From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we knew this was not some corporate chain. The staff welcomed us at the door, made sure we felt at home, asked us good questions on how to make our stay fit our needs, and explained the amenities. The welcome was genuine and difficult to beat. The room was a suite, and it lived up to expectations; clean, large, functional and well thought-out. We had plenty of towels, all the plumbing worked as expected, and the lighting was good. Electrical outlets galore, a great desk for getting some work in as well. The included breakfast was more of a continental type of breakfast, but it was included in the price so I can’t complain about feee food. We had free cocktails the first night. Just a few blocks walk to the center of everything in Charleston and just far away enough to avoid the noise of the crowds. Easily a property we will revisit.

We loved it. Our room was huge. Every one was so nice. Definitely recommend it
