Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Plains Southwest by IHG

We have stayed at this property many times in the last several years without issue but, our most recent stay was not pleasing. We were awoken in the wee hours of the morning by a group of young people running and screaming in the hallway outside or our room. When I reported this to the person at the front desk upon checkout, I was offered the excuse of "We had a college tennis team staying here last night" like it was acceptable behavior. I told her it wasn't acceptable for them to act like animals and that we were very displeased with out stay. She simply gave me an "Oh Well" gesture and sent us on our way. Everything else about the property was great. The complimentary breakfast was especially good. The person in charge does a great job of preparing a nice variety of fresh hot breakfast items.

The breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff. And food was fresh and lots of options.

This was a very clean and well run hotel. Had a great, comfortable stay.
