Pros: Modern style hotel, comfortable beds, all amenities in a hotel were available. well sized room, easy to navigate the hallways, parking was easy, close to corner store for snacks etc. Cons: Keys did not work first time, was given a little bit of a runaround with our group, having to switch one room next day. Cost of parking seems high for hotel guests staying multiple nights.

Great location. Three stops on tram from central station with a tram stop either way directly opposite hotel. Also the train museum opposite hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff courteous. Comfortable beds. Only downsides the hotel bar closed at 10pm on both Saturday and Sunday night and no bars outside in walking distance. Also safe in our room stopped working and wasn’t repaired for the whole day.

Die Abtrennung zwischen bedroom und WC mit Glaswand-Tür unangenehm. Gutes Frühstück, vergleichsweise teuer. Kleine Saunakabine, leider nur 55°C. Restaurantservice uninteressiert, mangelhafte Fachkenntnisse. Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes T-Bone Steak gegessen. Salat war gut, Fisch war gut. Restaurant insgesamt zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Wir werden das Hotel wieder besuchen, das Restaurant werden wir meiden.

Nice hotel with very clean rooms. Good bar and restaurant facilities along with the Adjoining Campanile hotel. Short tram ride into the local eateries. 25 minutes and you are in the Old Town. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the hotel to adjust the Air Conditioning so sleep wasn’t good owing to the high temp of the room. No working TV either.

Petit bémol au sujet du dîner : NE PAS PRENDRE L'OPTION DEMI-PENSION. On vous impose un menu composé d'une soupe et d'un plat principal, arrosé d'une carafe d'eau et sans pain ! Impossible de demander une modification ou l'ajout d'un dessert, même avec supplément. Le responsable nous a conseillé d'aller de suite exposer notre requête à la réception. Du moins, c'est ce que nous avons cru comprendre car cette personne parle un anglais difficilement compréhensible et ne fait aucun effort pour articuler.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is great as many options to choose. Very delicious! the only issue was shower as there is no fixed shower head which means you can either have a bath or use manual head shower by holding it. Which is not great for showering. otherwise all good!

Pros: Great location, very nice design inside, nice staff at the reception, clean and quiet room Cons: The bathroom... walls made ouf of frosted glass with sliding doors that cannot be closed properly living a gap fir the sound, smell and view. Honestly i dont know what someone who designed it was thinking. The tv wasnt working. The reception sent someone to fix it who didn’t soeak Polish and his English also wasn't good enough brcause he refused to accept that the tv is not working and lied to me that in 5min it will be working. It wasn't. Left the room and came back without knocking and used his own key. The tv would be helpful to create some background noise to be able to use the toilet in privacy without the other person hearing everything through the gap between the doors and the wall.

Hi , I was staying for two nights, first night the air conditioner doesn’t work , I contacted the reception and they told me it is my issue and I should open the window then i ask them to change the room and they refused. Then we ask them to refund the price and they also refuse. It was bad stay and the room was so hot. And they didn’t respect us.

Beliggende lige ved Ochota stationen med direkte komfortable tog til lufthavnen og hovedbanegården. Der kører sporvogn til centrum (10/12 minutter hvert 5 min.). Dejligt hotel gode senge, virkelig god morgenmad., pæne værelser og bad/toilet. Vores køleskab virkede desværre ikke.

Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen (1 Station von Warschau Zentral). Mit der Bahn ohne Umsteigen 26 Minuten zum Flughafen. Sauberes Zimmer. Gratis Wasser zum selbst zapfen auf dem Gang (Zimmertemperatur, kalt, mit Kohlensäure). Der Kühlschrank ist leider in einem Schrank und beim öffnen des selben kommt viel Wärme, der Schrank sollte nach hinten offen sein wegen Lüftung, war es aber nicht. Frühstück ist super, viel Auswahl. Empfehlung.

You have to get a taxi to get to the major attractions or navigate the Polish Metro which is not expensive. Other than that, I had a great stay. The Breakfast is to die for!
