Booked a room with Kabaa view, but could only see minarats. stayed 2 nights and had no lights in our room apart from in the bathroom. So we checked out on our last night in the evening and went to another hotel. Feel bad for writing this because it was apart of our Umrah, but hopefully they can use this to become better. Because we did not feel any 5 star feeling there.

The staff were very welcoming especially Jana at reception. Tarek Manwar my room attendant was friendly and ensured my room was clean and well stocked with everything. Breakfast and Dinner was delicious, had a lovely variety and the staff were helpful and friendly always. It’s close to the Haram with spectacular views. Really enjoyed my stay

We enjoyed the view of the haram from the room and the sky masala the most. The breakfast was ample but quite pricey.
