We were in Makkah for 5 days. Stay was really nice - we got a free upgrade to the room so that was good too. The only concerns were that we did not get room service for 3 nights and I had to remind the hotel that they need to send someone. The other major concern was that the shuttle to Haram was always very packed. My family would end up having to stand up in the shuttle. That experience took away a lot from the 10/10 rating for Voco.

Far from Haram, we could not find shuttle service back hotel, however the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed.
