Good hotel good staff, but the cleaning is not the best. The floor had stains in the room that I stayed and smell like cigarettes.

I stayed at this hotel from January 19 to January 22, 2026, in a family room for five people. The room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable. However, there was a lot of noise coming from outside, and the soundproofing was very poor, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was weak and below standard. The restaurant staff’s behavior was not good and felt unprofessional. Overall, the noise and poor service negatively affected the stay.
