Older property just not maintained. Very minimal amenities - no cups, one towel,one chair, only hot water in bathroom,pool not filled, etc,etc. Front desk seemed very put out when we asked for help, in fact downright hostile. Might be the worst motel we've ever stayed at

Couldn’t use the swimming pool, no water in the pool. Door to the room was stuck had to pull very hard to open door. The room was not worth the 170 dollars for 1 night. Jacuzzi tub needs some help. The door chain was broken so couldn’t use it

Dirty floor, hair in drains, slow drains, chunks of hair in bedding, sticky surfaces, dresser drawers stuck, grey tub ring, AC makes a metal clanging racket as did microwave. Accessible parking only by office. Wore crocs in shower. I refused the 1st room I was assigned. Could not refuse and get money back altogether. Rethinking using expedia in the future due to refund factor. Lots of men hanging around drinking in parking lot. Giant mattress pile by construction dumpster used for trash...open invitation to rats. Pool was not usable and appears to have been that way a long time. Did not check out "breakfast, gym or business office". Place is really bad. I did not feel safe because of loud people, men drinking outside and some speeding cars. With AC on can barely hear TV even turned way up. When off hear all the traffic. Also gap between door and floor

It took over a half hour to register in. No one would answer the telephone and no one at the registration desk. Breakfast was NOT INCLUEDED, as advertised. The sign stated, "Coffee Only". The reception/dining emitted a foul odor. The ice machine was broken. Had rented the," Deluxe Room 1 King Bed, POOL VIEW", ended up with room 173 with a Parking Lot View. The pool was empty and had been out service for sometime. The air-conditioning unit had one speed, "Max". The unit was so loud that we had to wear ear plugs. The a/c unit emitted cold air only. NO dehumidification. The room was very humid.

Excellent place to stay!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go that extra mile night or day to make sure you have all that you need. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent Laundry and fitness facilities.

Floors in room weren't mopped and filthy. Headboard on bed was stained with who knows what. Mattress had black stuff on it near boxspring. Walls had dirt or mold at the bottom near floor. One lamp worked properly. Bathtub knob was near impossible to turn. Pool was open but no water in it and filthy.

This obviously had been a very nice motel at one time, but it has gotten very run down and not well maintained. To begin with, even though it is advertised as having a pool, it wasn't even filled so we couldn't use it. The room was dirty and the bathroom was really old and looked like it needs work. Also, no tissues, no cups or glasses, no ice bucket, 1 little roll of toilet paper - very bare bones. I don't recommend this motel to anyone.They need to change their website to be more accurate - no pool, breakfast room with only coffee, etc. and the people running it need to take a course in motel management.

There was no pool. the property was definitely in remodeling mode. It made it look untidy. Refrigerator needed to be replaced in our room. Staff were quick to assist us.

Room was dirty and poorly lit. Dead bugs smashed in tub and on floor showed that housekeeping was not cleaning. Didnt even unpack, voiced concerns to front desk and asked for a refund and left. Refund was denied by property and the best Travelocity could was a $25 coupon. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here

Ended up leaving early bc our room was covered in mouse droppings . They were around the microwave on the counter and all along the box spring by the headboard.When I told them we were leaving early bc of the this , they said they would issue a refund the following day for the remaining days . When the next day came , they said oh we can’t do that all we can do is give you a new room . I originally booked and was charged for a double queen NON smoking room , when we checked in they changed our room to a single bed smoking room . Complete rip off and scam artist. Health department and consumer protections will also be contacted . The room next to ours literally put mouse traps in their room and woke up to 3 dead / caught mice throughout the night .

Upon check in and out nobody was at the desk. Checking in I waited for 5-10 minutes before someone came to the desk. Checking out nobody came at all so I just left the key card in the box and left. They do not supply anything, they have very small towels that you can wrap around a child. Got into the room and there was an odor we couldn’t figure out, the floors were sticky so I walked around in my flip flops or slippers. Traveled with my sister and niece, we checked everything before placing anything down. We then bathed my niece and her feet were black and she wasn’t even running around for 5 minutes. We ended up finding a used cigarette on a dial in the bathroom, later on we noticed there was mouse poop. We had family stay in other rooms and they found bed bugs (we did not). The tv we had only 1 channel worked, it’s kept freezing and replayed the same show. The only compliment that I can give is that the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the sink area was nice.

Hotel is in major need of clean up, just clean up and fix things. The room had a broken toilet paper holder and soap dispenser, No mirror over the sink. Lighting did not work between beds because outlet did not work. Not a desirable stay for anyone. Went to front office for coffee and drawer below sink was infested with bugs. Plus, I am now dealing with the bed bug bites and had to go to a doctor for treatment. Definitely a memory, but a good one. Hotel needs to clean up their business because being few options in the area is not a marketing strategy. Image of bites is only a sample. A refund for my stay alone would be just a portion of the crap I am trying to manage now.

It was really run down wifi dose not work AT ALL there was thing broken in are room like the bathroom mirror paint was coming off the wall you can tell where a cat had been scratching on the headbord the wall. The staff was friendly until we had a few problems with our room. After we checked in and got in our room, we checked the room over as we do every where else. Upon inspection of the room, we found bed bugs and then we found mold and old food containers in the one mini fridge. We went back to the desk to see if another room would be better. However when we went there and was asking about what we could do, another group came to check in and the lady proceeded to check them in while we were trying to figure out the problem with bed bugs so they couldn’t hear our problems. The lady said that we could try another room and then get a refund if there was still problems. She informed us the new room had new beds and couldn’t have bed bugs, however that was false. We went and got our refund. My parents also had a reservation and they canceled theirs before even checking in due to previously stated issues. An hour or so later, my mom called me and stated that the lady from the hotel had called them and stated that we were lying about the bed bugs and the mini fridge. She wasn’t even there and stated that to the lady and gave them my number to call me about the situation, she never did call as she knew that they were in the wrong.

Since all other local hotels were booked, i stayed here out of necessity. Yikes. The woman at reception made me feel like an inconvenience. The room had holes in weird places - made me feel like there were hidden cameras everywhere. The outlet covers were cracked & the outlets themselves didnt work consistently. The wifi was barely existent. The cable channels were barely working. The mattress was properly wrapped and the sheets were clean & there were no signs of bedbugs (phew!), but there was a roach on the shower curtain, which i didn't see until late. The floor was linoleum and was utterly filthy (a walk across the room without shoes left my feet black), as was the tile floor in the bathroom. Upon checkout, the gentleman looked away from his phone long enough to say "okay" and never even bothered to ask how the accomodations were (I'm guessing he already knew what the answer would be). If ever in this situation again, i will gladly drive the 20-30 minites and stay in Gettysburg or Owings Mills.

Very old and worn. Nothing on wall but old paint. Dryer in bathroom, but no mirror. Mirror outside bathroom but no light. Holes in walls and traffic very noisy all night long. Poor breakfast. Horrible mattress and bedding. Unsecure lock on door.

I was dropping my kid off at college and just needed to spend the night. I was actually plesantly surprised when I got to my room. The property itself looks very sketchy, very run down,and not welcoming at all. But for the price,I didnt expect much other than hoping for a decent place just to sleep. But the room was huge, very clean,and quite nice, condidering the price. So,all in all, if you can overlook how the property looks,and need a clean place to sleep,this is a decent choice.

Check in was easy with no issues but once we got to our room #264 I realized in the future that we need to view our room before completing the check in. Had to have lights bulb replaced, not a problem but when employee stood on countertop barefoot and didn’t clean countertop we could only wonder how the rest of the room is cleaned. Toilet seat also needed replaced as it shifted 2 to 3 inches when setting. The room was outdated and everything well worn. We decided to only stay one night instead of the two we booked and seek other lodging arrangements. Was told at check out we would be refunded for the night we didn’t stay. That didn’t happen, was changed for both nights. Another life lesson learned. Get it in writing.

Absolutely horrible. Lady at desk was rude, rooms were numbered in weirdest way possible, opened door and roaches were on the bed, bathroom was disgusting. Asks for refund and was just given a key to a room next door over. Pictures of rooms online are very inaccurate. Will be calling health department bc that was seriously nasty. Did not even bother to stay. We went home bc the experience there alone ruined our trip.

I rate this property a Low-side Average due to: no soap provided but had 2 shampoos; only 1 washcloth; lighted lavatory mirror did not work; no instruction for tv; needed assistance with Wi-Fi (3 out of 4 ports did not work; safety chain on door was broken!!; rate was $10 higher for an additional night (I did not extend via Expedia but did it at lobby desk—that’s my fault); coffee maker would have been nice. Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The room was less than comfortable. The two pillows on the bed were too small. The couch had disgusting stains on it. The heat was difficult to manage. The TV was ancient and when turned on, the sound was up at 90 every single time. There are pics of breakfast on the site, but there was NO breakfast. The light-up mirror in the bathroom area did not work. There were no amenities such as a coffee maker. For $100/night, this was ridiculously over priced. DO NOT STAY HERE.

'while the room was clean enough there were NO amenities ... no trash can or even plastic drinking cups. It felt sterile and empty. Little amenities like these do a lot of to improve the rating. Side note: no coffee in the office in the morning!
