Property description was misleading. Stated there is breakfast and there was none offered. Outside doors were not secured, as they were deactivated. There was no hot water for showers. There was no remote for the TV. The microwave did not work properly. The curtains had duct taped patched holes in them. The carpeting was torn as well. The ice machine did not have any ice, despite us being up very early to get it. Additionally, the front desk attendant was rude too.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the receptionist that it was being remodeled. I was given a room along with the door keys. When I arrived at the room, none of the keys worked, so I tried to open the door without the key. To my surprise, the door opened without the key, and inside were 3 people on the beds relaxing. I told the receptionist of this situation and she investigated. She went to the room asking with a Spanish-speaking housekeeper to inform the trespassers to leave. Once they left the room, the housekeeper looked around the dirty room and left. I set my baggage down and attempted to leave the room when I discovered that the room had no lock on the door. I went back to the receptionist desk and asked why doesn't the room have a secure door. She canceled my reservation, and I had to find another hotel. I'll never use Super8 Hotels again.

A lot to “unpack” here about this Super8. One queen bed, smoking room. Only two pillows on bed. No ashtrays in this smoking allowed room. The reason for the lack of ashtrays was, and I quote “We’ve gave up on ashtrays because they get stolen anyway.” One towel/wash cloth/hand towel. Said recently renovated and if that’s true they need to try again. Curtains were mildewed (both the shower curtain and the curtains for the window). Dead bugs in various places in room. Dust so thick we thought it was growing. Second floor room that didn’t have a screen in the window. Ice machine ants weren’t happy I tried getting ice. Only bright spot was the person at the desk robbed an unoccupied rooms pillows and tv remote for us. If we hadn’t brought our own sheets we would’ve stayed in the vehicle instead of the room. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s the very last result. Wife said they should’ve paid us $70 to stay there not other way around.

We had trouble finding the hotel because the sign was not lit up and it was nighttime. The floor in our room had not been vacuumed. The electronic keys to the room door did not work at all; the front desk person was very nice and tried to help by reprogramming them, but they still didn’t work. There was a random washer and dryer sitting in the lobby. Breakfast was listed as included but there was no sign that there would be any breakfast served despite us leaving at 7:00 am. I am not a person to leave negative comments because I know that things are rarely perfect. I hope these comments will encourage this property to make improvements.

First thing we noticed was that the sign want lit. Very hard to find the drive entrance at night. Our room had cracks in the sink and leaked on the floor beneath. Getting feet wet while standing there. When we arrived there was no coffee maker in the room. Once we retrieved another from the clerk. We realized there was no remote control for the TV. Desk clerk said they had a shortage of remotes. Finally found one after searching two empty rooms. Needlessly to say it didn't work on our TV. Finally the AC unit was so loud and noisy that I had to put in airpods to fall asleep.

The covers on the bed have cigarette burns in them...took pics. The refrigerator is rusted and dirty, the front and back of the bathroom door on the bottom is coming apart, It took over ten mins. to get barely warm water in the bathroom and that was all the way on hot. Floors are dirty with long dark hair on them and in the sink. Not safe at all....didn't need a key card to get in the door at the stairway entrance. We paid almost $140 for this dump. I expected better from a Wyndham property.

Checked in to hotel. Started walking up to the 2nd floor. There were wore spots in the floor and a musky smell. Went into my room and it smelled. I pulled the covers back and moved the pillows. There was no headboard and there were roaches crawling on the wall next to the bed. Went immediately to the front desk and told them. She did offer another room, but I said I can not stay here after seeing that.

The room was absolutely nasty. Bugs in the beds, urine stains on sheets, food or makeup smear all over pillows and sheets, duct tape on shower wall and around bathroom door handle, booger on wall above toilet paper, pubic hair in shower, floors unswept, crumbled food or something of the sort on the chairs, and all surfaces looked as if they hadnt even been cleaned with disinfectant or wiped down either. When told front desk about everything and that we were not staying, all they said was ok.

The curtains were filthy, there was no phone in the room, the bathroom door did not have a handle, there were holes in the shower wall where a rail was missing, there was no working remote for the television, and THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! The beds were hard and very uncomfortable as were the pillows.

Bathroom door was broken, the toilet was falling through the floor, light bulbs out in bathroom, shower valve corroded that could cut someone and the entry door security latch was missing. It said breakfast was included but we were told the Owner decided not to include breakfasts. I believe foreign ownership is driving this chain into the ground…..last stay at a Super 8. The only thing that kept us from walking out was a clean bed.

The stopper in the sink was stuck closed. The key card for the door did not work. They had to use a devise to connect to the door to unlock it. There are 2 holes in the shower wall. The grab bar in the shower is gone. The bathroom door knob is loose.

Important outlets didn’t work, I had two get our keycards fixed twice. It was due to malfunctioning door not human error. Our remote to the television didn’t work. The shower took 15 minutes to come up to temperature. I’m not being hyperbolic. The tap water was disgusting and they only sold soda in the hotel.

Gave us a room with frozen up air conditioner. Moved us to smoking room while telling us it was nonsmoking. But the smell of cigarettes almost knocked us down and the walls and curtains were yellowed. I am allergic to it so they ended up putting us back in the room with non working air. Refused to refund our money. Completely unprofessional and rude man that worked the front desk! Will not return!

I realize this is a budget friendly chain, but the disrepair of the building is beyond anything I've experienced in your franchise. We stayed one night and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. However, because we paid cash, we had to wait until Monday Morning. People traveling and visiting family don't want to have their time spent dealing with a substandard establishment. When I arrived on Monday to collect the refund I was greeted with a scoff, eye roll, and a no indicated head shake with a snide tone of "I'll just give you the money." I wasn't rude or loud. I was the customer inconvenienced to return to handle the refund. I won't appologize for your employee's inconvenience.

Staff courteous and friendly. Facility in much need of refurbishing. Holes in curtains, drape not completely on rod, toilet paper androd missing from holder (used facial tissues), floor wet with chemical smell. Saving grace was the friendly, helpful woman who checked me in and i was obly booked for one night.

Terrible place, surley staff in the evening, dirty, stank of cigarettes throughout, breakfast mediocre,damaged bathroom door and refrigerator leaked water because it had been turned off,shower was damaged with missing parts and had cigarette burns on the bat edges.

From the beginning, this was a horrible experience. The front desk lady did not have my reservation recorded correctly. Wrong credit card number. No breakfast as advertised. The room had filthy carpets, a lamp wouldn't work, the bathroom door had serious water damage and was coming apart at the bottom, the door would not lock except for the deadbolt. Thus we could not lock while going out for supper. Desk clerk gave us another room, but it had only one bed for the three adults. Very unsavory people hanging around. Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We left. She said we would not be charged. She needs to be correct.

Nasty moldy curtains, roaches, fridge had moldy cheese in it. Had to stay because we booked online and no refund or we would have left. Directions unclear wanted to send us to Indiana and then it took us to BFE so we had to drive around at night in the rain to find it. Stay away

Our reserved room was rented out and we were given a room with mold everywhere. they said it was the last one available. reeked of smoke. The room had filthy carpets, a lamp and table power wouldn't work, the bathroom door didn't close and would not lock. Very unsavory people hanging around. Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We schedule for 2 more days but went elsewhere. This place is disgusting!

Exterior was ok. Rooms are terrible, first room stunk of smoke and tv didn't work. The second room they moved me to wasn't much better, no smoke smell and tv worked. Chair was stained and bathroom door had holes in it. This motel used to be nice but it is in really bad shape now. Breakfast was advertised but was not available.

They advertise free breakfast, there was NOT one. The room had a little coffee pot but when I asked for regular coffee packs, was told they were out. Coffee was in the lobby the next morning, The orange juice machine had big OUT OF ORDER sign on it. The motel needs new furnishings. When registering on arrival, person was not very welcoming. Would not stay here again.

The room wasn't very clean, hallway floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days, bed was not comfortable, bathroom door was broken, only 1 towel for 2 people so had to go ask for more, no real breakfast to speak of, probably wouldnt have eaten it anyway with the overall cleanliness, just some prepackaged muffins, bagels and bread and a few little boxes of cereal

Great place to stay if you love the smell of wacky weed. Even at 6:00 am when we checked out that was all you could smell. Room was in need of up date. bathroom door wouldnt close, holes worn in the carpet. Room was clean, just old and worn. only one towel in the room, had to go to the front desk for a second one. Breakfast was of few choices and the juce machine did not work.
