Great pool area with 5 hot tubs. New and well appointed rooms with all the amenities. Everything was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable property. Beautiful grounds, nice gym and very nice pool and jacuzzis for relaxing with friends and family. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Did not try the Thai restaurant but looks very popular. . Would love better signs for elevators and for stairs if elevators are not working and also for restrooms, not sure if there are restrooms in lobby area that are easy for patrons or visitors. Did not see any. Beautiful property and will return to stay here in the future .

The hotel is very nice & every employee that I came across was very friendly. I arrived after dinner, but I did have the pleasure of eating breakfast in the restaurant, which was very good. The casino was decent, but of course, very smoky. My only complaint about the hotel would be that there's no business center & no way to print anything or receive a fax. I've never seen this at a hotel. Usually, if there's no computer/printer for guest use, there will at least be an email provided for guests to send documents & the staff will print it for you. This is something the hotel should address.

Nicest hotel in Yreka! Beautiful rooms, very well appointed, quiet, super clean, very comfortable. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Appreciate that the smoking area of the casino is separate from the hotel lobby. Pool and hot tubs were beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great hotel! The WiFi could be improved as it didn’t really work while in the room. Other than that loved it. They did a great job with the rooms, beds are super comfortable, the pool area is fantastic.

One of the cleanest rooms where we’ve stayed. Desk staff was very nice. Gave us free water. The only recommendation I have is for housekeeping to check the walls especially in the bathroom when they clean.

We reserved this room 30 minute prior to our arrival and were pleasantly surprised at the customer service, room quality and casino appearance. It was late and the restaurants were closed but the front desk person was helpful in suggesting what would be open down the road. Also had a good selection of snacks in the gift shop which was open even though it was late.

Room was very nice, huge TV but not a lot of programming. The room was very cold and the heating system sounded like a freight train!! Asked for more blankets but really needed a down comforter or something warmer and lighter. Heavy cotton blankets were nice but not warm as the building is cement and outside near freezing. Unfortunately a really nice but vey cold or loud! Restaurant was ok, large meals but greasy choices. Would have loved to use hot tub but too far away in icy weather.

Rooms are nice except the HVAC is loud. Food from the restaurant was priced ok but it was not great. Both occasions there was no seasoning on items that really needed it. Whether you are a smoker or not you have to walk thru a smoke filled room to get to the restaurant. I feel bad for employees who have to work in that ashtray all day if they aren't also smokers. Won't be back!

Possibly as nice as you're going to experience in the immediate area. Looks brand new. Staff is very nice and helpful. Beautiful, large room with high ceilings, top level decor. Needing some attention is the room's air conditioner that was really noisy, even on low fan speed. The internet connection was just okay and it dropped out repeatedly but came back in a few seconds. Low signal. Management might want to look into this. Otherwise, it was a great value. I would stay there again. Restaurant was rather blah. Overly salty bacon, no-taste potatoes and orange juice that tasted terrible.

Honestly, this review should be a five out of five. However, the checking in process was unnecessarily overcomplicated. We had booked via Expedia and had a confirmation code with receipt. Upon check in, the reservation desk attendant told us there was an issue with our reservation and he could not release our room. He had informed us that we had to contact Expedia as they were the only ones who could control the reservation billing. After an hour and a half of going back-and-forth with Expedia, a separate reservation desk attendant had come and was able to get us out room keysin under three minutes. This was not on Expedia issue, this was the online software at the hotel issue. This is likely a one time issue specific only to our reservation, however, we were not offered any compensation for the hour and a half issue.

Check in was 3pm but my room had not been cleaned. I waited until 5pm. I had to leave my bags at the front desk because my car door would not lock due to a fire Ithat burned inside my door on the way to the hotel. I showed the desk my hands and nail with charring and melted plastic on them from trying to extinguish the flames. My clothes smelled of smoke. I pointed all that out at registration. Finally got into my room. Which smelled heavily of room freshener. After the freshener wire off the room had a very unpleasant odor. Showered and slept. Left at 7am. In the afternoon I was charged a $300 fee for smoking in the room…WHICH I DID NOT DO!! I have been trying to have this fee refunded but they insist employees smelled the room and they would not refund the fee. I woul like reimbursement or a free night elsewhere if you can do that for me. Thanks so much.

The hotel is new in 2025. Rooms clean, nice amenities. Check in staff was kind, they moved me to a higher floor near the elevator on check in. I visited Yreka because I had a medical procedure and finding transport is a nightmare. Couldn’t get an Uber, taxi only part-time and bus only runs a few times a day between hotel and hospital but not on weekends. Be prepared if you are coming to town for a medical procedure and you receive anesthesia!

I was pleasantly surprised with the luxuriousness of my room. I purposefully chose a room with two queen beds so that in the middle of the night I could switch over to the other bed. It was a great choice. The perks that came with the room, the $20 food voucher and the $20 free money loaded on to a member card was awesome. I went to the restaurant and the serving size was big but it was also very very good. I then was able to play the machines on their dime and ended up cashing out $60. I use that money to load up on gas the next day. I would definitely be staying at this casino hotel the next time passing through yreka on my way to visit family in California. Great place!

Room was a nice size and very clean. I ate at the restaurant which was decently priced but the food was average, which I guess is why the food is reasonably priced. I didn’t gamble much since I’d stayed here to break up a 10 hour drive. I’d recommend it to others.

It was great! This was our first time here. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in staff was friendly and made the process really easy, and answered my questions. We checked in at 8:20pm and the restaurant closed at 9pm. 5 stars for the restaurant staff, from the greeting, to the service to the cooks!! The only downside was our drinks from the bar. The gal who was doing my Moscow mule just couldn’t make it right. The acidity of the lime juice she used gave me a tummy ache. And I tried 3 different times hoping she got it right -bless her heart. I love that there is a non-smoking section and every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back and explore some more!!

Had an overall very good stay at Rain Rock Casino. The staff were genuinely helpful, and the entire property was exceptionally clean - from the rooms to the common areas.
