Very small and slightly tired room, but very clean and well located. Although it's a virtual reception at certain times, we found the front desk staff extremely helpful and professional. I'd stay again for an overnight or short break.

Kamer was klein maar wisten we voordat we boekten en hotel was vrij nieuw en dat zag je aan alles. Kamer was super netjes, verzorging super en badkamer klein maar fijn en alles wat je nodig hebt met prima douche. Iets buiten het centrum maar met 10 minuten wandelen in het oude centrum en voor ons prima te doen en was zeker niet vervelend. Receptie erg aardig wanneer aanwezig en beschikbaar voor vragen en of antwoorden.

Good area, greeted warmly at reception and room was clean. Albeit smaller than I was expecting but that's ok. Now the problem. Your window in the room faces into hallway. You can close shutters for privacy but if you want natural light you have to keep them open. 2nd problem. There is also a curtain on the window but this curtain is on the hall side of window and anyone can just come by and peek in your room. This happened to me. I was resting on the bed and noticed that someone was peering in at me. I had the "do not disturb" sign on door, so not sure if it was cleaning person checking or just a random stranger. Totally freaked me out. Kept my shutters closed the rest of my stay. Noise from hall or room next door was also noticeable

The room was small but very clean. The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and communicated everything well. Check in was an easy process. The downside is that you can easily hear everything in the surrounding rooms, including when people use the toilet, so if you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs.

Location was excellent. The hotel is a few minutes away from the metro and within walking distance of the centre. Plenty of places to eat around. The room was small but clean and the bed was confortable but the bathroom was extremely small and hard to move around. The worst aspect were the paper thin walls. We could hear the people in the neighbouring room cough, sneeze, talk on the phone, having conversations and the TV when it was on. Not a great place to relax unfortunately.

L'hotel était très bien, le personnel super, les chambres propres, pour un très bon prix, proche du vieux centres et à marche de tout. Le personnel a été très acomodant et serviable en me changeant de chambre quand la premiere était trop petite (je suis très grand de taille), ont répondu à mes questions, m'ont fournient des bouche oreille pour dormir la nuit, bref super. Concernant ce point, le seul défaut, malheureusement important pour moi, est que les chambre ne sont pas du tout isolés, on entend vraiment absoluement tout ce qui se passe, la nuit comme le matin. Malgré les bouches oreilles je n'ai pas pu bien dormir quelques matins et la nuit aussi. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il faut considérer ce bruit. Sinon excellent hotel.

Iets buiten het centrum maar met 10 minuten wandelen in het oude centrum en voor ons prima te doen en was zeker niet vervelend. Receptie erg aardig wanneer aanwezig en beschikbaar voor vragen en of antwoorden.

Location was excellent. The hotel is a few minutes away from the metro and within walking distance of the centre. Plenty of places to eat around. The room was small but clean and the bed was confortable but the bathroom was extremely small and hard to move around. The worst aspect were the paper thin walls. We could hear the people in the neighbouring room cough, sneeze, talk on the phone, having conversations and the TV when it was on. Not a great place to relax unfortunately.

The cleaning lady Angie was super helpful providing direction to take bus and metro to go to Oceanography It was very early in the morning. Also, the hotel was very clean and smelled really nice throughout hallways. It was nicely located near Russell a really great place for tapas. Everyone was very helpful. Also, it was closed to the parking lot.. Wonderful experience!

Great staff. My room way upgraded because I'm quite tall and they thought the single room would be too small. Convenient and clean. Free storage for luggage! Only bad thing is noise. Weird mechanical noise every hour in the night woke me up. Had my earplugs. Overall great place, but not if you're noise sensitive.

This hotel definitely did not live up to the positive reviews. The shower took more than five minutes to get warm, anytime we ran the sink, shower, or toilet there was a loud noise. We could also hear people going into the luggage lockers each morning. We asked to switch rooms and were told we already had the largest/quietest room…
