Nice place. Had a comfortable room with frig, microwave and stove. Good size with couch.Comfy bed. Love motels where you drive right up to the door. Older motel, in good shape and updated.

After a extensive on line search, I stumbled on this. The GPS led me beyond here FYI . The room was quite lovely. The price was very reasonable ( in the entire state it was the lowest) The pool was perfect. I enjoyed the kitchenette with all its pots, pans and utensils as well as glassware and plates. The big screen TV was excellent. The decor was very modern, clean and included a sleeper couch. The updates were appreciated. The countertop stove was great with a microwave.

We stayed at the Villager Motel for 2 nights after going to Storyland (about 10 minutes away) The room was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The room looked recently renovated. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, which was also very clean, as well as the grill and firepit area. There are several spots up the road where you can get firewood. There are several restaurants and activities in the area. The area felt very safe and calm. On the downside (but still no big deals), the little playground is a little outdated though (especially the pirate ship) but my kids really enjoyed the little train and there is plenty of space for kids to run around. I also kind of assumed there would be a hair dryer in the room but there was none, so I recommend you bring your own. Also, if you plan on doing water activities or using the pool, I recommend you bring a drying rack or something to hang your wet clothes (beginner mistake on my part). Overall, if you enjoy scenic views, hiking or have little kids and want to enjoy the activities around and are looking for a place to rest without breaking the bank on all the bells and whistles I definitely recommend the Villager Motel.

Such a quiet, unassuming little motel out of the noise and crowds un North Conway. We stayed one night before taking our grandson to Storyland and had a great time. We had room 14 and it was clean, comfy bed and pillows and lots of hot water. We sat outside and cooked smores in the firepit and even took a dip in the pool. Highly recommended for the price point.

Was perfect spot for weekend getaway with grabkids after long day at Storyland. Only complaint is kids play area, should be take. Down before someone gets hurt! Structure not safe and kids wanted to go play.

Pool was very relaxing

Cute room, nice upgrades however it was not clean. There was sand/salt on the carpet when we entered. Toilet and wall near it had pee on them. The tv and microwave did not work. The duvet cover had a crusty stain on it, and there was obvious stains on the walls. There was no cleaning service throughout the week- no one vacuumed or took the trash while we were there (had to empty it into the overfull dumpster ourselves). No new/extra towels all week and ran out of toilet paper. The office staff was accommodating when we were not able to arrive by closing time which was nice.

When you book a Motel the first thing that comes to your mind is a dirty- low budget place where you will find something wrong. This place is not that case. Everything was clean, the elderly person at the desk was so friendly. The Room was one of the rooms that WOW you and the bathroom was perfectly clean with a lot of towels. I will return to this Motel when visiting NH for sure. Great job to everyone doing their best.

Not only were the rooms dirty and dishes on the floor, the floors were un even to the point the tv was tipping over. The beds were lumpy, there were only three pillows and no extra blankets to be found anywhere. The extra sheet for the pull out couch was shoved in the corner and the mirror was not even washed. I generally don’t expect to much out of a room, but I even hesitated to sit on the couch. 10/10 will never stay again

Great stay for a ski trip near Attitash. This place is well kept and very clean!

Moldy shower curtains, a tub that hadn’t been scrubbed in years and was stained beyond recognition, and rat feces on the bathroom counter. Opening up the mini fridge unleashed a stink that I’ll not soon forget. Just about every surface in the room was stained: floors walls, doors, chairs, TVs. Speaking of the TV did not work. The heat did not get past 60 regardless of what we turned it to and we woke up in the night cold. The walls were paper thin. Although I booked the place for two nights, it was so disgusting that I left after the first night and booked a hotel elsewhere. I would rather sleep in my car and I think that about sums up this place. Complete and utter dump, with owners that show an inference to the condition of the property that is downright impressive. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place has not been cleaned in years, both inside and outside. very poor workmanship on installations. i have stayed in many places over the years, this is a unit from an underdeveloped country. The USA has nice places and this is not one of then.

Checking in was easy and quick. The bathtub was not clean, stains, and there were used shampoo gel tubes in the tub. There was not any body gel or shampoo in the tub dispenser. The sheets were clean but worn. There were bare spots in the curtains and the windows were closed, but several unlocked upon arrival. It is a 2-star property, but the reviews made set expectations higher than reality. It is located in a rural area away from much of the dining but central to the two major park areas and dining.

Typical 1960s roadside motel, with large parking lot and drive up to your room. Check in was very friendly and speedy. I commend the owner for the wonderful room upgrades, with new bathroom tub/shower, sink, and toilet. New chrome fixtures, and clean caulking. The bedroom was recently refreshed also with comfortable beds and nice linen. AC/heat unit worked well. Coffee pods, micro and small refrigerator all in working order. The area is convenient to North Conway dining and touring.

We needed a place to sleep the night before we went to story land. The room smelt terrible, there were no tv stations at all. You had to purchase them. The bed was comfortable but the play ground area had animal poop all over and in it. Overall it did serve its purpose for us to sleep the night but that’s legit it. its way over priced for just a bed.

Overall nice room. Dated furniture but nice bedding. Nice outside space, fire pits, chairs, tables, grills, pool. Large room, tv, wifi. Good location. Frig and microwave. My only complaint is for a 3 night stay housekeeping never came by. No coffee replaced. No clean up of room etc. Other than that the place was good!

It was an old motel with a very small room. It was acceptably clean, although it was ready for a remodeling. The tv had limited channels and the internet was very slow. In the morning, I couldn't get a picture on the screen, which said "waiting". I couldn't figure out how to lower the blinds and you could almost see thru the curtains. There were two very small pillows and the bed cover was very old and thin.

We've got lucky with one of the rooms in the back where there's no cell coverage, no Wi-Fi, and at tv, there were only 5-6 channels working. The mattresses were not very comfortable and there was barely any pressure at the shower.

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable. We stayed one night. The water very hot, so showers felt great. I thi k going in warmer weather would have allowed us to enjoy the large property and grills placed behind the room. Our room had a back door as well as front entrance and i enjoyed seeing the property. The only drawback i could see is if we stayed longer there wasnt a closet to hang clothes in.

Water heater in the bathroom leaked. Woke up in the morning to find a pool of water on the floor, some of which had run under the wall and soaked a section of carpet in the bedroom area. When I reported this to the desk manager, she shrugged and said "yeah, we know". !

We extended our original stay so we had two rooms. Room one had no vent for the stovetop, no cooking untensils and not even salt and pepper. Our toilet leaked with every flush and owner said she has already received a complaint and it was just condensation. There was no condensation and it smelt like pee. We then moved to a cabin that again had no stove vent, no cabinets, no cooking untensils and no table. I am confused why they renovated and removed these things. We had to move the fridge ourselves to be able to plug it in. Plates and cups were sat on top of the stove. There were two extremely bright automatic lights outside the door that stayed on all night and drew tons of bugs to the door making entering and exiting a disgusting experience. Bathroom had no vent or fan and the sink was leaking. Lack of outlets caused us to take turns charging our phones. “Quiet time” was not enforced and guests were blasting music outside till 3 am. When we complained the owner said “they are drunk” and did nothing. Overall a bad experience. Property has a lot of potential if managed better.

We only used heat and it worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to great hiking spots and North Conway!

This property was in the perfect location for our White Mountains explorations!

We stayed 3 nights in this motel for visiting White Mountains National Forest. The room is clean and the lactation is very convenient.

Great location and value

In a beautiful location, off the beaten path but close to a lot of things to do in the area.

Good place to stay for a cheap price. Close to North Conway for shopping in the Outlet Village and going out for dinner. It’s really nice there if you like nature.

Hard time looking for restaurant in the atea

It was an average room, on a cute little property. There is. Lot of potential for it to be a really nice place, but it was missing any of the “extra touches” that would make it special. It would have been nice to have some breakfast options as well.

There-are no food options near by . You need to go 20-30 mins to get any food.

Our motel room was very clean. And so was the bathroom. My only wish was a coffee maker.

NO COFFEE ON SITE... OR ANYWHERE NEARBY... EARLY RISERS, BEWARE and bring your own coffeemaker! Clean enough, albeit old and "outdated"... but it's the "cheapest" place around so you're getting what you're paying for. Good for families, couples, singles traveling alone... pool was COLD and shower never got hot (lukewarm at best!). TV and internet worked fine. minifridge and microwave in room. We felt safe and had a nice family weekend. It's a step or 2 above camping for sure, but NOT a luxurious place. If you like simple, this is fine. It's a bit far from getting any supplies, so bring everything with you. Also, the whole town/region is short staffed, so be prepared to wait for food orders, and many places close EARLY. Bring your own coffee and snacks and you should enjoy your stay.
