building. The description of hotel should have stated no elevator even if had 2 floors. The beds were uncomfortable. I had 2 night stay but the room had only towels for 1night.

They took a $50 deposit with no receipt at check-in, and they provided no receipt when I checked out two nights later despite demanding one. I have no idea what I paid for the stay, and if the the initial deposit was refunded.

One of the down sides of this motel is that there is no elevator to get to the second floor, but the night manager was very helpful and carried some of our luggage up for us. We have stayed here before and it isn't the top of the line, but works for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast on a Tuesday morning was very sad..... no eggs, yogurt, rolls, hard biscuits! Upside they did have cold cereal and waffles ;-) I had to ask the lady at the front desk if she could find some more biscuits as it was 8:00 and there was really nothing to choose from. They did have sauage gravy and patties and what appeared to be chicken nuggets...I had to even ask if she could make more coffee. The person on the morning shift apparently didn't like that she was in charge of the breakfast setup. Not very friendly, unlike the nice lady at night. We slept fine, beds were good.

They were very accomodating! The rooms were newly remodeled and clean. Our TV went out and they had it replaced in less than 15 minutes. The pool was clean the breakfast was satisfying. We’d stay there again.

This was a very clean property, staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe here as a single traveller. This did not affect me, but there is no elevator so request a room on the first floor if you are not comfortable climbing a flight of stairs.

It was just ok. Nothing special. Poor signage to locate it.

Room was moist, like camping. It was OK, not bad, not good. Location was interesting, by an impound yard of sorts, behind a fast food restaurant.

Nice staff and a fine stay for the evening. Lots of food options nearby is a huge plus.

Close to many restaurants and stores which was convenient

There was a group of people standing around a pickup drinking beer at the edge of the parking lot when we arrived. Trash on walkway leading into the hotel. Hallway carpeting hadn't been vacuumed recently and vending machine out of order with an empty can sitting on top of it as we came down the hall. The room itself was okay, neither spectacular nor bad - about what I anticipated. But the overall experience felt a little seedy and unsafe.

Many old vehicles that was parked around property. Possibly hotel is right next to a repair shop.

The breakfast empty and no cups to drink with. The bread case was empty. Every machine was out of order. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast also tasted like it was days old.

Overall we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so we slept well -- our #1 priority. The breakfast was good with the waffle makers, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, and more. The staff was friendly. The only negative was there were pieces of balloon and plastic on the floor, and it didn't seem like it had been washed. The bathrooms and everything else were clean.

The Hotel was average at best. The room was clean but very no frills. The staff was cordial but not friendly, kind of like just saying hi to a neighbor you don't really know. The breakfast was disgusting! They had four gray sausage patties and four flat eggs swimming in water and did not look edible. Luckily they had good coffee and breakfast cereal and milk. I would stay here again only if other hotels were all booked.

They seemed unprepared for the number of people at breakfast, everything ran out and the one girl working could not refill fast enough, before something else ran out.
