The location was 10 out of 10. The staff was super great and helpful. The views of the bay were awesome. The room itself just felt a little old/ outdated. The bathroom was a little worn as well (ceiling especially). Would stay there again, but, I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the room finishes.

Great location, steps from shops, harbors and restaurants. Can walk to Tennis HOF and easy free busses to mansions. Very dated, very basic room, probably haven't updated the hotel rooms for decades and it feels not refreshing after a long day out. however we spent a lot of $$, toilet circles and barely flushed, tv and remote is bare minimum.

The rooms were too small, the bathroom was tiny. The toilet ran all night and it took 2 days to get a new flapper installed. We travel with bathroom supplies (doppkit) but there was little room in the bathroom for two of them. The TV didn't work. The sliding window needs lubrication. There were only two elevators and they were very slow. This made it difficult when 3 or 4 guests sign in at the same time. There was now ice machine on the 2nd floor. The outside dining facility was very nice for both breakfast and after dinner drinks. Table side fire pit was great. The menus were less then sufficient. More selections would be better. The best suggestion I can give you is to take 2 years, tear it down and build a more modern hotel adding a few more floors. That all being said, we would definitely stay there again. The one great thing about the hotel is its location: marina and Bowen's Wharf.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. It was in an excellent location! Definitely wasn’t a “luxury” experience, but was great and I would go back.
