My son and I really enjoy staying here and we have stayed here multiple times. This last time we noticed only one of the hot tubs was working which made the one that worked very crowded. Also, there were no towels at the pool. We were there for over an hour and I figured that eventually someone would restock the towels, but it did not happen. Still, the room is clean, though sometimes finding a plug near your bed to charge things can be difficult. I love having the mini-kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service, gorgeous grounds and nice pool. It's a very relaxing place and has become one of my favorite places to unwind. The room is a *little* shabby, but the appliances were stainless steel and updated. Front desk was very helpful, especially Tim, the general manager.

I don’t typically write reviews but I feel like a little TLC to this location could go a long way! I usually stay in time shares but and this was by far the least clean and not maintained space. The bathroom floor was black from dirt, the room had small bugs flying all around dust in corners and rose petals in the corner of the bedroom from not sure when. I needed to wipe the fridge and was upset to find one of the hot tube broken and the other one looked like grime. It’s too bad because I think location is amazing and this could be a very well run hotel especially since it’s smaller in size.

We have stayed here many times in the past. They seem to have some issue with linen supply company combined with staff shortage, which made this experience shockingly bad. First, they checked us into a room that wasn't cleaned. Then, we waited for 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. They refunded $50 bucks for the inconvenience. The A/C wasn't working until we called maintenance. We requested cleaning service after two nights. They accepted the request, but the room wasn't cleaned citing staffing issues. I felt bad for the staff, but I would expect the hotel to be run better by the administration. The pool and lockers area are screaming for repairs. The hotel overall seems to be going downhill.. Will not recommend or repeat.
