My truck got broken in the person on the front desk didn’t bother to ask if we wanted to call the police or if anything was stolen or if any damages were done , the person just said oh ok sorry …… really !!!!!

Nice place to stay for vacation. Friendly workers, comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent tv Spectrum service channels. Pool and facilities were excellent. Fitness room could use some cleaning, handles were sticky. Other than that, it was great.

It was a nice hotel but,they now charge parking ,one of the only hotel that does that,room was a bit dirty and old.. im a bit dissapointed, the Jacuzzi the last 3 times has been extremely hot 🔥 over 110f they need to work on that and pool dirty...

Broken elevators were unsettling. One was out of service when we arrived. Second one failed when we were trying to check out. Had to leave via staircase. Walked 4 flights down w luggage while suffering with sciatica!!!! This experience spoiled what was an ordinary stay.

Honestly, the main thing that stood out was that even though we had a couple of issues when we first got there like the air conditioner made this horrendous noise so we couldn't even use it at first and the toilet seat was broken, they fixed it immediately. There was no waiting till the next day or anything. Everyone was very kind and gracious and made our stay a priority. The breakfast was awesome and the location of our hotel was great for what we needed. The one and only thing I can say that we were surprised and disappointed in because we didn't know about it ahead of time was that they charged $10 per night for parking. I asked the lady how else you could get to the hotel other than driving a car because you certainly couldn't walk and therefore the $10 should have been built into the cost of the room.

I enjoyed breakfast every morning. It was well taken care of and tasty. The ice machines on the floors weren't in operation. Also, the hotel hosts a "sleep study" of some sort so from 7pm to 7am, parking is an issue. Designated parking spaces are for that group.

Service was adequate. Breakfast was good. Bathroom Had not been cleaned thoroughly. Parking truly needs to be updated there are no visible lines so everyone parks as they please. No security a vehicle had been broken into.

When we went into the room we noticed it was not properly cleaned. The restroom had hair all under the sink, the tub was dirty, there was a grape under the chair, and the sheets were stained. When we checked in I received a text message from the property welcoming us and to text the number with any issues. I texted all of the issues with no response. When I spoke to front desk they said they only clean the rooms every 3 days. I told them all the issues and the grape is still there. I’m pretty positive the grape will be there a very long time.

This is my third time staying at this la Quinta and we kept coming back due to having a great experience. I was not too happy that they started charging for parking. The only other complaint was that the room was not clean. There was a cockroach in the room. There was a bottled water under the bed that was not ours. Carpet was dirty, bathroom door was dirty. The AC was blowing a musty smell.

Reservation for suite , 2 nights, king bed with separate sitting area ……. Definitely not suitable for sitting , we had to sit on floor or on unstable bed. Asked for another room but none available either night. Couch in sitting area was a hazard, cushions would and could not be sat on or you would fall through to empty frame underneath. Towels in bathroom smelled which all guest noticed. I have NEVER left a bad review for any hotel stay in all my years but this experience was an embarrassment for me, especially since it was not inexpensive. Definitely had poor MOTEL quality.

1 of 2 elevators were down thru out our stay. We were given a 2nd floor room with the view of the rooftop air conditioners so it was a bit noisy. I was expecting excellence based on the reviews but the chip in the bathtub and stains on the side of the mattress were certainly not expected.

The room was fairly clean, but not done very well. Also, I’ve stayed with La Quinta multiple times, the bathroom was not very clean and there’s usually shampoo and conditioner and a face wipe and there was only a soap bar. Whoever stayed in the room prior to us factory reset the TV so it was not working, and when we called to the desk, there was no one available to get that fixed until the next day.

It was a great say. We actually ended up staying an extra night because the beds were so comfortable. We got the family room which was a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom so it was very enjoyable for our family to be able to have that space between us if needed. The staff was very friendly. It was a bit overpriced but that's okay because we enjoyed it thoroughly. Please keep in mind that if you have pets they do charge $25 per night in this non-refundable

Good hotel and staff in a safe area however there were a few material condition issues: 1. Wall unit had that mildew smell and made the room damp. 2. Think the floor gasket seal around the toilet going bad. Had that sewer smell when near it. 3.Roku TV did not work. Thank you.

The room was good for the price. I needed something in the medical center so that was perfect. The fridge didn't work. I needed a later check out time, to determine if another night was needed, since I have a grandchild in ICU. The desk attendant (Charlotte?) Wouldn't let me finish my sentence before she cut me off and barked "noon is the latest!" Which was fine but she should work on her customer service skills.

I checked in on Sunday 7/13 and was supposed to get housekeeping during the week. That never happened. I had to go to the fromt desk and ask for towels, new sheets and trash removal. The woman at the fromt desk was rude and said it was done . I told her it wasnt because i was using the same towel until wednesday night and trash is piling up. She still didnt believe me and told me if i want new sheets i needed to bring her the one from the bed for an exchange. I told her that is not my job and i was not going back to the room to get it. She was rude and seemed annoyed. She then went in the back room and got me a sheet to change myself

Overall it was a solid stay. I got a great special, it was a clean room, the breakfast was okay. The staff was helpful an prompt. My car stayed safe, I didn;t mind paying $10 for parking. The crime in the area has shot up tremendously for property crime. Overall, good bang for your buck. I just needed a clean place to stay that was safe, mission accomplished.

The restrooms could use a better update. Breakfast option is great . The staff is very accommodating , friendly and welcoming. Great location for the shopping mall and multiple restaurants near location. Will definitely stay here again this year.

We went for an overnight due to a medical appointment on post. The room was very clean, comfy bed. Good water pressure. We didn’t stay long for breakfast but looking it over there was an okay variety of food. Very basic. I am disappointed that they only had earl gray tea, I’m a hot tea drinker. But otherwise it was a good stay.

Staff was not present, it was help yourself, all was clean. Presentation was nice, plenty of food. Our options were scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, there were three kinds of cereal, variety of breads, toaster if needed, variety of juices to choose from and I know I am missing some. It was all good and appreciated. I did not hear of any complaints and some had second helpings, I know I did!!!

I was there for an overnighter. This is my go to hotel whenever I am in San Antonio. I love the rooms and the area. Good eats all around the area. But the best part is the breakfast lady. She sings every morning giving you a home vibe. She puts love in her breakfast layout. Now they started charging $10 to park but this is for security reasons which I am willing to pay for peace of mind. Overall a 5 star for me.

Loved the large breakfast/dining area. A lot of room and seating for breakfast. We used it n the evening to eat our take out dinner, visit, and play cards.
