Very clean and the decor is perfect to the historical venue that makes Charleston. We hit the wine/cheese welcome at 5 pm then off to dinner recommended near by. It was delicious. Parking is right behind the hotel.

Fantastic location and many amenities included. Breakfast was brought to you with room service at your requested time. Wine and cheese happy hour was delightful. It was our anniversary and a wonderful bottle of champagne awaited us in our room. A must place to stay!

The Inn was wonderful. The patking lot was a hassle. Everytime we moved our car and tried leaving the lot we had trouble getting out or bsck in!!!!

Very nice historic inn. Room service continental breakfast was very nice, as was the evening wine reception. The only real complaint was the parking. The parking lot had two gated entrances, both with card reader machines. Neither worked consistently during our stay. It was difficult to find the second entrance to the lot after we couldn’t get in at the first entrance the hotel’s email had directed us to. And then still had to use the call button to try to get someone to let us in. No better luck second and third day.

The location is perfect for a short stay in Charleston because we are right in the historic district. The parking is convenient. It is $17 a day, already the cheapest among hotels in this area. It is a 3-star hotel and hence we did not expect high end furniture or interior decor. But the room has all the essentials. The only downside is that there is some intermittent machine noise. It might be from the elevator, or perhaps from the central air conditioning. The Wi-Fi does not work in our room. But we just used cell phone data and did not bother to ask the staff for a fix. I hope it is easy to fix for guests who need Wi-Fi.

Prime location. Quaint and quiet hotel. Staff was always welcoming. The parking lot was conveniently located, yet the logistics of getting in and out was often challenging likely of no fault of the hotel, but instead the company managing the lot. All in all I enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel and will book it again and again.

Great location for easy access to dining and Market Street vendors. Parking was not free but was just steps away although the gate control system kept malfunctioning. Continental brkfst was good. Room and bathroom very clean. But water pressure very low. Overall highly recommended and will stay there again.

It is a charming well kept clean hotel well located in Charleston, within walking distance of both restaurants and places to visit. Parking is easy. The staff is friendly and helpful.It is good to know in advance that you order a continental breakfast which is brought to your room.

Host welcomed us when we arrived. It is an historic building so of course it is old… But in very good condition. The daily wine and cheese reception is 5-6 pm at their sister Inn next door- wine was actually good! We had no issues with our stay. Only issue is that our bathroom shower curtain had dark mold on bottom. It is a good value and in a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fulton Lane Inn. The staff was very helpful and polite. The accommodations were nice and clean with complimentary breakfast delivered to the room daily. The central location made touring the city a breeze.

Loved the historic look of the hotel and our room, and how very quiet it was. Everything was clean, and having breakfast brought to our room was a real luxury. The tub didn't drain well, but everything else was perfect, including the comfy beds and the nice big closet.

It was great that they offetwd breakfast and happy hour. All the employees were friendly. The room smelled damp and moldy. Not sure if this is due to age of motel. On-site parking is handy. Would have enjoyed a workout room. Central to all historic sights.

I wanted to love my stay but unfortunately the mildew smell in the room was awful. I think it was just the condition of the building. The complimentary breakfast was very nice as was the staff. I wanted to try and move rooms to escape the mold smell but they had nothing else open. If you are not sensitive to smells this hotel would be great. It is right on kings street which was nice but left with a headache.

Beautiful historic inn with beautiful rooms and comfy beds. Very quiet at night, very cozy rooms with breakfast served in your room every morning. Loved it! Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Very close to the City Market.

This little gem is tucked away in the middle of the best parts of Charleston. Close by to the markets, the waterfront, and historic district. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. The bed was comfy, though a bit soft for my taste. The morning sun was an absolute treat to wake up to, as well!

This was a great location in Charleston, very walkable. Perfect boutique hotel. The room was nice, comfortable bed, breakfast brought to your room in morning. Loved it! Only complaint would be the ac was blowing directly on my side of bed with no way to change it.

It's a historic hotel, therefore you will find short runs of steps and hookedy-crookedy hallways, which I thought added to its charm. There was an elevator and it always arrived promptly. No breakfast area--you order from a menu of cold options (toast, pastry, muffins, hard boiled egg, various cerials, yogurt, coffee, juices, and milk and your breakfast is delivered to your room within the 30 minute time frame you specifiy. Bed was very comfortable. Blinds and curtains on windows so you could manage how much light you wanted to come into the room. My suite on the third floor (336) faced King Street, had a fireplace. sitting area, table and chairs and a very nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and a small refrigerator. No microwave. Expensive but all the French Quarter hotels are, some "very very." This was a nice place and I would go back.

Excellent location. Authentic rooms, kept very clean. Very nice continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Parking is convenient and staff are all friendly. The old style beds are charming, and require steps to access them so may not be suitable for everyone.

This is a very cute, clean and close to almost everything hotel with great staff. They will keep you informed about anything going on at the hotel. My only reason for not giving a perfect score was, the bed matress were not very comfortable. Making it hard to get to sleep. The rooms and the whole hotel is very adorable. They serve your chosen breakfast to your room each day at the time slot you choose. There is sherry each evening between 5PM and 6PM in the main lobby. The sister hotel next door serves wine and cheese at about that same time. As I stated above, this hotel is in walking distance to just about everything. You can walk to all the historical sites such as the the old exchange where the constitution was ratified, the old slave market, the pineapple fountain, the Charleston peir. If you are up for a 30 minute walk, you could even walk to the aquarium or to catch the ferry to Ft. Sumter. They are both located at the same place. We did the 30 minute walk and it was not too bad even if it was drizzling a slight mist of rain. Our reasoning for walking everywhere we could is because there are a lot of one way streets, the roads are not very wide or in the best shape and parking is a little hard to find. We only had to drive to Boone Hall Plantation and Folly Beach. Oh! Just an FYI, you pay for parking just about everywhere.

It is a charming well kept clean hotel well located in Charleston, within walking distance of both restaurants and places to visit. Parking is easy. The staff is friendly and helpful.It is good to know in advance that you order a continental breakfast which is brought to your room.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a late flight on our last day so it was very nice that they were happy to do luggage storage for us. The wine and cheese in the evening was a nice touch too. I would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fulton Lane Inn. The staff was very helpful and polite. The accommodations were nice and clean with complimentary breakfast delivered to the room daily. The central location made touring the city a breeze.

It was nice to be in the heart of the French Quarter district of a beautiful city and our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. We were surprised to see that the cleaning crew left our room door halfway open while we were away, so we returned to find it open! Luckily nothing was stolen. We also did not appreciate the 7am call on the room phone, which woke us up for no reason. Breakfast was included and decent, but the only option was room service and there were no fresh prepared items to choose -- would have liked an omelet, waffles, bacon, etc. in a restaurant setting - instead of just pastries, yogurt, granola in the room. Also did not like having to pay extra $17 per day for parking.

We live in South Carolina and frequently visit the Charleston area. I booked at Fulton Inn bc it’s one of the few places we’ve not stayed. It was quiet, which was nice as Charleston has become a magnet for herds of loud tourists. It was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses, however, were uncomfortable and didn’t have fitted sheets on them - just a tucked in flat sheet which was odd. Such a cute property right in the mix of King Street! Easy to walk everywhere and the parking lot was super convenient. Definitely go there first and then check in. Abby was amazing and made check in a breeze. Complimentary breakfast brought to your room in the morning was the best as well as the wine and cheese happy hour in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful hidden gem! So conveniently located to King St and all the amenities that has to offer. It was such a luxury to have our breakfast delivered to our rooms. Very quiet inn with large rooms and comfy beds. Excited to stay here again soon.

This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the historic district. Our room was clean, attractive, and spacious. We appreciated the excellent breakfast delivered to our room, the wine and cheese reception in the late afternoon, and sherry in the evening. Fantastic location and many amenities included. Breakfast was brought to you with room service at your requested time. Wine and cheese happy hour was delightful. It was our anniversary and a wonderful bottle of champagne awaited us in our room. A must place to stay!

The only downside to this property was the bed was really stiff, but some people may like that. I loved staying in a historic Charleston location. Their customer service was amazing and friendly. They had a water bottle filling station along with an ice machine to help you stay hydrated with all the walking that’s required in Charleston. Their breakfast was delicious and I loved that they delivered it to our door. They also have coffee tea and a wine and cheese event in the evening, however, we did not partake in these, it was nice that it was offered.

This is a wonderful hotel in the middle of downtown Charleston. It is in an old building that is wonderfully preserved and utilized. There is a free room service breakfast that is very good. There is good parking in a lot behind the hotel.There is also a wine, cheese and cracker reception nightly followed by sherry in the lobby. The hotel is within walking distance of all downtown attractions.10/10

Very nice historic inn. Room service continental breakfast was very nice, as was the evening wine reception. The only real complaint was the parking. The parking lot had two gated entrances, both with card reader machines. Neither worked consistently during our stay. It was difficult to find the second entrance to the lot after we couldn’t get in at the first entrance the hotel’s email had directed us to. And then still had to use the call button to try to get someone to let us in. No better luck second and third day.

Eveything was excellent. The only thing i would say is that the breakfast was misleading. I was picturing a hot breakfast such as eggs, bacon, etc. I wouldn't have thought I needed to ask if the complimentary breakfast included was a “hot” one. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful hotel and everyone was very kind.

Beautiful historic property, middle of King Street, everything you want to do in Charleston is only a 10-15 minute walk. Staff was excellent, very helpful. Room was very quiet, such a peaceful sleeping experience. Room was very clean. Overall, great value for the historic property and location. Will definitely be planning another stay soon.
