Hotel is on my vip list, says you get free bottle of wine, last 2 stays, I never received bottle of wine, do not offer if you are not going to give to vip. Hot to was not functioning at all. Should refund people if a perk like hot tub is not working.stayed a whole week and no hot tub. Will not stay here again even though I do like hotel

The elivator wasnt wirking and several calls to send it up. And no bar as advertised.

The room was clean and ameneties were okay. The hot tub was undergoing maintenance, which was not revealed when booking. Big disappointment. I would have chosen a different hotel. Also, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Disappointing:(

Quiet & Clean. Located right next to gas station & some fast food restraints. Outdoor pool available. Staff was friendly. Extended the trip to 2 extra nights. About 1-1.5 hour trip from downtown LA (depending on traffic).

Overall nice place. Good breakfast. Wifi sucks. Some rif raf come walking in at breakfast taking coffee

WIFI was too slowly !

The evening desk clerk was rude.. the pool had way too much chlorine in it! Literally turned my daughter's bathing suit from green to white! We didn't have a maid come by to get our trash or fresh towels at all. Will not be going back

From start to finish the staff was friendly and quick to check us in. The room was exactly like the images, and was very clean. The next morning breakfast was delightful and we were able to enjoy a good little work out in the gym. We had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Website says weekend breakfast available at 6AM, not true. Website says they have a bar, not true. They haven’t had a bar in years. I’ve been coming here for 20 years (used to be a Best Western). I may be done with them.

Bathroom had hair on the floor, under the sink. The rest of the stay was very pleasant! The breakfast was amazing and delicious! Will stay there again!

Great, clean, smells good

It is a nice place. Clean and in good shape. However, beds are uncomfortable (old style, ultra firm) and they use some kind of disinfectant that smells terrible.

The room type we reserved was not available. The hotel needs to be kept cleaner. After walking barefoot around my room for a few minutes the bottom of my feet were black. In the evenings, every inch of the hotel smells of marijuana. When we complained of this to the manager, they said there is nothing they can do about it.

My room was not that clean. The floor was very dirty. The bathroom was dirty and I had the worst stale water smell ever.

Great hotel but the beds are so uncomfortable. Woke up sore from sleeping on them.

The place is clean, the room we got was close to the elevator it was too noisy at night to get a good night rest. The noise from the vending machine, elevator, and ice machine made too much noise at night.

Free breakfast was good, lots of options, and restocked constantly. Place was quiet. Rooms were a good size. Our shower head was broken but still functional. Stayed here two weekends in a row. Overall, a good place.

We reserved online and did check in online. I called front desk to advise my boyfriend will be arriving first. I got assigned to room 132 and went my bf arrived, there was a couple having intimacy in there. It was not a nice picture for a second he thought it was me. What an awful encounter. Front desk said they had made a mistake and had given them our assigned room. We had to wait some minutes to get another room. My bf arrived earlier to surprise me flowers , champagne, etc. It was ruined honestly.

Disappointing Room Service Policy My stay at the Wyndham was otherwise great, except for one significant incident that I found unacceptable. Typically, in a standard hotel (not an extended stay), I expect daily housekeeping. On our first morning, we left the room with the assumption that the beds would be made and the used towels (left on the floor) would be replaced. To our surprise, the room was not cleaned. When I went to the front desk to request fresh towels and regular coffee K-cups, the interaction was frustrating. The staff member was unhelpful, and I had to insist on receiving these basic amenities. I also inquired why our room hadn't been serviced, especially since the cleaning staff was right outside our door when we left that morning. I was told that guests must request cleaning every morning. I pointed out that there were no visible signs or notices indicating this policy. This unexpected requirement and the difficulty in getting simple service significantly detracted from our experience. Except for this inconvenient policy and the poor customer service encountered at the desk, the stay itself was very good.

It was my second time staying here visited a month ago. I did pre check in the day before. I arrived at the hotel between 3-4 pm the front desk had trouble locating my booking which was weird because she already had a copy of my confirmation and assigned room number. After an hour we finally get a key to the room 304, once inside we noticed a coffee cup on the bed and trash in the trash can and it looks like the bed was sat it looked as if we were given access to someone’s room, I call the front desk she ask us to come down she’d give us a new room room. She then gave us room 129 which smelled like dogs we asked to be moved she then moved us to room 133 same thing smelled like dogs. My boyfriend and I had an event to make it to which we are bye running late for. We decide to take it up with someone else on another shift the girl helped us was new. We get back at 1am explain the situation to the new person on duty who tells us he “does not have to accommodate us, but will” he was training someone. He asked lots of personal questions like why were we coming in so late. Asking did we unpack. Did i trust my boyfriend just weird questions. Finally we were moved, i had requested late check out and was approved showed the front desk proof they kept saying they couldn’t see it in the system i contacted the customer service and was told i can check out at 1. I started receiving phone calls prior to 1 on the hotel phone as well as my cell phone asking us to leave. Horrible service

Excellent staff. Strongly recommend this hotel

The man at the front desk was very odd and gave me a ridiculously hard time checking in. I paid for the room in advance and when I arrived to check in he made everything very difficult telling me it looked like I was trying to commit fraud and that he didn’t have to give me a room..when I asked him why there is a problem with my reservation he asked me if I have a lot of problems…After a 20 minute debacle of me trying to figure out how to get this man to let me have a room he gave me one without even looking at my ID..it was an extremely weird situation.

The hotel was almost full and the front desk did not have theb9ne bedroom suite we had booked.

Better signage needed. Area around property made one wonder about safety of area although we had no problems.

Everything close by

The parking lot is crawling with homeless and bums. It is not a safe area at all. There were things wrong with the room that they ended up blaming us for some of them were very kind staff others should learn what it means to work in customer service.

Hotel nice enough, had to wait at almost 11pm for someone to open the locked doors, asked for a late check out and was denied, there are quite a few homeless people that hang around the gas station near the hotel. Once inside the room was good.

I have stayed at 2 different hotels in the area when i stayed for work and this is best thus far. Hotel is clean and the area ia safe. Its also next to Wendy's, Dutch Bros and In n Out! Will stay here again

Easy freeway access

Wonderful location to WCBC and shopping.

The location was great! right off the freeway. Plenty of parking and lobby was clean. Check in was fast because I was able to check in on my phone before arriving. They had the room key ready. Room was clean n although I paid for one king size bed I got a room with two beds which was even better so my son had his own bed to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good n saved us time from having to go somewhere else to eat.

One of the Best values I found on my 6 week trip from MI .129.00 Is a steal for this place ! I wouldnt venture too far away from the property though ,I went looking for Gas and lets just say that city is a bit sketchy .

A little disappointed in the breakfast compared to previous hotels we stayed at. They were out of a lot of things, no cold drinks ( out of service) hot drinks available. eggs, bacon hash browns all gone when we arrived. we arrived one hour before close

Flew in from a long trip and needed a place to spend the night before driving home. It used to be a BW and is now Wyndham. Located right next to freeway and In n Out. Breakfast was decent many choices and best part was the cappuccino/expresso machine.

The free breakfast was adequate.
