It had all the amenities (laundry room, fitness center, convenience store, etc.) needed to enjoy our stay. I especially appreciated how it was close to two stations, one main railway and local. It made travelling with children easy. The location was not far from the places we wanted to go. I also enjoyed the peace and calmess of being away from the busier places. I would recommend Double Tree by Hilton (Ariake) to others and would definitely book another Tokyo stay here!

Loved my short 2 day stay here! If I needed to stay longer, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Rooms are small but definitely still bigger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in Tokyo. Location is super convenient (literally next to the station and a 7/11 on the 1st floor). Me and my partner also walked a short distance to other locations of interests like multiple restaurants and the huge mall.

Such a great location! Right at the train stations and only a short walk to the exhibition centre. We saw a lot of Disney goers return to this hotel on the train which is a great idea! I would stay again. My only suggestion is that they need a change machine in the laundry as we had to buy something from 7/11 just to get coins for the machines

Exceptionally clean and well appointed room, however, it was much tinier than expected. We found it difficult to manage with only 2 standard pieces of luggage and nowhere to put clothing or store luggage. The layout of the shower room was also unusual but the water pressure was probably the best I've ever experienced in a hotel room. Toilet is in also in a separate enclosure and comes with a fully featured TOTO washlet bidet. The restaurant Saus served a western/asian style breakfast buffet that was leaps and bounds better than the so called free breakfast offered at many other hotel chains. The staff were also very courteous and efficient. Even though the hotel was busy, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table. The property is very conveniently located just steps to multiple transit options and is a short taxi ride to the cruise ship terminal.

非常に良かった。大規模イベントの拠点として使用したが、客室階まで上がってしまうととても静かで隣の部屋の音も外の音も聞こえなかった。外国人もメインターゲットになっているのか、館内案内等々多言語に対応している。のだけれども、選択できる言語に日本語の無い設備があったので注意は必要。あくまで拠点だったので、困りごとではないけれども、タオルが複数種類で複数枚あって、どれを何目的にする想定なのかと、アメニティに化粧水と入浴剤があったのかは聞いてみても良かったかも。不満はなく、ちゃんと調べる、聞くをするともっと快適になりそうだった。

Highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Tokyo! Conveniently placed between 3 major train stations, getting to all the major parts of the city was a breeze. With it being outside of the dense city, the rooms are larger and the property is serene and well furnished. It’s the perfect stay as long as you don’t mind 20 min train rides to your destination!

Amazing facility. Neat, clean and right next to a major train station. The only down fall was that the front desk wasn’t as friendly as you’d expect, however they were accommodating. There was a fire alarm around 6 in the morning. I woke up to an automated announcement, alarms and flashing lights. Phones and elevators didn’t work, along with anything else electronic including all room door locks. Nothing. I wasn't even able to get into the emergency exit stair case because it was locked. We (me, wife and kids) were on a high floor, so if there was an actual emergency we would have died with no way out. Finally after almost 30 minutes the alarms turned off. Made my way to the front desk and the only explanation was that it was a “mistake” and an apology consisting of just “sorry.” Nothing else. No one got a warning or post-notification or anything.
