Pool had a max occupancy of 19 (which wasn't necessarily the issue) but large families would monopolize the pool for extended times, parents were not keeping their kiddos in check; my 3 year old was damn near trampled in the pool. Parents were not watching their children in areas that stated adult supervision was stated. Children were destroying other guests property. Children running through the floors banging on our door from 11pm on to 2am. Didn't plan for my daughter's third birthday trip to go like this And to top it off, the website did not state that the property charged a parking fee per vehicle. So when we got to the hotel, I was surprised to hear for our four day three night stay.I would be charged a hundred and twenty.Dollars for both of my vehicles to be parked on the property. We had to find parking elsewhere the breakfast that was served at the hotel was subpar.A lot of the egg dishes were not cooked thoroughly and potatoes were heavily over Salted and seasoned

Worst experience taking on the “complementary breakfast” better description lack to non- existance, perfect timing coming down 8 am there was no eggs, well hard boil eggs with shell…. But not the classic continetal breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage option, just waffles. Supposely they had potatoes and biscut with grayvy which they have finished and not refelling … staff was rude and not helpful. This has been the worst breakfast host. We had friends staying next door hotel and they had 5 stars breakfast. You have just lost a customer. Hope you improve.

Great place, very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Gave us a really good restaurant recommendation. The shower pressure was a little low, but otherwise absolutely no complaint. Great place not too far from LA. It took us 90 minutes to get to LAX on a Saturday morning.
