I don’t stay places without a hot tub. Online it said they had one. Book it. Arrived and they said it’s been closed for 3 months. We had been deeply looking forward to the tub. False and irresponsible advertising. Would love a partial refund. Thanks.

Bed was comfortable, room was large enough for two humans and two dogs, shower was good, and the place was pretty quiet despite the nearby highway. The building was a bit run down, the “possibly hot breakfast” turned out to be toast and English muffins (that’s it!), and the desk staff was quiet and uncommunicative. The back door didn’t lock, so not super safe. And we had a lot of trouble with the various key cards.

This hotel should be taken off your list. Pool, hot tub under construction for over 2 years. No in room coffee as advertised, no breakfast, not even coffee. Had to ask for coffee and they gave us some from back. Very unwelcoming. Construction material in lobby. Also need $100 DEPOSIT IN CASH. Luckily we could come up with enough. Never stay here again. Room very clean.

Hot tub not in functional order. (Not made aware at either booking or check-in) we would not have booked if we knew. By the time we found out it was too late. Floor in hallway dirty. Like dryer lint or something all over. We were close to the Landry room. Noticed multiple windows broken. One at the end of the hallway and another in a 2nd floor room. Towels were small. No soap in room at all!!! Not a bar, nothing in the dispensers. Nothing. The room was clean. It will be very unlikely we will have a repeat stay.

The room itself was clean. The hallways, carpet, floors were disgusting. Looked like animal feces or vomit was on the bottom stairway. Elevator broken and to hike up the stairs. No breakfast. Only thing to eat was pancakes. No milk, juice or anything. Hallways haven’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Various stains everywhere. The front desk clerk was friendly and kind. She must be embarrassed to work in such a dilapidated environment. Pictures are not a true depiction of this place. Refrigerator wasn’t even on. Didn’t realize it and beverages were warm.

The entire hotel was really dirty, I never saw a housekeeper and I was there for 3 days. The place smelled so badly of marijuana it was overbearing . It appeared that there were several “permanent” residents living there, some with multiple small loud children. I think they were the ones smoking the marijuana. The outer doors don’t shut well and were open for anyone to just walk in all hours of the day and night. I had an adjoining room and the door on my side was just missing so the people from the other room could have just walked through from their side. Beeping smoke detectors that needed battery changes. Just a general lack of maintenance and cleaning and managing the place.

We got into our room and the windows were open, we tried to shut them and had no luck, we went to the front desk and the young man tried but ended up putting tape over one he couldn’t shut. The floor needed sweeping, so he brought a vacuum up and my boyfriend quick vacuumed the floor.

This was a nice surprise. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had new carpet installed recently. It appeared to be recently renovated. It was tucked back in a quiet area where I felt comfortable getting my dog out for a walk. There was no breakfast but there were plenty of options nearby. Great room for the money.

The room was recently renovated, comfortable, and appeared clean. Nice soft bed. The tile and laminate flooring looked good, but was slippery with both socks and bare feet. It felt like it was waxed...sort of slimy, but it was dry. The room smelled fine; no deodorizer or smoky smell. The hallways and lobby , on the other hand, smelled like 50 chain smokers just left and the staff sprayed that disgusting deodorizer cheap hotels use. If the room smelled like that, I would have gone right. Back into the lobby for a refund. The big problem with the room, though was a very, very loud AC compressor. I'm not a light sleeper, and I sleep with ear buds, so no big deal for me. But others may find it intolerable. NO BREAKFAST. I don't think they advertised they had it, but it's almost expected. All in all, just okay for the price I got it for

We had no remote for Tv. When asked at front desk, they could only find a Samsung remote, we had an LG. No working phone, no hairdryer. No soap in shower, missing electrical plate on an outlet. Appeared to be mold on ceiling of shower. Curtain falling down on one side. Only chair was in very poor condition, Only positive thing is it was quite at night, & bed was fairly comfortable

Made an online reservation while driving back to WI from Ontario. Demetrius at the desk was friendly and helpful. We found the room spacious, clean and a fridge that actually worked. A bit of street noise but for the price, excellent.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. I wish the beds would have been more comfortable. I think the place is haunted because my TV kept turning on at night. It did it about three times.. I think people live there as well, but they keep it pretty undercover..

The price is what motivated me to stay here. The check in process was quick and easy and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Our first room was dirty and once I alerted the ladies at the front desk we were moved into a nice, clean room. Any concern I had was addressed in the moment!

I reserved a room through Hotels dot com. After driving out of my way, at about midnight I arrive at the red roof Inn. I got there and there was no room for me. Huge Fail - and a pure crap night spent afterwards. I won't be using this app or the red roof family of fine lodging ever again.

We were vendors at the local art fair. The morning of the event we found the battery dead in our vehicle. I went in and asked for assistance and immediately someone came out and jumped us and got us on the road. We were very relieved and grateful. Excellent customer service!!

Dirty and bad crowd, front staff was rude and lazy. Internet never worked, police called in parking lot for disturbance daily, bad guest crowd with banging doors and screaming, paid for kitchenette but provided no utensils, we assume due to theft but wanted to charge more than room cost to rent!! I will NEVER stay here again!

Amenities were great. We had a couple issues though with staff. On arrival I was told that there was a $100 CASH incidental fee that would have to be paid during check in and would be returned after checkout was cleared. On the sign it stated that the return process fee could only be returned after 9:30am. I voiced my concern with the clerk because my spouse and I were scheduled for a 5am flight. She informed me that someone was there 24/7 that could return the incidental fee. Upon checkout, it was discovered that the clerk made no note of our conversation. At first we were denied and the clerk at that hour informed me that we would have to come back after 9:30 as per the agreement at check in. I had to stay firm until he decided to call the clerk on duty at the time of check in. He did call her to confirm and was still trying to give back the cash deposit. Claiming that it can’t be returned until after the room was cleaned. We suggested that he could go and check the room himself. At this time, he became agitated and reluctantly gave us back the deposit. It is a shame that our amenities were actually above par, but we had to give a lower rating because of the experience with the staff.

They canceled my reservation and I never got refunded my money. This place is terrible when you book through Expedia. When I tried to book this place for one weekend, they gave me another weekend instead I went to the facilities. They were partying out front by the entry door. The girl at the desk canceled my reservation and said I would get a refund and it never happened due to Expedia not making contact and getting permission to cancel the reservation. I will never consider this unit again.

Our stay was not the greatest. We got there and I informed the lady at the front desk that our TV did not work, which was very difficult with a toddler. She told me the maintenance guy would be up shortly hours later I called. She said she was sent him straight upstairs an hour later she let me know that he had gone home for the day finally at 9:30 at night, he knocked on the door absolutely uncalled for ridiculous.

Upon arrival at 2 am with a paid in advance Expedia reservation, the clerk demanded a $100 security room deposit. He refused to accept our credit card and demanded cash only. We had to leave the hotel and find an ATM at 2 am in the morning to satisfy his demands. He was very rude and condescending. We book rooms for our truck drivers all the time and have never had a Wyndham property deny a credit card as a form of payment. This was just a clerk trying to be confrontational with our driver.

Its right next to Cracker Barrel. That is nice , since the hotel does not have breakfast. The rest of the property could definitely use some TLC inside and outside. The staff was ok. Hard to find someone if you needed anything or just to ask a question. But overall the staff was friendly.

This was a nice surprise. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had new carpet installed recently. It appeared to be recently renovated. It was tucked back in a quiet area where I felt comfortable getting my dog out for a walk. There was no breakfast but there were plenty of options nearby. Great room for the money.

I was followed around by an unmarked black car, passengers followed me through the hotels, drinking and weed being smoked in the parking lot all night. Weed odour in hallways and elevators. Never again

The staff was courteous and the room was pretty decent, be forewarned though that the area where the hotel is located is kind of sketchy so it's not the safest stay you'll have. On about the third or fourth day of my stay there was an incident in the lobby where during the night a glass door was shattered, luckily I was in my room woth the door secured so didn't notice until I left in the morning to visit family(which is why I was on the trip. Overall if you're travelling solo and are cautious of your surroundings this can be a good inexpensive hotel to stay at, if you are travelling with your family I'd consider a hotel in a safer part of town.

I was told when I ordered food from a local pizza place that they would not deliver to the hotel due to the shootings in the area. They happened 2 days before my arrival. The hotel was dirty I would not even put my dog in here. I will try to reach out to corporate. I would like a full refund due to the fact that I slept an hour because of safety reasons. According to the website they have free continental breakfast but they do not offer breakfast at all. I only chose this hotel because we like to have a breakfast before we head out for the day. Also when we first arrived our toilet wouldn't flush. I also didn't like the lack of outlets available in the room to charge our devices.

From the road this property looks neat, clean & new, but the inside is very tired. In our room, the desk chair was ripped across the back, the switch for the ceiling fan was broken, the ceiling fan itself was filthy (who wants that blowing over your bed), there was no coffee maker and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. We were not expecting the room deposit to be made in CASH either, especially when they already had our credit card. Breakfast was sad. The breakfast buffet area looks much better in the pictures and the selection was poor. The staff in charge was slow to replenish the food and occupied an entire table herself. We actually chose to eat at the restaurant next door the second morning. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked great, the bed was firm, there was great water pressure in the shower and there was adequate parking. I would serious reconsider staying at this hotel in the future.

Family enjoyed our stay, Clean rooms and pool area. Breakfast are was clean with fresh made Bacon and eggs with waffles. Will definitely return to this hotel :)

My room upon entering looked good. But after entering the floors was not mopped. The bathroom door was upside down and loose. The hand soap on the wall by the sink was either empty or broken. The hallways carpet doesn’t look like it has ever been shampooed. Going down the hallway to the pool there was weed smoke smell coming from one of the rooms my 9 year old said dad it smells like weed down here and I told him I know. And the pool area only has one table and 2 or 3 chairs. The hot tub was broken and the pool had dead bugs and June bugs floating in it. There was no towels had to go ask for some. Just not a good experience. I will not be saying here again.
