In the advertisement it said there was a gym, there was no gym present. Supposed to have an indoor heated pool the pool was not heated. My wife found a bug in her bed. There was only a less than half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for four people.

I took my grands there because it had a heated pool or we through. After a cold play in the snow, we went to relax in a nice heated pool. It was not heated. When I found that out I took my grands home. What a disappointment. They were heartbroken. Please post if pool is heated or not.

Property has just reopened as Clarion Pointe. We have stayed here a few times under different brands. It was best as Holiday Inn Express. It has definitely gone downhill. Elevator was broken. Shower head was nasty. Room smelled. Front desk people were nice. Breakfast looked skimpy so we ate at a restaurant instead. This place will do in a pinch but definitely not a top pick. Location is good though.

At a place like this you have to wonder how long things have been "out of order". The pool wasn't working; the breakfast juice dispenser wasn't working; the charging ports in the room didn't work. We were only there for a night but that seemed to be the theme. Staff was friendly enough. The best part was the shower - it was pretty nice.

Halls smelled like weed. Bathtub drained very slowly and I was standing in a few inches the whole shower. The shower curtain was dragging in the puddled water in the shower. Only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth provided in a 2 queen bed room. No hand soap in room- had to ask front desk. Stains on bedsheets

The place was filthy and they put used shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles in the room for us to use. The vent in the bathroom was filled with dust, the bath tub was dirty, mop strings were left on the floor by the maid, and there was hair in the bed. My first and last stay here!!

The front desk staff was very helpful navigating difficulties w/ check in. Breakfast was less than mediocre for normal hot meal breakfast. Hard boiled eggs and watered down coffee. Stale bagels. Room was clean but properly outside was not. Trash piled up @ both back exits & flies everywhere because of overflowing trash in lobby, and outside exits.

Our room was ok, the shower rod was hanging on like a lose tooth. The bathroom needs painted and the sheet rock patches are horrible done.our room was decently cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel does smell a bit.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Clarion hotels, and I like them a lot. The specific one was not up to par. The rooms are kind of dingy. The paint was peeling on the walls. The breakfast in the morning was pretty terrible, cold, hard boiled eggs, this place could use some help.

Property definitely needs updated. Phone in room was “attached” in 4 places with stripped live wires. I immediately had it removed and it was not replaced in the 5 days I was there. Beds are not comfortable at all!!! Air conditioner is very old and does not cool the room very well. Coffee-yuck! Waffles-yuck Napkins are nothing but small 1 ply squares. No absorbency. I couldn’t even get in the tub to shower. It’s at least 2 ft high if not higher. Outside is ugly. Not kept very clean. Receptacles are few. It was NOT a good stay. I won’t be back and will not recommend. The highlight is the staff. Very nice, respectful, helpful and friendly. Pay $10 more and get something a little nicer!!

The property seems renovated not too long ago. However, there are too many issues. Upon everything the room, there's that kind of staple smell. The under window havc unit emits a bad smell when heat is turned on. For some reason, the room turned really warm when the temperature is set to only 69 and the unit isn't even running. There are unpatched holes in bathroom. Drain is slow. Sink faucet water pressure is really low.

When we walked into the hotel, the check in clerk was playing on his phone; he didn’t see us come in and we stood there, for 2 minutes, just looking at him, before my husband finally said something to alert him that we were there. When I walked up to the desk, someone’s check in signature sheet was sitting on the counter. It had that guests name and address and other personal information typed on it. I asked the clerk why he had left someone’s private information, in plain view, on the counter and proceeded to tell him that it shouldn’t have been left out like that. He kind of mumbled some sort of response and didn’t say much else. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However almost all the pillows had broken zippers and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The paint was peeling off the wall next to the bathtub. The breakfast was minimal; just waffles and croissants. Not a good continental breakfast. We won’t stay again.

I arrived late and there was no employee on duty. I rang the bell, no one answered. I called the hotel twice and still no answer. Finally after 20 minutes an employee came out. He said he was in the bathroom. Went to breakfast this morning, no coffee, no coffee in the room. I had to drive to get coffee. Juice maker was broken just as the coffee machine. One cereal, no danish rolls or anything sweet, no fruit.A whole lot of bread. Disappointed in the hotel.

They went into my room when I had placed I had placed the privacy sign on the door handle!! They didn't have any hangers, they only could give me 2 when i asked for them, although i need to hang my suit, shirt and my wife's dress. There wasnt a toilet roll holder and only gave you 2 amaller than standard body towels along with 2 smaller ones and one for the floor, enough for one day, I took some off the cart and they went into my room without permission and took them back!

The motel was very close to downtown and convenient for shopping or going to eat. We could park our car right in front of our room. The only thing we would ding them on was the door leading outside on the back of the building usually was not locked and that made my wife a little nervous. The staff were helpful and friendly and took good care of us.

Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. Rooms need some TLC. It looks like they started painting and didn’t finish inside the room and bathroom. Some things were painted but very poorly. They had little tree air fresheners hanging around the hotel and in the room we stayed in. I had to ask for extra towel due to only 2 in the room for 3 people. It was ok for the price. It was close to things in Dillard and the Dillard House!

The room was fine and the check in was fine, but I rented a room that would come with breakfast. If you could say that there was a breakfast, it was the worst breakfast that I have ever gotten from a hotel, including the covid shutdown. There were a couple biscuits and dry cereal. There wasn’t even any coffee. Unimaginable!!! You owe me a $20 dollar credit to cover the breakfast that I had to purchase elsewhere.
