The Parker Hotel

The very small parking lot is also the lot for 2 restaurants, a bar, and a jewelry store. If you are gone through the day there is no place to park when you return to the hotel. You end up parking in a lot for other businesses and risk being towed. It is the only negative, but we found it to be very frustrating to have to drive around until someone left one of the restaurants so we could park at the hotel.

large attractive rooms, comfortable bed, small but well appointed fitness area, diner close by for breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Rooms and very safe atmosphere. CONS: Limited TV Channels; no listing of TV channels have to use QR codes and no pool.

Service was lacking. The kid didn't notice I was there for a long time, and then he had a really bland attitude (you work in customer service). The hotel was pretty nice. The room was clean. You can tell it's been here a while now, it's aging and had a bit of a small TV. The part that really irked me was there are three restaurants operated around this hotel and no designated parking area for hotel guests. I had to park at the movie theater. And while the theater is okay with guests parking there, I had to walk a long ways with my bags. I'd never stay here again over that detail.

Expedia site stated there were free drink coupons but the restaurant was closed. Hotel did not compensate.

Nice hotel, I stayed two nights. I chose this place because of the dining options within the hotel, unfortunately they were all shutdown days before my arrival.

We enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness and view from the restaurant, however we picked the location because they advertised a large hot tub pool which is what our 7yr was most excited about. We were extremely disappointed to hear that it has been gone for 6 months or more and they have not updated websites. The service in Upper Deck was sub par. We actually watched a couple walk out because no one greeted them. The attitude of service was of no urgency and it was disappointing to see. Food was very good though. We did appreciate the front desk staff listening to our disappointment and we felt bad for them because they continously have to tell guests there is no hot tub. Parking was also difficult and we were told not to park elsewhere or we'd get a ticket/towed.

The hotel was very nice and well kept. Parking was not ideal whatsoever as the lot was extremely small, and if the two restaurants were ope nearby, the patrons shared the small lot. There were 2 onsite places to eat, but it was never clear when they were open. Staff was friendly.

The facility was exceptional ...... clean and very comfortable

This is a clean, stylish, quiet, comfortable hotel in a non-touristy community. Front desk staff were very pleasant. I had breakfast in the diner next door and it was ample and well-cooked (yay for house-made salsa and fresh coffee!). There is a Target less than half a mile away in case you forgot anything.

The cleanliness of our room could have been better. Overall the hotel was quiet and plesant.

The Parker is always an excellent place to stay! The rooms are always clean, comfortable and functional while the staff is always kind and helpful. 10/10, definitely staying again

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Parker. It was clean and the hotel and rooms had character and many added touches that puts it above others in the area.

Our stay was excellent. The place was clean & tidy, the decor was beautiful, the staff pleasant & helpful, and the location of the hotel was easy to access & well-situated. The food at the grill on site was also delicious! Bar CCC Park is just across the street from The Parker Hotel with access to extensive trails to walk or bike.

It's a beautiful hotel. The dark wood and hard floors is beautiful. Love having several dining options on site. The room was mostly clean, including the bathroom. The bed sheets were not the cleanest. There was a makeup stain on the white sheets. Woman at the front desk at check in barely looked us in the eye and didn't smile at all. But that's fine, some people are more reserved.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely room. Only thing that needed attention was the shower. Tile needed a deep cleaning and I froze while taking a shower because of the shower head and the open shower, no door. Both days I was there the restaurants were both closed.

Overall, this is an architecturally beautifully designed and clean hotel great for a quick stay and/or for mostly sleeping. If planning to relax at the hotel/in the room, it does lack some features. Pros: It was very clean throughout the hotel, including the stairwells. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Quiet AC/Heating unit Mini fridge and Keurig; ample bathroom counter space, cool towel/shelf space under sink; fitness center Our room faced the north and had views of the front range mountains Cons: The person who welcomed us was average. We were not welcomed with words. We had to initiate the conversation. As others have mentioned, there is a clogged sink smell coming from the bathroom sink. Noticeable when brushing teeth and within a few feet of the sink. No closure for the shower made for a drafty shower experience as the temp in the room was in the mid 60s. We don’t use microwaves but if you do- there is not one in the room. We usually don’t eat hotel breakfast but if you do- there is no free hotel breakfast. Our last stays in the past 4-5 years had a smartTV with streaming apps (Netflix. Prime Video, etc) this hotel did not. I assumed they would have this feature. The audio on the TV would lag or cut-out every 20-30 seconds. We watched Prime on my 14-inch laptop. The TV is not 55 inch, maybe 43 inch. The Keurig functionality is hit or miss and can be hard to use due to poor lighting in the cabinet. The Springhill Suites in Parker would be our choice.

Such a lovely room with an exceptional bathroom and shower. No loud cycling heater/air conditioner to disturb your sleep. We would definitely recommend and will return ourselves!

Great place! Convenient location. Attractive rooms. The only issue was bad water pressure in both room showers.

The king room didn’t have a desk work area so that was a bit disappointing since I work remote

The room was very nice with a balcony and oversized shower.

Great hotel and location; the only negative was the lighting in the rooms which was dark and darker; so during the day all was fine but at night the room had the lighting of a bar room.

Water pressure in shower was disappointing and temperature fluctuated when showering. Otherwise, staff and front desk are always helpful and pleasant.

Need to upgrade the TV experience. Channel guides and smart tvs that allow you to watch streaming services.

Check in staff is always amazing. We come here every month for a date night and they never disappoint.

Very clean! Staff was very friendly and took time to chat a bit and gave some great food recommendations, which i very much appreciated lol.

The staff at Parker Hotel are so kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful with a larger bathroom with a beautiful shower. It was a memory able experience.

Place was great! Check in reception was terrible. Give me the room key, then wrong room, then key was not working. We had to go back and forth 3 times.

We had a great stay it was convenient to everywhere we needed to be. It was clean quite and refreshing to have the service of a big hotel with a small hotel feel.

We enjoyed the quietness the property had to offer. Loved that it wasn’t in a big city.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that the hotel was in a great location and had 2 restaurants on-site and a great diner next door for breakfast. It was close to Old Town Parker, shopping, parks and walking trails. We also found a Texas Roadhouse that is a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, we found the area downtown around the hotel was clean and quiet, and we felt safe walking around at night. The only thing we missed was the fact that it does not have a pool or hot tub. Since our stay was short it wasn't a big deal.

Close to restaurants, AMC movie theater, clean and feels like a safe area. Keurig coffee maker is a plus for me. Will come again.

Nice, comfortable boutique style hotel. Both restaurants were closed which was a bit disappointing, but, great diner and taproom were within a quick walk and served wonderful food options.

Expensive compared to better hotels and the $100 deposit extra has not been refunded after 24 hours. Ober $300 to stay at a average hotel with no breakfast.

Really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Parker Hotel!! Glad we chose this over a bigger chain hotel. The decor was very beautiful and modern. I must have overlooked that there was no breakfast at the hotel, but an adjacent diner was offered as an alternative. We just chose to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere. A couple drink tickets at check-in were a wonderful perk, and in my mind was better than a free breakfast! 😁. On my second night I redeemed my drink ticket at the Italian restaurant, right by the elevators, and was so pleased with their excellent wine selection, and amazing salad to go with it! Would 10/10 recommend the Parker Hotel over any of the big chains out there!

Friendly staff, great beds, clean room. What made the stay most memorable was the outstanding dinner we had in the restaurant. Top notch!

The hotel is in a great area, within a shopping center and restaurants around. Went to the diner next door and it was delish! The room was quite spacious and comfortable — definitely recommend.
