Good location, breakfast was good, the only issues treadmill was broken and exercise bike had only one pedal.

Eleveator is not working correctly, but staff was on point with getting the elevator for you and getting you to and from your room.

Staff was great! Would definitely stay here again when they fix the elevators.

Elevator under repair, had to get employee every time we wanted to go up or down. Coffee maker in room did not work.

Parking was easy and lit up very well

Pool was heated. The room the pool was in was kept at 80 degrees.

We were here for just one night to let the boys play in the indoor pool. They loved it! Breakfast was amazing as well. The boy got to make their own waffles. This was a big hit!

The front desk person was amazing and so helpful with our issues. The sink in our room was clogged and then our toilet clogged too. The issues were taken care of quickly though so we appreciated that! The room was a little dingy with the tile being dirty/stained. The pool was very cloudy and hot with hair floating all throughout the water. The breakfast was plentiful but not hot.

The staff were incredibly nice, but the room was awful. It smelled as if it hadn't been used or cleaned in weeks. Musty, mold and mildew. Sticky stuff on the carpet.

The only thing we noticed about the property that was not up to par was the elevators. They both needed a good sweeping out and a mopping. Everything else was very clean and neat.

The room was ok but it really needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom floor was sticky and the desk had stuff stuck all over it. The air conditioner didn’t really cool the room very well. We did not let anything know because we were too tired to deal with it.

Very comfortable room and bed. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Good location near several restaurants. We spent one night on our way to Atlanta and another night on our way back to Texas. Highly recommended!

The Wi-Fi and television didn’t work during our stay. The Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, but not in our room.

The room was nice but it was hard to get into. We had to go to the lobby twice for help. The hotel attendant had to do it for us and have us practice. It shouldn’t be that hard. Also, the closet door is broken.

A/C was out and I was too tired to go through the hassle of changing rooms or waiting for them to fix it, so I had a hot muggy night. I told them when I checked out but didn’t get the impression they were going to do anything about it.

Roomy suite gave us plenty of room to enjoy family.

Room was great. We had a suite. It was super nice and spacious. The pool only goes to like 4.5 feet deep, which is really great if you worry about the kids getting too far out (or if you’re not a strong swimmer). Me and hubby look forward to making this hotel our new travel/stay spot.

The room was extremely hot. We put air down to 60 and it never cooled down much. The bed was extremely hard and tiny pillows. Everything else was perfect. But having a warm room was not fun.

The hotel it self is ok. The air conditioning isn’t great in room. It did cool but still was stuffy. The breakfast is horrible. I don’t think this hotel is worth the high price I paid.

I was placed in a room that had a known issue with the door handle. Going in and out was tricky and required both hands. Not a huge deal, but I think guests should not be put in rooms with door latch issues.

Receptionist was very helpful and professional. Excellent customer service.

The concierge was amazing. They staff out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and extremely accommodating. Even after i thought or need were met, they still continued to try to be helpful. They literally made us feel like we wanted to stay longer but we had to get to our next destination.

Was threatened by front desk clerk that she was going to call her boyfriend over to straighten me up because she didn’t check me in properly and we ended up getting kicked out my disabled wife and dog. The boyfriend hung out in the lobby most of the night with her and she was the worst hotel clerk in all my years of travel. I shouldn’t have to be treated that way and the whole thing was calculated and planned by this racist clerk who thought her boyfriend would solve the issue and then gets the manager on the phone who tells us to leave for the safety of her employees.

Front desk staff was fast and friendly.

Rebecca Baker at the front desk made this experience so great. Her fabulous attitude and willingness to help really made this a stay to remember. Very thankful for her. The hotel was clean and quiet.

The assistant manager that checked us in, was not accommodating. We were a larger group ( a group of 5) staying in a larger suite that accommodated 5 to sleep. I asked for extra towels because we all were going to take showers. We had a long day of road travel, the woman flat out told me no. She would not budge on the blunt answer, I even explained that we were a larger group ( all girls) staying in one room and needed at least another set of towels. No customer service was demonstrated, another request that I needed was a set of pillows because of a heart condition I cannot sleep flat. I just needed two more pillows to prop myself up. I also got a flat no. I’m surprised these were all denied, we were not asking unreasonable requests. We felt very uncomfortable and the lady was very harsh, she harassed my nieces when they were in the pool. I can’t help think this was done because of some other issue ( racial?). I want to say I would never return to Hampton Inn because of this employee but the lady that checked us out as I needed to leave, turned our uncomfortable stay to a tolerable one. She did say, several customers had complained about this manager, so there are som sort of employee issues there and it’s leeching to horrible experiences to the customers. Beware if you stay here and come across this assistant manger. I hope you do not encounter her, she made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. Especially when I was traveling with my nieces and sister doing a girls trip.

I spoke with Ann who helped me with my reservation. She was very patient with me and understanding. I think she went above to ensure that my stay was perfect well before I even checked in.

Very nice 2-day stay - hotel was very nice and quiet - breakfasts were excellent.

Our stay was nice overall. The breakfast was lacking. Cold biscuits, milk not cold enough, only one fruit option, etc. But the MAJOR complaint is that there is a sign that states if you have any "Special Dietary Needs", speak to a team member for assistance...which I did and received NO assistance whatsoever. My granddaughter has a gluten allergy and there was NOTHING available for her..not even a Gluten-Free cereal option. The team member was just very lax and uncaring....which maybe she had no control, but gluten allergies need to be considered. Try explaining to your child that there is nothing for them to eat there.
