The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed and furniture in the room. The exercise room had top notch equipment in it (eg., Peloton bike) and the staff was friendly. Great variety of food that was tasty for the morning breakfast. I would stay again without question.

The hotel stay was ok. Unfortunately, bedsheets were stained/dirty. The staff did provide us with clean sheets though after we informed them. Not to dwell on the negative parking was readily available and easy. No restaurant or bar on premises but a very decent free breakfast.

When I asked the desk clerk where I could print off an airline boarding pass, she said " we don\'t have any computers".I know thats not true, and I do not understand why you don\'t offer that service, Every hotel I stay at offers its customers access to a computer and printer.

There was black mold in the grout between all tile in the bathroom. Outside of that and the mildew along the caulking in the shower, not too bad of a place to stay. Bring your own bleach to sanitize the bathroom.

The room had a smell of overpowering men’s cologne. There was a clump of black dried mascara on the sink counter. Later walking toward the bathroom I could see something under the shelf of the sink after looking there was someone’s sock and a water bottle cap on the floor. The shower curtain was torn. I don’t think the sheets were changed either. The smell of the men’s cologne was overwhelming.

The room was nice. The bathroom had cracked floor tiles and the shower had a large crack that showed an attempt of being repaired. Not a good job, not safe for a handicap individual. If you want to charge full price the rooms need to be better than a home in need of repair.

Room was clean and did not smell. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, it was not stale it was fresh. No I did not report it to the front desk. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom needed some work. There were cracks in the shower, grout was peeling off. Corner in bathroom was dirty. We could hear a noise as if someone was banging on a door every 10 minutes or so. that did stop around 10:30PM. If I had to stay here again i probably would. Breakfast was good.

I just slept here. I really like the location because I come for work. That being said, this time I stayed on room 309 and it was an uncomfortable bed. I haven’t experienced that before. So if you get that room, try for another unless they have replaced it after 6/21/2024.

The space in the room was huge. Usually you only get a few feet from the beds to the tv/wall.. it felt like there was 10 yards between the beds and wall. Was very clean. Blackout shades were automatic and covered the whole window which was a plus for us night shift workers!

This is one of those hotel rooms that has a VERY uncomfortable bed, the AC cools down the room to the temp you want it, and then raises 10 degrees before it kicks back on. Pillows are FLAT horrible pillows. I paid 250 a night to stay in this hotel, and it was not a comfortable stay. I woke up with my wife at 4:45am after a wedding the night before and went home.

Hotel staff was not accomodating to simple request even after online booking was botched. Toilet tissue ran out in the room amd I could not find housekeeping so had to walk all the way down to the front desk fpr toilet papaer. How embarrassing

Airrica was so wonderful and helpful when checking in! After a long day of driving, she was so sweet and attentive. The hotel was great! Our room was huge and perfect for us! The breakfast each morning was good. Definitely would stay again!

Just not what I expected. Staff was not real friendly. Waited outside the locked door after hitting the button 4times before someone let me in. The door was supposed to be locked at 10:00pm. It was 9:55pm when I walked up to the door to check in. Was already locked. The beds were like laying on a brick!! Very uncomfortable. Had hair on the soap dish. The toilet was so short it seemed like a little kids toilet. Not impressed with the place at all. Will never stay here again.

We booked two rooms for a business trip and our reservation was changed without contacting us. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds. They had one available, but not the second because it was changed to a single bed, was what we were told. The front desk worker didn't tell us anything had changed, but yet followed us to our room, removed the working ozone machine and we noticed there was only 1 bed, he THEN explained that was the only room available for that night. Half our party had to relocate to another hotel with NO help from the staff here.

Check in was fast and friendly.The room was clean, enough towels and complimentary bath products. Breakfast was good with several choices. Staff was attentive to refilling coffee and food trays and cleaning tables. Going to Chicago in July and will book with Hampton in Rosemont.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was not up to standards. The fruit was old. The danishes were stale. The boiled eggs still had the shell on and were old as the shell would not come off without destroying the egg. Biggest complaint I have is the omelettes. They had green peppers. Believe it or not, some people are allergic to them.
