We stayed at Premiere Classe Paris Ouest - La Défense Suresnes and overall had a good experience. The facilities were clean and spacious enough for the price, nothing too luxurious but okay. The elevator was a bit tricky—you had to scan your card to go up, but sometimes it wouldn’t register properly. We had to scan and press the button multiple times to get it to work, which was a little frustrating. Our room was nice, though we didn’t get the Eiffel Tower view. The host was kind enough to check for us, which we really appreciated. Despite not speaking French, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making communication easy. The room wasn’t huge, but it was adequate for our needs, and we liked the window, which let in fresh air. The heater wasn’t necessary, but it was nice to have just in case. The private bathroom was a great bonus for the price, but the shower design was a bit inconvenient. The barrier wasn’t deep enough, causing water to spill out onto the floor, which made the small bathroom a little uncomfortable to use. That being said, for the price and location, this was a great stay. There were minor inconveniences, but that’s expected at this price point. If I don’t find anything better in the same area next time, I would consider staying here again!

This property was worse for any American specially when it is summer and outside is 90 degree temperature. This hotel has no Air Conditioner or fan . And if the hotel has no Air conditioner or fan during middle of the summer and outside is 90 degrees temperature then you understand what I am trying to say. It is my horrible experience in my life . The room was not clear at all and 4 night I was staying they do not give any towel . In the toilet there is no soap or shampoo. The toilet space is just like airplanes toilet. It is not gonna say hotel . You can call hostel . But this people of the hotel calling this property Hotel so people can book it . I was rented two room almost paid $890 and the staff told me entire hotel has no central AC or Fan during the summer . You have to open the window that is the only option . I’d you buy the water from the vending machine than you realize the water is not cold at all . It was ruin my entire holiday. Worse worse worse . Never going to stay in Paris during summer time . They are very cheap .

Currently thr place it is going under renovation which menas they're are really loud starting at 8am! I am on vacation! This is a big inconvenience that at 8am there are worker already doing work next to my room, if they knlw this is going on do not give rooms that are next to the work that it ia being done, no A/C on the apartment, and the worst you have to pay to park in the hotel! I am paying already for my stay and I need to pay more for that, this is bad service, apartment are really small and shower are soooo small....not coming to this place again, look for something else.

Nuit unique pour une formation sur la Defense. Hotel propre rénové. Quartier en travaux qui sera sûrement sympa quand ce sera fini. Il y a une superette carrefour pas loin. Chambre tres bruyante, mal insonorisée, j'ai l'impression d'avoir dormi sur le boulevard qui est tres bruyant la nuit (proximité des urgences Foch et du commissariat de quartier). Par ailleurs, chambre encore en rénovation, le miroir de la salle de bain était encore dans le carton posé dans la salle de bains. Il y avait encore de la poussiére un peu partout. Pas de telecommande mais le personnel très aimable a fini par en trouver une dans une autre chambre. Petit dejeuner tres correct, complet. En résumé, hotel propre, en cours de rénovation mais tres bruyant.

it's a 2 star hotel, we paid £98 for two nights during Rock en Seine (big music festival), which is very very reasonable considering event and the fact it's Paris. Hotel is in lovely area with lots local shops/cafes/restaurants and shops just across the road. We didn't expect much for the price, just needed somewhere clean to sleep. Reception is modern and guys speak good english, when you enter the room it does have a smell, it's like freshly cleaned train toilet (sorry can't think of anything else), but after airing the room for a bit (each room has big fully openable window) it was fine. Toilet and showeroom are together, very small area but shower pressure is good and gel they provide smells nice. You get your towels and we had our room cleaned after first night which was a nice addition. There was some drilling noise on Friday morning as they're refurbishing but honestly for the price it was awesome.

Very convenient for the races. No mention of the renovations going on so Saturday morning 07.45, hammers and drills going flat out. Not good. We had a renovated room and it is adequate for a short stay but very small. It was also not finished. The toiletries were plastic bags dumped on the side as the dispensers were not yet in place. BEWARE, there is a strange shelf, hanger unit on the wall (no hangers though) and this is above the shelf and seat bit. I now have a large cut on my head due the the ridiculous thing that has a very dangerous sharp corner. My friend, in a different room also nutted it as well. It is downright dangerous. I would say for the price I paid booked 10 months in advance it was OK, but would probably upgrade next years visit though.

Close to metro station, good guest services. Property was non-smoking but room smelled like cigarettes. The room did not have AC and weather was very hot and I was unable to sleep comfortably during the night. Bathrooms are also very small.

J'ai trouvé dans mon lit des punaises de lit, et même si on m'a changé de chambre, j'ai regardé partout avant de me coucher. j'ai su que le 2ème et le 3ème étage avaient ce problème. il faut traiter .

Not Recommended – Extremely Disappointing Stay I do not recommend this hotel. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we walked into the room, we noticed a strong, musty odor—it smelled old and unclean. There is no air conditioning, which made the room unbearable due to the heat and humidity, especially in the summer. The rooms are extremely small—there’s barely any space to move, especially if you’re staying for more than one night or with more than one person. The bathroom is the size of an airplane lavatory, with zero room to move comfortably. It felt incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. The staff does not speak any English, which made communication very difficult. Additionally, the location is terrible—it’s not within walking distance to anything, and there are no nearby train or bus stations, making it very inconvenient for tourists or families on vacation. We had no choice but to check out immediately after seeing the condition of the room. It was simply not livable in the summer without AC or ventilation. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re traveling in the summer or with family.

Chambre rénovée beaucoup plus agréable que les anciennes La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais ceci dit elle est suffisante pour le rapport qualité prix qui est très bien. Petit bémol sur l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas au rendez-vous. Mais encore une fois ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix je recommande

Very small space with 2 beds that are extremely uncomfy and small light duvet. Toilet was small (caravan like) and we had no toilet roll on arrival. My daughter has autism and struggled with space, left after 1st night. Room was clean though and staff were pleasant. Maybe ok for an overnight but not any longer.

The room reminded me of a small jail cell. No pictures or art on the plain walls. No dresser or closet to put clothes away. Bathroom and toilet are all in one and smaller than an RV bathroom. My elbows easily touched the curtain and wall at same time and I could not shower without curtain constantly sticking to me. Water gets all over the small space. The tv was almost size of my laptop screen and didn't offer many channels. Pillows were very small and not much for blankets. I don't think the room is worth more than maybe 50 bucks max.

Le jour de mon séjour il faisait très chaud, et il n'y avait pas de climatisation. En plus ma chambre donnait côté rue, et il n'y avait pas de double vitrage, alors on entendait les voitures, claxons etc... Donc je n'ai pas dormie de la nuit !! Horrible séjour ...

Premier jour, accueillie froidement par une intérimaire qui parlait dans un français approximatif et condescendant limite raciste. J'ai halluciné... cependant j'ai quand même décidé de laisser une deuxième chance, mais malheureusement 300€ ont mystérieusement disparu de ma chambre. A FUIR !!!!!!

I had a good experience with one receptionist that work at night, I don’t know his name he’s bald with glasses. And with the three ladies that work at the breakfast. One receptionist in specific was rude, lazy, in a terrible mood. Mocking me when I asked if he speaks English. My room was for three people and every night I had to request one more towel for the third person. The room was smelly when we got there and the bathroom ridiculously small, looks like a fridge. The heater and the ventilation of the bathroom weren’t working properly. There’s no phone in the room to contact reception. There were some guests in 3 rooms next to mine that were chatting in front of my room at night and to complain about it I needed to get out of bed and go down to reach reception. The breakfast was quite simple but coherent with the rate that I paid. There was a vending machine at the hotel but it was broken, I asked for water and the rude receptionist told me to walk to the hotel next door and buy there. I asked 4 times for the hair dryer at the reception but it was never there. I know that it’s a cheap hotel but the whole experience might be better with a nice staff and some basic items such as phone, hair dryer and an available vending machine.

C’est peu d’argent mais c’est illégal et très frustrant, elle est restée sur un sentiment d’échec qui lui a gâché la journée et sans doute fait rater des ventes ce jour là.

Correct pour le prix, chambre propre, on ne parle pas du bruit voisin c’est pareil dans tous les hôtels et n’est pas un critère à prendre en compte - accueil et départ au top avec le personnel qui a le sourire - ce qui se perd dans des hôtels plus cher. Manque de temps pour parler du petit dej’ que je n’ai pas eu le temps de prendre - Je recommande cet hôtel et je recommande hôtel.com qui as des prix attractifs en rapport à l’hôtel en direct et aucun soucis avec lequelle je repasserai pour une prochaine resa d’hôtel. Merci hôtel. Com - je précise que je suis un vrai client vu les com’ pour que certain ne doute pas de ce post 😏

Bright side: very clean and next to a bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants. Easy to get around. On the other hand you get an extremely noisy street in front of the hotel. Inside the rooms there is no AC so if you’re coming on summer you either you either sleep/burn with windows closed (no noise) or you open the windows for some fresh air but then good luck trying to sleep.

La habitación era muy pequeña, ideal para descansar pero muy reducida. El bus pasa en la esquina, el tranvía ta,bien muy cerca y hay un súpermercado a 5 min. Es buena ubicación para ir a lo mejor de paris.

Small room with tiny bathroom, no frills or extras which we expected for the price. Bed was not comfortable but we did sleep due to total exhaustion from touring all day. Though it’s 3 miles from the Eiffel Tower, it takes 30 minutes and a couple bus transfers, metro is a 12 minute uphill walk. There is pizza and sandwich place nearby but the neighborhood is large residential buildings, not homey or quaint but cheap and close.

It is a really good location, accessible to a few buses within a minute walking distance. It is close to the tram line about 5-10min walking. Few fast food places nearby, pharmacy opposite, supermarket also opposite. You can see a bit of the Eiffel Tower from here too. Its a budget hotel but its a good stay

Great location for where we needed to be. Near the tram and busses for ease of access to places in and out of Paris center. Underground parking. Only very tiny observation... Pillows were too small. We would have preferred longer pillows, and a couple of extra ones. We would strongly recommend this hotel as a base.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un véritable atout, étant situé à proximité du tram, du RER et de lignes de bus vers Paris. De plus, le quartier était agréable, calme et propre. Cependant, il y avait quelques inconvénients à noter. La chambre était petite et mal insonorisée. La fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui a permis à un peu de bruit extérieur de pénétrer dans la chambre. De plus, la literie était un peu dure, ce qui a rendu nos nuits moins confortables. Cela dit, un point positif indéniable était la propreté de la chambre. Le point fort indiscutable de notre séjour a été le buffet du petit-déjeuner. Il offrait une grande variété d'options, y compris des viennoiseries fraîches tout juste sorties du four. It was small. Buffet breakfast consisted of croissants and chocolate croissants and some bread, and cheese and ham. Walls were thin and I could hear the couple next door f@cking. On the last night, at 1am, kids/teenagers were banging on my door and running. I told staff in the morning and they just gave me an extra key to my room. Will not recommend this place. Just being honest.

Nuit unique pour une formation sur la Defense. Hotel propre rénové. Quartier en travaux qui sera sûrement sympa quand ce sera fini. Il y a une superette carrefour pas loin. Chambre tres bruyante, mal insonorisée, j'ai l'impression d'avoir dormi sur le boulevard qui est tres bruyant la nuit (proximité des urgences Foch et du commissariat de quartier). Par ailleurs, chambre encore en rénovation, le miroir de la salle de bain était encore dans le carton posé dans la salle de bains. Il y avait encore de la poussiére un peu partout. Pas de telecommande mais le personnel très aimable a fini par en trouver une dans une autre chambre. Petit dejeuner tres correct, complet. En résumé, hotel propre, en cours de rénovation mais tres bruyant.

Winkelcentrum aan de overkant en bushalte om de hoek. Met een taxi betaal je slechts 13,00 om in het centrum te komen. Wij hebben het een keer gelopen maar langs dit bos is de tippelzone wat het niet echt kindvriendelijk maakt. Wij hadden 2 kamers naast elkaar waar een tussendeur zat die geopend kon worden. Ideaal als gezin met 3 tieners. Het ontbijt is onbeperkt maar wel simpel en ongezond. Voor een paar dagen prima!

bonjour deja pas de serviettes pour les douches dans celle ci une odeur d egout attrose au petit dejeuner a 9h15 personne pour nous acceuillir donc on commence a se servir ...plus de couteaux reste 1 croissant pour 3 plus de petite cuillère bref tres decu plus jamais les gars a l acceuil au top
