I didn't chose the property due to cost, it was chosen due to location, however, it was comparatively inexpensive and you get what you get when you don't spend the extra. Likes: Staff was friendly, convenient location, clean, bed was comfortable, spacious enough for 2 people, working TV, quiet during the night. There was a small gym and a community laundry available. Dislikes: Kitchen was bare (not as advertised - even on the billboards in the hotel - I had to go to the front desk to ask for a fork), cheap towels, cheap and minimal toiletries (strange, cheap odor to the soap), no hair dryer (as advertised), unusable drawers (breaking). Breakfast was not breakfast, it was a minimal choice of snack food (granola bars, packaged muffin, oranges), with the exception of oatmeal that you have to eat out of a tiny coffee cup.

Looking for new apartment and stayed here for several weeks. The staff at the desk are very customer service focused. Best customer service in a hotel I have had ever. The building, room and amenities are nothing like described. Very run down, no real gym just a bike and an elliptical, there is no real breakfast just coffee and oatmeal soft bar or other instant breakfast food set up on a little table in the corner. There is no usable wifi even when purchasing the upgraded plan. Housekeeping never came to clean room the 7 weeks I was there. Stove knob’s didn’t have numbers so it was very difficult to cook anything and impossible to bake. Too expensive of a place for how rundown. I only stayed cause of how great Ms. Payne and the rest of staff were.

It was late at night when we arrived so we expected it to be dark, but it was so dark outside that it was genuinely creepy. Like I mean horror movie creepy!!! There is hardly any lighting in the parking lot. I would def recommend arriving in the day time or bringing a flashlight to find the front door. We considered losing our $144 for the room to stay somewhere else… and we’re broke, so that’s saying something. The front office smelled like someone had been smoking a fatttt blunt. Had it been just my husband and I, we may have tried to join those responsible, however, it’s not a front office I would ever like to have my three young children in again. The hallways after checking in were back straight back to horror movie vibes. Only thing missing were a few straight jackets. Room was huge! Super fun for the kids. However, their feet turned pitch black within 10 minutes of taking off their shoes, so cleanliness definitely came into question. My back will probably be hurting for the next 2 weeks after sleeping on that bed. “Breakfast” consisted of coffee and Otis spunkmeyer muffins… lucky for us we love Otis spunkmeyer!! But the “free breakfast” ad was definitely another disappointment. This hotel and Holiday Inn have comparable prices- I won’t be making this mistake again. Definitely felt like a complete waste of money.

There was no ice machine on the property. The bed squeaks. The tv was outdated. I wasn’t allowed to leave a half cash half card deposit

We have spent a lot of time over the years in San Antonio, but never in this area. We chose it as we would be able to cook. The floors were so dirty and actually had me wearing shoes and washing the floor. Sofa bed is really uncomfortable, the bed was a little better. I felt at tlmes a little worry for the rental car.

The facility does not have an ice despenser. The water tasted rancid. The pool was gross. The staff did not stop a loud family from running and screamming up and down the hallway at 7 AM on Sunday morning. The access doors from outside did not work with the key card. I have a broken leg and parked close to my room. That access door lock lockinng system did not work. I went to the pool and tried toaccess the building from there and the key card did not work. The system is broken. My key worked in my door to my room, but nowhere else. I had to walk a LOT more due to poor access from locked exterior doors. My bathtub faucet dripped the whole time and the bathroom smelled sour due to constant water in the tub. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

Not enough towels. No hand soaps. The one elevator stopped working.

Horrible, Terrible the worst experience. At check in there was no one at front desk. Had me waiting for over 25 min. Multiple auto robberies. Including me. Back window broken. Got 3 overcharges on my account. Called multiple times and they haven’t returned the call or solved the issue. Never. Again.

Have been staying here couple of times. This last time was horrible. Both room was all dusty. Hotel was getting remodeled but atleast clean the rooms before making a customer go inside them. Floor was not swept, full of hairs . Room smelled like if someone was smoking inside them which i got non smoking rooms. I had to go get my own airfresheners. I went to front desk and asked for a broom. Never once asked me what it was for.

Hallways reek of weed, live and dead cockroaches in kitchen of the room and in the stairwells. Hotel is infested.

I was not able to check in. When I arrived at the property they told me that they had over booked and that there was no more rooms for me to stay. I was extremely upset because it was late at night and I had to scramble to look for another hotel room at another hotel. Luckily I was able to find one that accommodated me. This hotel didn’t even call me to notify of if the situation.

My stay was for two nights . And I did not like our stay at all I forgot to pack my slippers and the carpet felt so sticky like they don’t shampoo them .i had to wear my socks. The cabinets in the kitchen were full of grease it was sticky I didn’t even put our snacks in there. The fridge was cool but when I was checking out I took my soda bottles and milk for my 1 year old both bottle and milk had a weird smell on them . The sheets where never changed I had to go to front desk and get the sheets myself .cause I could not sleep my body was itchy like when the sheets get dirty and are not changed out . My sons back hurt the next morning from the sofa mattress being beyond used . He could feel the metal stand on his back even after the sheets where on .

You get what you pay for. I paid $70 a night and expected much worse. I'd had bad experiences at extended-stay hotels before, so I expected the worst. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a mess. The room was clean except for the floor, which was sticky. The bathroom was clean. For the price, it was fine. Parking seemed very secure, and the location is pretty good. It's surrounded by other hotels and on a dead-end street. It has a slightly strong incense smell. I would stay there again if I were on a budget and just needed a bed to rest. I'm happy with substandard amenities and furnishings, as long as the place is clean enough.

The system was down after we checked in and it impacted our visit and up to 3 other guests for over 6 hours. Our room had crumbs and soda markings from the previous people on the table as if someone finished their lunch. There was mold inside of one of the kitchen cupboards. The drawer had dead insects in it as if it’s never wiped down. It took hours for them to change our room. I came from out of state with kids, drove 8 hours that day and didn’t have much of an option but to stay. I would preferred to have been refunded and moved to another location. I will never return. The only positive thing I can say is the staff handled this very well, considering the lobby was full of upset clients, they were kind and professional. They did their best and kept on the situation. If the staff can update their cleaning routines, shift supervision and proper maintenance, there is potential here.

We had no idea the hotel was under construction all the third floor where we stayed had no carpet no floor. It was all concrete with dust. Walls were all white and freshly painted. rooms were dirty with dust and a huge opening under the door. room was hot. Restrooms had cockroaches all over the sink and the Shower and tub kitchen had cockroaches in the counter. And sink area. There was splashed dead cockroaches in between the blankets. The beds were not sturdy enough and part of the bed fell off to the floor. I told the person at the front desk that we had to leave early way ahead of check in time due to waking up with a cockroach on my arm, response was we will let management know. I even showed them videos of the cockroaches and of how the floor was dirty with dust and the pictures of the cockroaches that were dead and splashed in between the blankets.

Rooms were very dirty. We were moved three times. Place stinks. Looks like the sheets weren’t changed and they definitely do NOTclean the bathtub or bathroom. Very disgusted and disappointed with this place. Don’t waste your money!

Room would not cool down, bed was uncomfortable and itchy, there was a dog in one of the rooms barking throughout the night and people talking loudly till about 3 am in the parking lot right outside the window. Would not recommend.

At first the room looked presentable, but after a quick wipe down in the bathroom it was not very clean especially the toilet. Then the next day when I went to take a shower the temperature was boiling hot. The front desk sent someone to check it out and gave us another room above us. Again I did a quick wipe down and it was not very clean the bathroom. And lastly we didn't feel very safe because the door had a switch lock and a top lock but if you turned the door knob it would unlock and the top lock would pop open as well.

Check in was amazing!! Fast, convenient and professional. The room was clean and well appointed with two small rooms instead of one. The shower was clean and the towels were better than average quality. The bed feels comfortable and the room seems quiet for being so close to the highway.

The room was big which was good for our family. But the AC didn’t work all weekend so it was hot in our room the restroom everytime we used it we had to plunge it and all they did was give a $20 credit!!!

I needed a room close to the medical center because my granddaughter is in ICU. The Final Four is in town this weekend, so most rooms were sold out or asking a ridiculous price for 1-2 nights. This place came up next to a place I stayed at the previous weekend that was decent and the price seemed fair, so I thought it would be comparable. WRONG. The "lobby"was hidden on the side of the building and was a tiny room where no staff was at the desk. I rang the bell, and was told "coming" and someone finally showed up. She hardly said anything the entire time she checked me in. I had requested an upper floor but got the 1st floor. I went to the room and was welcomed by a powerful musty odor and 1970s brown and orange matted carpet. The toilet was the only part of the room that has been updated in the last 40 years. The shower water pressure was decent. I checked out early and won't consider a revisit. My sister booked 4 nights for the same cause, and is considering loosing her money to see if any other hotel in the town is available. She spent $1073 for a 4 night stay. Save your money unless you're desperate like we were.

The beds were clean and comfortable. We were a family of five and the room was large and roomy. We used the sofa pullout bed. The breakfast choices were few but good selection.

The Staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. They are the reason why I'm not given lower stars. I prefer getting a kitchenette when I travel, I prefer cooking and saving my money this had a kitchenette without a full set up dishes, pots, pans, silverware. You have to request a kitchen set up. The kitchen faucet was hard to turn off the hot & cold handels were stripped so it was hard to turn the water off. The room also did not come with a coffee maker, which is important to me when I travel. But they have a coffee maker in the lobby. The room was sort of clean, but it looked like a run down apartment with old dingy furniture. The flat screen was small and still bluky. But I cant express enough how great the staff was, from the moment I walked in they were friendly helpful and pleasent. However, I wouldn't recommend staying, maybe if the owner made sure every kitchenette had a full set up, with toaster, a microwave that doesn't make a noise like its from 1991. Updated the furniture or add more lamps and decorations it would feel more inviting. I just feel like the place could feel more clean and inviting with a few updates, better lighting, and a full kitchen set up

Half the lamps in the room didn't work. For some reason there were bits of dig food on the floor and in the restroom.... our shower was completely shot and legit had to have a maintenance dude come replace the faucet and he left the broken parts in the restroom. (Better not be at fault for that btw will update) all in all its a disappointing stay

My card didn't work twice at check in. And be warned there's no restroom in the lobby. So if you have to use it, you have to go on your room. It's also very very noisy. First floor can hear lots of movement from above.

Had a great experience. Had. Minor issue with lighting but it was addressed quickly and issue resolved.

The staff was extremely rude. We requested a late check out and they told us it would not be a problem. They they charged us a late check out fee without mentioning anything about a late check out fee. I’ve called the hotel and they claim they cannot do anything and were once again rude to me. They even hung up on me. Avoid this hotel.

Very clean. Ive been to a few places in the past year and ive had issues. I explained that to the manager and i explained what i was looking for and needed. He did excellent and my family was comfortable for 5 days woth no issues AT ALL! THE STAF IS AMAZING! 5 STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The room was cozy and the area was very quiet considering it’s almost next to the highway, good food choices nearby and parking was easy. Only complaint was that a couple of things in the room were either non functioning or pest. Saw just a little roach dead in the bathroom as we checked in and the switch to use the shower head instead of bottom running was broken so I couldn’t use the shower head.

Stay was ok and great for cost . You have to ask for pots and pans utensils and so forth but it is available. Breakfast was a joke either an orange that was rotten or a muffin .

No breakfast as seen on website. You can smell the pet smell in the room once you enter the rooms . Toilets were clogged . And constant dripping in the shower area . You have to remove your own trash

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean, and had good space. The kitchen appliances were tooo old but they were functioning fine. The complimentary breakfast is just Coffee, nutrition bar and some oranges.

It was old. elevator didn’t work . I paid for five people and we only had three towels . Beds were hard and there was no complementary breakfast as told just coffee

I booked the extended-stay for the full kitchen with the oven in the refrigerator, but they refuse to give me dishes or pots and pans because I wasn’t staying at least five days the breakfast that the state is free complementary breakfast is a muffin, a granola bar, coffee, or tea they wouldn’t give me plastic utensils, stating they didn’t have any but they had spoons out for breakfast. She gave me two paper plates for three days day. I had to go to the store and buy everything to cook.

All of the staff was rude, room did not look like picture. Breakfast was laughable basket of fruit, and prepackaged muffins
