The hotel and property are nice, conviently located with a nice pool snd hot tub. However the bed was from the show the flintstones and if youd think for the price theyd have a complimentary breakfast.

Super nice Hilton with a fresh renovation. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Hotel has all the amenities including a restaurant and bar which was super good. The front desk clerk was awesome - really friendly and helpful. Great stay!

The hot tub was colder than the pool. Really small towels at the pool. Pillows smelled like oil. Casino and bar not open. Employee who checked us in was not very friendly.

Beautiful grounds. Lovely hotel. However still under renovations so pool hot restraunt we not open. I’m sure everything will be beautiful when done. When we made reservations no warning of renovations were given.

I didn’t like the $16 cost for a breakfast that is complimentary at other establishments. I also don’t appreciate paying for two nights and only getting fresh towels and linens on the first night. The pandemic ended years ago. I shouldn’t have to ask if I already paid for the rooms. No excuse to keep gouging customers. I won’t be staying at Hilton Hotels again.

What I liked was the condition of the hotel, the pool was great but the reason why I’m leaving 4 stars was due to the cleanliness of the room. That part it can be improved. The staff was always kind and friendly, and I can see myself coming back again especially because as a solo traveller I felt safe and the location was perfect for the activities that I had planned. Thank you so much for all the help and assistance provided. 🌟

The bathtub had black stains on the bottom...water pressure was poor...the ironing board was broke...the room was just ok, not great...the breakfast was a joke...very limited continental and "scrambled eggs and bacon for $16 more???Not impressed at all...we had to make 2 separate reservations which I will blame on expedia, but we were told we could stay in same room both nights...the next morning I was locked out of my room and had to wait for over 30 minutes and a manager had to be called to fix the issue...2 Star experience - 5 Star prices!

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, used towels got “forgotten”. Hotel allows pets so we woke up two nights in a row by a dog next dort barking and playing with a toy. The ordered room service didn’t take place… We are very disappointed by Hilton!

Don't make the same mistake we did, stayed here to visit Glacier National Park. Kalispell in general is about an hour away from the West entrance into the park. There are a lot more options closer to the park. We also tried to do it on the cheap, and have one person sleep in the bed, and the other took the hide-a-bed. It was the worse hide-a-way mattress. I ended up just putting it on the floor. We asked about a roll-away bed and was told that they were not permitted in our room type. Long story short, next time i go to Glacier National Park, I am not staying here....

Let down from the minute we stepped up to the front desk. The gal barely spoke two words to us and handed the key cards without another word. Got into the 77* room with a broken ac. Called down to request to switch and was told there wasn't another room nor would I be compensated or refunded. Most uncomfortable nights sleep ever, the mattress was like sleeping on a sheet a plywood on dirty scratchy sheets. Will never go back again.

The room was sparsely decorated with hard, uncomfortable furniture. The shower had a small shower head with light spray. There were uncomfortable young boys running up and down the hall banging on the doors. Some sort of soccer tournament in town. Reported to the front desk, but then they started kicking the door

Everything was great except for the fact that the place was not busy but we were still put into a room that had an adjoining door to a family with little kids screaming and playing all evening and early morning as well. Would be nice if they considered that when placing people. Our floor was pretty empty otherwise.

Absolutely atrocious staff. We were traveling with a toddler and therefore booked a jr. suite to have an extra room for the crib of the little one. When we checked in the front desk staff, without comment, checked us in a regular room, which, when we were asking to correct the mistake, blamed on Expedia for booking the wrong room. Even when I showed them the booking they still lied to my face that Expedia messed up the booking and there was nothing they can do, nor can the booking be cancelled and refunded. So when contacting Expedia to cancel and refund the booking the front desk were contacted again, this time by the Expedia rep, which they then, instead of owning up and trying to solve the issue, proceeded to lie again and tell the Expedia CSA, that they saw the jr suite in the booking but then we "asked" for a downgrade to a regular room, just so Expedia couldn't cancel and refund the booking. So needless to say, night was as expected with a toddler right next to you. When trying to check out this morning, waited around the counter for 15 minutes with a line of people trying to check out already forming. So yeah. All in all a level of unprofessionalism that I personally didn't expect from a reputable brand like Hilton, but hey, you never seize to learn, but will definitely think twice who I will stay with in the future.

Was told there would be a shuttle. Then was told they’d call me and let me know if there would be a shuttle. Arrived at the airport, no shuttle, no call, zero communication. Had to pay for a taxi, when part of the reason I paid for the Hilton was to get transportation. Very disappointed, will recommend against anyone staying there. Don’t advertise shuttle if you won’t provide it.

The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed breakfast. We realized my daughter left some clothes behind a few hours after we left and I’ve called to check in on it a few times. The last time I called I spoke with a gal who was extremely rude and told me that “they would throw it away if they didn’t know who it belonged to”. I find this extremely rude and not convenient or fair to those who may try to come and claim their belongings in a timely manner. The front desk and those who answered the phones will prevent me from using this hotel again.

This hotel was pretty central to many of the attractions and activities of the area. The staff really went above and beyond. Especially Mark and Amanda. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a safe and enjoyable trip.

Staff was excellent. Room was very quiet other than the fact that the property is next to a small municipal airport. Only had a couple of planes taking off after about 9 am so not much of a problem. Room had quite a bit of wasted space that might be beneficial if you were travelling with a pet or small children. Overall a very nice place.

Well my stay was good, all the renovations certainly have enhanced this property. However it would be nice if the restaurant was open for lunch. Perhaps during the tourist season I imagine perhaps it will be.
