Very disappointing stay. The only real positive is the location next to the train station, which makes it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. The receptionist seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. We also had to pay a 150 RM security deposit, which wasn’t refunded until shortly before check-out, leaving us with cash we couldn’t use before leaving Malaysia. The room was dirty when we checked in, and there was rubbish left outside our door from a neighbouring room that wasn’t cleaned up. The bed was extremely hard, the furniture felt cheap, and the thin door meant we could hear everything happening in the hallway. There was also a lot of noise from outside. Finally, the elevators are a nightmare. There are far too few for such a large building, and waiting 5–10 minutes was completely normal. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

We booked a one night stay to be close to the station and the express train to the airport. This location was great for that. It is an easy walk and to make sure we knew what to do we scoped out our route the night before. The place is a tall tower. There are great views from the pool deck and ample space for the digital nomad type (which we are not but still interesting to spy on that subculture). Nice stay.
