The staff was very friendly and tried to resolve problems. The tub dripped and the sink drained VERY slowly. They said they’d take of it on Sat. On second thought we asked that they do it after we left as we didn’t want it to be OUT of ORDER while we were there as so many other things were(pool, ice machine, Minute Maid machine). The hall smelled. The elevator wasn’t air conditioned and the floors didn’t light up, the stop was abrupt and noisy. The working ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t have a tray to put the ice bucket on. I asked for 4 pillows and I only had 3. Why ask for special requests when it wasn’t done? The breakfast consisted of 3 bananas, 4 dry cereal choices, waffles, 2 jugs of juice,tea, coffee jelly(for what, waffles?) The floor was wet by the conditioner in the breakfast room and the ceiling near there dripped on me. The room was also a storage room, WHY? The staff had to come up to show us how to get the TV to work and a lot of the channels had a weak connection. The shower curtain had 2 dead bugs on it.

I have a mobility issue and when I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was out of service. The front desk gal was wonderful and upgraded me to a suite on the first floor at no extra cost. Wonderful, other than that the hotel is dated, there is no coffee in the room, no ice machine (out of service).

Facility is fairly clean but broken down. Age old tile, wallpaper, decor and floors. Breakfast was sparse with no healthy choices-sugary cereal and sweet waffles. No toast yogurt or English muffins. But they don’t have a pool anymore and should have updated it on the website Our toilet overflowed and they moved us from one room to the other to another. That was nice, but it was hard to pack up everything and move to another room when you got two kids in a disabled husband.

I have given this place so many chances. It’s in the perfect location for us for our family and needs. But our stay yesterday may be our last. Room was filthy as it had been prior. Elevator and ice machines were broke. Very loud guests, especially above us. Beginning to think there are permanent residents there. Exit door in stairwell propped open. Orange juice machine not working.

While the staff were wonderful and friendly, the room itself lacked any Quality that is in the name. The room was bordeline filthy. After showering and walking from the bathroom to the bed, the bottoms of my feet were black and dirty. I can live without updating and modernization, but there is simply no excuse uncleanliness.

Window wouldn't close when we went to close it it almost fell into the parking lot. The floor was slippery to the point where if you weren't very careful you would have feel. The room was humid and very sticky feeling and was extremely dirty. For over 300.00 dollars this was absolutely ridiculous and I will definitely not be returning unfortunately

Avoid at all cost!! Rude, dirty, smells terrible of cigarette smoke. It smelled so bad my lungs hurt. Checked right back out and didn't stay. Hotel was run down. The room we had looked nothing like the advertised pictures. There was a lot of dirt under the bed that i ended up cleaning up. They didn't even offer to have housekeeping come do it. Place is a joke. Save your money. I'd rather sleep in my car than this 💩 hole

Stayed for a night while visiting others in the area. There was coffee provided in the lobby during the day and an area for breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and the room we had in the back on the third floor was one of the quietest hotel rooms I've stayed in. The hotel rooms looked as if they needed a deep cleaning, especially the floors and the walls, but it was not filthy. I would recommend bringing slippers to avoid socks or bare feet touching the floor surfaces. The room had a fridge that worked well, and there was a microwave too. We did not have the breakfast so I can not elaborate on that. The bed was a bit on the hard side without any pillow top or memory foam which would have been a welcome edition. I would stay again mainly for the affordable price and the quiet/peaceful nights sleep.

Check-in and checkout was easy and the ac worked ok. That's what was good, but it could never outweigh all the things that were wrong. The mattress had a sunken section, the pillows weren't pillows, but appeared to be rags stuffed pillowcases. The maid service was left a generous tip but didn't even bother making the bed and the floor couldn't possibly have been mopped anytime recently because after walking on them without shoes, my feet became filthy. The drain in the tub shower was slow. The luggage rack was rusty and unusable. There appeared to be a homeless population living out back and taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The security latch on the door was loose. The furniture was worn and ragged. Hopefully this place will get a complete overhaul. Until it does, absolutely stay away!

I booked the hotel which says "breakfast included". There is a sign at the hotel stating food choices have been updated. Quite literally, there is only a waffle maker and cold cereal for breakfast. I can't eat that stuff so it was very disappointing. Maybe just a little yogurt, fresh fruit, or eggs? Also, I wasn't given the code for WiFi so I had to call the desk at which time I found out the phone didn't work. Also, the WiFi was so weak it was unusable so I had to use my hotspot. I realize this is a "budget" establishment but there are some small things that could be done to make it a better stay for people. I was very disappointed.

We had a problem with the TV . . .they need to improve on explaining how to use it ! It was not a simple turn on . .we could not get the guide . Also, I could not connect to the wifi even though they gave us the password. The bathtub was very slippery . . My husband, 75 years old . . Almost fell ! None-skid appliqués would help for the elderly. Our stay was just ok . . It was a bed and bathroom for just one night . . .but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer .

Everyone was very nice the room was nice, a few motel normals……..cigarettes burns on the bathtub. Nothing big a deal to complain to about it to the man at the desk who was very very helpful and kind. The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so nice! The a. C not too loud and very cool! Checking in, we were greeted so nicely and check out went well. We had a very nice stay and will stay again when in that area. Have a blessed day

The man at the desk when I checked in Saturday afternoon was so friendly and funny! He knew my face when I walked in, and everything was ready for me to just pick up the keys and go to our room. The lady at the desk for checkout Sunday morning was also quite friendly. Good, clean hotel, and the experience was nice.

OK, so the property is a bit beat up. There's only 2 hotel options here. I don't know what the other hotel was like; it's price was comparable to this place. We chose it b/c the pool looked a bit larger. But this place had the absolute nicest staff. They were ready to in help any way they could. They happily took our cooler blocks & re-froze them. The cleaning people gave us extra towels, the pool was well kept. Chuck at the front desk was GREAT. We had a complex rural event we were attending nearby & he accommodated our peculiar needs happily. So it's not a high-end place. But the VIBE was really good. My husband & I have done all kinds of traveling. We have stayed in high end places. This place merits a good review for its staff efforts.

Chuck at the front desk was WONDERFUL ..He called me in plenty of time before arrival about a room change with free upgrade. Upon arriving he answered all my questions, was available when I called the front desk n set up a wake up call for me. GREAT GENTLEMAN!!

There were problems with everything. First key didn't work. Then AC was off and difficult to get working. Staff was not of much assistance. Internet was spotty and staff blamed my MAC computer. No problem with my MAC in the lobby by the front desk though. Breakfast was on the horrible side. Tub faucet leaked. Hot and Cold water were opposite of normal. At least elevator worked (but I was on first floor). The other time I was there it was broken and I was on second floor. As one of my friends said - you get what you pay for. Okay if you don't bring your wife and you are used to camping.
