The place was clean enough, quiet, and conveniently located for our needs with ample parking available.

Nice quiet, clean property with comfortable bed.Set back off main street. Easy access from metro by bus or car with plenty of ample parking. Nice selection of restaurants all around the motel. I especially liked the Bolivian one right next door. Very friendly staff. Good value for the price.

Only complaint is I couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper, and the sink leaked a little, but you can't beat the price, only $85 a night or so. I liked having a smoking room too, and no bugs of course! I would go back there.

Where should I start..check in was fairly uneventful, the room was completely and utterly unexceptable. The whole room had a downwards slope, lighting was bright no matter what setting, microwave has never been cleaned, mini fridge was iced over,no coffee machine as advertised, bathroom door had no strike/lock, the toilet ran water every 2 minutes, water in shower our 1st day was better than luke warm. We tried calling front desk for more towels ( 2 towels and a wash cloth provided) no answer, tv signal on all stations was low and made poor quality picture. Beds were sloped and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. The bathroom was not clean. "Dresser" was missing a complete drawer, in poor condition. Bed side dresser was in poor condition with missing pulls. A restaurant/bar was advertised, but there was none. No breakfast. We were told there would be coffee at the office, we went to get some in the morning and the person at the front desk was asleep and wouldn't open the door. We will "never" stay here again.

They only had smoking rooms available. Neither my wife or I smoke and don't like the smell. Fortunately we only stayed one night. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and tried to find another room, but there were no non-smoking rooms, he said.

Checking in was difficult as they did t have my reservation number just the email. They said I would have to cancel through Expedia then book it with them directly. (Got it worked out after I contacted Expedia myself. ) The room is in like a basement of a small house in the back of the hotel.... It was really dirty.

Musty carpets Shower curtain with mold Was provided a room next to a room that wa s undergoing maintenance and smelled for sewage leak.

I booked a last minute room for my husband who had to take an emergency trip to this town. He only needed to stay a night but the room was so dirty he couldn’t take a shower and he saw a cockroach crawling on the television.

The bedding material is old and furniture is full of dust.

My stay was for business. It was clean and affordable. Walls were thin, I heard the people on both sides of me. Housekeeping came faithfully during week.

The property is decent for the price I paid. The only complaint I have is the huge gap under the front door between the floor and the bottom of the door. It let in light, cold air and any noises. I rolled up a towel and shoved it into the gap and that helped.

We booked a standard room with King size bed. The room is located at the back of the Inn and it is at a basement level, which is hard to find. The moment when we entered the room, it was terrible at the first impression！ 1. The carpet was uncleaned and there still was dirt on it. 2. Some unknown hair was found on the blanket. 3. there was a gap between the door the the wall when we closed the door. And we could hear the sounds of wind when standing behind the door. 4. No hair dryer (which is still fair for an Inn). What surprised us is there was no toothbrush and toothpaste prepared for us. 5. they did not even have slippers prepared for us！I don't understand how they think we will take a shower. By wearing our own shoes？ Finally, we think the room was not worthy for its price which was over $100 per night. The only thing that made us comfort is that the staff was friendly.

Sufficient bath linen seemed to be a task. The property appears to be furnished with mix and match dumpster finds. If it wasn’t so close to DC it would be waaaay overpriced.

Charming and safe neighborhood. The staff is professional and attentive to detail. This is a great property and an excellent value for the money. I never wanted to leave.

I made reservation for 2 nights but a personal emergency happened and I stayed only one night, explained to front desk and they said isn’t their fault, at the end I was charged for both nights and I never get a refund

Was charged extra because they only had double rooms and on my reservation I had requested a king.

The staff are very friendly. The property's best days are long behind it, but after all, "Budget Inn."

My check out time was 11 am At 10.15 am I was ready to go into shower contractors open door bronging a new matress saying they can not wait Also cleaning crew enter after them I can not tolerate this manner

Despite having a good stay, I was promised a refund for days I was not going to be staying. However, they never came through with the money. Are they so greedy that they cannot refund money after promising to refund it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. However, if they do come through with their promise, I will consider giving them a higher rating.
