What a POOL! We loved this pool, the hot-tubs, and the atmosphere around the pool area. It was beautifully built into the mountain and the pool was warm and the hot-tubs were HOT! Pure perfection on a cool, summer evening. The room was fine. We had a lovely patio, but no view at all. There were restaurants/dining options in the hotel, but no breakfast included. The made-to-order breakfast was from a grill. We were hoping for yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal options. The area around the hotel was just beautiful!

Loved it. The heated outdoor pool and spas were fabulous. Room great, spacious with comfy beds. Towels fluffy including ones for the pool. Balcony overlooking trees. Communal areas well looked after and clean too. Receptionist was really helpful and welcoming.

Loved this location for traveling with kids. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tubs, sauna and arcade. Small playground available for younger kids. Nice pond walk across the road. Unfortunately tap house was closed on the nights we were there but kitchenette in the room made family meals easy. Overall great stay!

Super easy check in. Nice rooms, pool, hot tubs and sauna, fire pits and sitting areas. The hot tubs have some damage to the floors so you stub your toes in them and a couple raised tiles in the pool area are a safety issue. Other than that, overall liked the stay and would stay here again for sure.

Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better!

Room was spacious and clean, tv didn't receive all the channels even though it's cable tv, no cups in the room, the pool was nice and heated, there was a cute little jungle gym/park for the kids at off to the side (wish it was closer to the rest of the hotel's annemeties) but it was set behind the extra parking lots, so we didn't feel safe to stay out after dark with the kids due to poor lighting/visibility and distance from the hotel. Also, there are not many options around and you have to drive to get wherever you're going, but otherwise it is a nice hotel. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (2 queens).

Hotel is located right next to the Attitash skiing resort and there is a shuttle bus in case you want to use that option. The hotel has a ski in and ski out option which is what we used so we didn’t even need to use the shuttle. There is also a nice heated pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna all of which we enjoyed during our 4-day stay.

Room was spacious and clean . Very disappointed when we found out the bar/pub was not open on Mondays and Tuesday nights and restaurant permanently closed . We actually frequently go to Conway and this was our first stay here and we picked the hotel based on having a place to grab food and drinks without leaving the hotel at night. Hot tubs need cleaning. Fire pit area was nice

This is our third time staying at this resort. Obviously they do a good job because we keep coming back. Some areas in the room/bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Just minor things like mold starting to grow on the shower ceiling from the moisture and a bar of soap left behind from a previous customer. It was high up so housekeeping could easily miss it. Things happen. But overall we like this location. Especially being in the mountains. It fits the vibe we are always looking for. Thank you for our annual stay.

The Grand Summit was mostly good. Bar/restaurant closed at 9pm and breakfast options were really just breakfast sandwiches. They do not do daily housecleaning, which we were not told until we nabbed a housecleaner in the hallway and asked why our room wasn't cleaned on our day 2. They only clean when your stay ends, no matter how long.

Let me start by saying Tim deserves a raise. He was working his hardest trying to save face for many unhappy people. We arrived just before 7. Front desk staff was obviously flustered, blonde lady was being short with everyone. Clearly they were having a day. Finally, I check in, receive our room key. Arrive at the room and open the door to a very nice couple already cuddling in bed. I say a very embarassed "oh my gosh, excuse me, im so sorry" and flee. I return to the desk, explain what happened. Front desk is apologetic, and then informs me that sorry, another room isbt available at this time. All available rooms are being cleaned. At 7 pm. Check in was 3? Okay, cool. So now ive lugged our stuff all over this hotel, now to be told we cant check in. Weve driven 2.5 hours to get here, I have a VERY exhausted toddler. Doing my best to remain calm. They give us a key to the pool so my child can swim, but I cant leave all our stuff unattended. So there's that. We were finally given a room avout an hour later. That aside, the hotel needs some serious TLC. 'Grand' in the title is a stretch. Carpets are stained, worn, and look like they havent been vaccumed since 1982. Room smelled like mildew. Several of our towels were frayed. Room was super dusty. Just close for like 2 weeks and clean the facility? Clearly you are understaffed and over working your housekeeping staff.

Think twice before staying at this hotel. We have visited Attitash many times in the past and this year has been the worst. When arriving, we were given the wrong room. Upon entering the new room, our bed had rips in the sheets, dried blood and a brown smear on the bedding. First time using the toilet, there was a brown smear on the seat…gross! The halls stunk like weed the whole trip. Also, there is zero housekeeping, no refilling towels or trash. You have to specifically ask for it. When checking out, the clerk asked how our stay was, I answered, not good. Not a peep from him asking for details. I would choose something else, anything else in the area. The only nice thing I can say is the lady at the concierge desk, was very lovely.

All rooms need update. Still have DVD players, no DVDs. There are no charging stations or USB ports in room. Electric outletscare rare and behind furniture. Hotel provided kcup machine but no kcups or other such supplies. Hotubs need refinishing. Bar/restaurant closed 2 days of week. Ski in ski out questionable depending on ski area itself, not hotel. No lobbies ammenities upon arrive, including no water. Everything looks tired and dated.

We stayed in room 150 and the Murphy bed mattress was plastic and all the springs were broken and made so much noise. We had to open up the pullout couch and put that mattress on top of the Murphy bed.

If all you are looking for is a place to sleep and you don't mind a mediocre murphy bed, then its clean and fine. The hotel is an older timeshare that fixed up the common areas but the room was awkwardly furnished and run down. Noise from other rooms was prevalent. If you're a skier it is super convenient to the slopes.

We came to celebrate her birthday and our engagement. We had plans to hit the pool and jacuzzi before eating dinner at the restaurant. Room was supposed to be ready at 4pm. Nope, room not ready and we find out that the restaurant was only serving pizza and salad that night??? We waited until 6:30 and still no room. We were not even allowed to go to the pool until our room was ready. The place was in chaos. We decided to cancel the room and take the 2 hour ride home as we wanted to lounge out for the evening and with no room anytime soon there was no way we had enough time to enjoy and celebrate. The people there were so rude, like it was our fault. Never go back again. Negative stars for you guys.

Had a room with Murphy bed first night. Was not good. Pat was amazing and I switched to 3 bedroom suite. That room is amazing. Pat made our stay the best one we’ve had in a while. She was very understanding and did everything she could to work with me on getting the bigger room. We even added an extra night. This is our favorite hotel now. Pool is heated and has plenty of seats. Hot tubs are clean and actually hot. It is an older hotel that definitely can be updated but we loved it more than the new one we stayed in few weeks before. Grounds are beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful place. Still not far from all the shopping, has great hiking trails and river is right there. We will definitely be back.

No view other than a bank of grass. The staff were friendly, but the place needs some tlc/up-dating. Room was clean, but because of the fixtures needing up-dating it gave the feeling of not being clean. Location was good for what we had planned. Definite staffing issues - check in was very delayed and the restaurant was short staffed which made the menu limited and the wait long. We couldn't get into our room until almost 6:30 and there were numerous other families/couples waiting in the lobby as well. I'm glad we didn't have groceries with us expecting to be able to put them in the refrigerator right away. There were several missing slats of blinds on our door, which was blatantly obvious as soon as we walked in. The paint on the outside banister was all peeling off and the furniture in the room was all scratched up or marred. I was glad we had the suite with the separate seating/tv area, but the sofa was so uncomfortable. The staff was nice, especially the gentleman working the bar/restaurant. The housekeeping staff was nice, but they seemed over-worked and under-staffed.

The hotel was nice but check in was 4:00 and only got our room at 6:30. I don’t think that’s exceptable should have compensated us but didn’t. The next morning we realized we had no shower curtain in the bathroom now that was funny but should not have happened

We called to add an extra night to our stay and the front desk host Christine was beyond helpful, gracious and professional. She was a real pleasure to deal with and it is much appreciated. My daughter and I hiked the Presidential Traverse and chose this hotel specifically for pool and hot tubs for relaxation and recovery. We were not disappointed and enjoyed out stay immensely. Thank you!

Amazing place. We got lucky and found this place. We got an inexpensive rate, which made our stay even better. This was by far the nicest place we stayed while visiting New England area. Staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was awesome. The location was amazing. I wish we could have spent more time there.

Hotel is located right next to the Attitash skiing resort and there is a shuttle bus in case you want to use that option. The hotel has a ski in and ski out option which is what we used so we didn’t even need to use the shuttle. There is also a nice heated pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna all of which we enjoyed during our 4-day stay.

Great location in the Mt Washington area. Stayed during May 2024 and again Sept 2024. The second trip was not as enjoyable as the first due to no breakfast services available on site due to renovations. Lots of spiders on the small room deck, but thankfully the maintenance person did a good job to eradicate. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice!

The facility really is grand. The front desk staff were wonderful. On the other hand we arrived late in the afternoon, but had to wait for our room, along with a few other guests. We weren’t happy, either, that there was no place to have breakfast, except for a grab and go that we had to pay for to take back to our room.

So we stayed at the hotel from Saturday to Tuesday. The place is great but the restaurant was closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so we had to drive to have a dinner which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise we had a nice time
