We got there and found out the pool was closed for painting, have 2 kids that wanted to use it. Asked for a discount, was told it had been posted on the website since December, we did not see it. No discount. Next day the hallway and our room reaked from the paint fumes from it, staff couldn't care less. Continental breakfast was good and staff attentive there. Beds were comfortable. Our fridge and microwave were just sitting on the floor of our room, weird.

Beds were reasonably comfortable, breakfast was excellent, room was clean, water pressure in shower was great. No housekeeping while we were there and had to request towels be replaced (and nowhere to hang to reuse or hang bathing suits). Hand soap was somewhat inconvenient for a child to use, placement was too high near sink. Pool was closed for service on our last night/morning which was disappointing for children, also water in pool was rather chilly. Aside from those minor issues stay was great.

We were in town for a men’s state softball tournament and this hotel was perfect for our team. Kids loved the pool and service was great. We needed to check in early and they were very accommodating in getting us in as soon as possible.

Needs a lot of updating. Elevator floor is ripping up in places and dirty. Carpet is old and dirty. Beds were comfy. Tried to call down to let them know the toilet wasn’t draining properly but got put on hold twice (he was the only one on duty and was checking in people), so finally went down and was handed a plunger. We fixed it.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and unless you ask for room to be cleaned in between nights they will not do it. Hotel is dirty rundown you can hear everything around you. Breakfast was not the usual for This chain. Carpet was dirty and dingy bathroom had mold behind the dated wallpaper. Sorry never at this location again

We were there for one night following a concert. The hotel front desk and breakfast staff were polite & lovely. However, the hotel itself was very humid and there was a concerning vent directly above the breakfast area that had debris. See attached photo.

This facility has easy access off Highway 52, the staff are pleasant and professional, rooms were big and clean. Walking distance to two decent restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The big problem was the air conditioning unit which would switch off after a few minutes. Eventually, after an hour the room was cool enough to sleep but only when the outside temperature was the same as what we needed. The maintenance person was slow and couldn’t help. The front desk only told us that the hotel was full so there weee no other rooms. No one even said Sorry until checkout. Clearly it’s time to change AC units.

Plumbing was in poor state of repair. The sink faucet was leaking. Room 305 The air conditioner didn't work correctly. The thermostat was set on 60 degrees and the unit only came on maybe once an hour. The room temperature had to be in the 80s. Poor sleeping environment. I covered with a sheet only and still sweat the bed wet.

It was quiet. The food was standard. The building was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. As for the building itself, it seems to be aging. One of the curtains was missing from the window. The plaster was crumbling in certain areas. The room design was very utilitarian with no aesthetics and what appeared to be eclectic arrangement other than the central location of the bed.

This hotel is way past its prime. Probably the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Bathroom fan was broken. Air conditioner made rattling sounds all night long. Toilet was only a foot off of the floor. The elevator was not constructed to accommodate a cart. Shower was great. Breakfast was fantastic , but I would not stay here again.

There must have been someone with the same name as me and they were checked in under our reservation. The first staff member we spoke to was very condescending and when we called her out, she became mean and rude. The second person we dealt with was very nice, helpful, and understanding.

Clean comfortable friendly staff. Parking lot was a little messy but the area had just received 18 inches of snow. The Bar and Grill next door sharing the same parking B52's is a good place for burgers and very popular.

too much traffic from the restaurant across the way! Stacie from the dining room was amazing as always! He makes having breakfast enjoyable with awesome smile and amazing attitude towards everyone who works in! Our room was clean and everything was in working order and the staff is truly awesome! I will definitely be back!

I liked that the dining was walking distances. It was a drive for us from where we were but it was a beautiful area and other then the pool being under maintenance our stay was great. Breakfast was nice. We took a few things to snack on with us. Coffee was fresh. Everyone was very polite and welcoming.

The person that takes care of breakfast was very very good at their job. No food trays were emptied before he refilled them. He was happy to greet people as they entered and made sure to tell everyone leaving to have a good day! A huge part of the great experience we had here!

Decent sized pool - always appreciate not having to turn so many times when swimming laps. The highlight of this hotel is (always has been- have stayed here multiple times) the breakfast attendant- he stays on top of everything which is a great amount of choices - he asks how it is, will even remove your plates if your sitting conversing when done. This man deserves a raise!!
