Review for a queen room. Previously stayed in first class king. I liked the hotel so much that this is my second stay on this trip. Room has all the essentials, gym is adequate for a short visit Tbh queen room was a good size , and if there is a question between queen or first class king, I would pick the cheaper option. Service was excellent staff was great. As always, thanks to Mr. kazua, Ms. Ouandaogo and the two other front desk folks (sorry did not get your names )

This hotel was amazing. Was very clean, accommodating, and they have robots that deliver your goods to you. Very nice place to stay for your Trip in Tokyo. It’s right in the heart of the city of Ginza which is close to the Shibuya Crossing and Diver City Plaza and all of the great places. Very great place.

This hotel is in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to Shimbashi Station (which to those who haven't been to Tokyo before, is a pretty useful hub. Staff were extremely friendly and there's an excellent bar/restaurant in the lobby as well that is open late. My only real criticism is that the rooms are not particularly spacious-- we were two people with one checked bag and one carry-on each, and I'm not going to lie, it was pretty close quarters which could be an issue for travelers buying lots of souvenirs.

I stayed in the Premium queen room, 6th floor. The ambient lighting was so perfect at night even during the day. The staff were extremely helpful and Tamang and Vivek are a power duo at the bar. They made my last night an enjoyable experience. Their stories of being from Nepal are also a treat. They showed me things that were new to me which i really appreciated. The location is incredible. 5 minute or less walk to the main Ginza line of Shimbashi. Located so well to all major visiting cities. Less than 25 minutes to just about anywhere youd like to go in tokyo with minimal transitions on different lines. Would 100% stay here again. Also if you like HOT showers, they get the job done. Only thing the room needs, is a microwave 😅

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Clean and modern with a late night restaurant so food and drink available. I even had a robot deliver water to my room! I stayed in the premium room which was spacious and had all the amenities for a city break. Ginza location is perfect for shopping (3 min walk) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Ginza metro station is also ideal for getting around the city. Would absolutely stay again!

Strange layout of shower, toilet and bath sink. Sink is located at the next of bed. And toilet and bath room has no sink. Light switch of “bath” turns on “bath room” and “sink bowl” that is the next to bed. Bathrobes are asked by phone and “delivery robot” delivers it.

Amazing location! Steps away from Shimbashi station and right at the start of the Ginza strip. Rooms are slightly larger maybe than most Japanese hotels but they use the space way better than most with storage under the bed for all the luggage you had to buy because you spent too much at the Donki that’s a 15 sec walk from the hotel. This one is one of my top choices in Tokyo and we’ve stayed in lots. Also you need to walk a couple blocks to Roar coffee that opens at 8 am which is early for Japan. PS the rooms are very clean and as a 6’5 guy i appreciate a shower that is hung from the ceiling so not just getting my chest.

This hotel was too small to be comfortable but it was not a bad experience. The rooms had no storage space - no closet, no drawers, barely anywhere to put my luggage. Even by Japanese standards it was tiny. The room didn't have a chair, just a very uncomfortable stool. The bed was comfy, the gym was great, but I wouldn't stay in a room that tiny. Also the lobby area is tiny if you exclude the restaurant. There's only one couch and two chairs - if you sit at any other table you're technically in the restaurant and they will make you order something. Plus they are very aggressive about no outside food or drinks at those tables. But the lobby gets crowded and noisy so there's nowhere to sit. Also the staff was really strict about late checkout. They only gave me 30 extra minutes despite the fact that I was sick and when those 30 minutes were up they called me exactly on the dot to tell me it was time to come down. No chill. Baggage storage area was overflowing, felt a little comfortable leaving my laptop there even though the staff was being vigilant.

We got the king room and the room was actually very big for Tokyo and I felt like all of the space was utilized very well. I liked that it had usb plugs in the bedside tables/desk and the purple lighting was very nice. The internet seemed a little slow at times, but the fact that you could cast your tv shows from your phone to the tv was a plus. I didn’t notice an amenity bar that most hotels in Japan have - not sure if you just need to ask or they don’t have one. It was also a very convenient location with a FamilyMart next door and a huge Don Quijote across the street. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Tokyo and will probably choose this one again on my next trip.

Loved it! A nice new property, we were on the top floor (14) and had an unexpected view of Tokyo tower which was a nice surprise. Also really enjoyed the robots that bring supplies to your room if you call reception. Very little road noise and a great position for Ginza or metro stops

Location is great, close to Shinbashi station and also Ginza Line and Ginza main area. Staff is quite helpful. Most of all I like the room - it is bright, the design gives a new vibe. Also I appreciate the design gives the room plenty of space to walk and open suitcases. The room also looks very clean to me - staff is doing a good job, If I had to say what could be better, I'd like to have more hooks right by the shower to hang my clothes, and I wish that the price could be better

Certain things about the room were wonderful but other things were odd design choices. The glass door to the toilet was a poor choice for late-night bathroom visits. You couldn’t use the bathroom without disturbing everyone else in the room. Also, our room was advertised as having the adjustable bed but didn’t actually have it. Now onto the good! The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Shower was the nicest we had the whole trip (though we would’ve liked a bath to soak achy feet). The couch was great to have for lounging after a long day. Bonus points for a Family Mart and Don Quijote on the same block!

Rooms rather small. Very clean and excellent location. The only thing that was poor was the check-in and check-out process. For a country that is so modern and developed, checking in and out of the hotel was archaic. Not being able to charge to the room shows a lack of trust of their guests.

Like most people who visit Tokyo for the first time I spent ages researching Tokyo and various hotels. It can certainly become overwhelming due to Tokyo's size, I am so pleased I chose Yotel in Tokyo. It's in the best location, within walking distance to shoppers paradise (incl uniqlo flagship store) and transport systems that will take you on your Tokyo adventures. If you fancy a stroll, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo station, Imperial palace and the famous fish market in Tsukiji are all about 25min walk from the hotel as well as many other attractions. The famous 7/11 and Family Mart are only a couple of minutes away and a great place to have breakfast. The staff at Yotel are approachable and super attentive. I will absolutely stay in this hotel again!

Excellent service and location and rooms are decent size, we had three large suitcases and two carry ons and it wasn’t a problem at all. Service was always excellent. We went out one day and asked if they could call a restaurant once they opened to make a reservation that night and they did and confirmed by email … totally above and beyond. Will definitely stay here next time again. Great location too close to main line to get anywhere. Excellent !!!

Städning och renlighet super fint, inget att anmärka på. Frukosten var dock dyr i förhållande till vad som serverades. äggen alldeles för hårt kokta, äggstaning/scrambled eggs/omelette alldeles för gegig /lös även om man sade till. Alldeles för litet stekjärn till för mycket ägg. Ska var mycket större stekjärn så äggen steks igenom tunnare skikt med ägg. Sedan en liten detalj, sladden till vattenkokaren på rummet är alldeles för kort, når inte upp till kontakten på vägen.

Overall, the location is excellent and the place is clean. However, the rooms are too small, and the bed placement is strangely awkward depending on the room. Basic amenities are not provided unless you specifically request them individually. The food is always the same, so it was just okay, but the quality itself wasn’t bad. Unless the rooms become twice as big, I’m not sure if I’d visit again.

Excellent hotel. I booked a first class king with breakfast . Room was decent sized, new, clean. Location was amazing , just a five minute walk to shimbashi station. Breakfast was western style , which was good. On the last day, I was going to get a taxi to Shinagawa station for shinSaken but the lady at the front desk( I did not get her name but this is on 16/4/25) told me to just take the JR train to Shinagawa as it would be faster/cheaper and she said I would thank her later. Thanks for the great advice !:)
