The pool and hot tun are out of order, they are taking out rhe hot tub. None of this is stated on the website or checkin, we would have stayed a different place if we knew this before we were settled. Very friendly staff, the hotel gym is one of the best I've seen and I was thankful for it. Main dining area covered in dog hair from people having their dogs in that area in the evening...but then it wasn't cleaned before breakfast, and everyone was eating in dog hair. Gross. The gym should open at 5 am, not 6 to accommodate those who need to get out rhe door early. Breakfast is ok. Due to the pool and hot tub not working, we will choose a different property from now on.

This hotel easily could have gotten a 5 star rating . But , hot tub was not working, pool was freezing , rinse of shower wasn’t warm on warm option in pool area. One of the filter holes cover wasn’t secured , fell right through. Staff was attentive with me. Maintenance I’m not sure what was on their plate that day but didn’t secure that cover in pool area. Clean facility and rooms except room carpet was very old. Time to replace them. No outside patio or seating area.

Great value. Comfy beds, they always have coffee and water out. Popcorn in reception some nights. Buffer breakfast is better than most places. The hot tub wasn’t working and the water cooler in the gym was empty but overall we had a very good stay and will return.

The hot tub was broken and has been for awhile. The pool was warm. The floors in our room were gross. Hadn't been vacuumed and were sticky in spots. The bathroom floor needed mopped. There were dirty spots on it. The walls were gross too. We didn't use the tub, because it looked like it may or may not have been cleaned. You could hear traffic from our room. The bed was clean, I checked before we climbed in. It was comfortable. The front desk was very nice and pleasant and accommodating.

Our room was very quiet and appreciated that very much. Staff was very nice. One thing we noticed is that the carpets throughout and in our room were completely disgusting. I highly recommend replacing them. Definitely can tell the building is dated.

The hotel may not be old but it sure smells like it is. Either from previous smoking rooms/floors that has left a stench in the room that I was in #203. Also, the hallways reeked of a musty odor. We had to ask for some sort of air freshener but needed to buy a plug in. When we asked at the front desk about the smell, we were told that the previous owner never took care of the place and that a renovation was happening a few months from now. The musty/smoke smell permeated all of our clothes and suitcases. The room furniture was beat up as well. The desk chair had rips in the fabric, the door to hide the fridge wouldn't keep closed because of a bent hinge, and the bathroom sink faucet was way too big for the little sink and had a leaking issue if turned all the way cold. The water also had a funny smell to it.

Dirty rooms!! First room carpet was dirty and the bathroom had ants! I asked to be moved to another room, that room was worse, it was not dirty, bed was not made towels on the bathroom floor dirty carpet and ants ! So I asked to be moved, third one carpet is dirty and ants! It this point is already close to midnight and I’m tired, so I decided to look for another hotel but they were booked so I had to stay here! Good thing we brought our sandals!! Horrible experience!! I have the picture to post on yelp’s website!

From late check-in 10pm to 11am departure, my time an Hampton Inn was awesome . The area felt safe, clean, and friendly. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful. Our room was pristine, cool temperatures, and the decor modern and clean. The water pressure and temperature was magnificent as well . My only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable. I find that the Hiltons affiliate of Hilton hotel beds are uncomfortable , to me. I speak from experience as I’ve stayed at Hampton/Hilton hotels in Melville, NY, Niagara Falls ( Canada side) , and now Parker, Co.. Please consider a new brand. Last but not least, the communal coffee and the “to go” pre-packed breakfast brown bags are a great touch. Thanks for the wonderfully hospitality.

The property was convenient for what we needed. The breakfast was pretty good and had decent options. The TV channel choices were great. Loved I could use my Netflix. We thought it was neat how it had welcome with my name on the TV screen, The lounge chair in our room was horribly stained. The beds were hard. The pillows were hard as well. The light from a window with the shad down shined right into my eye all night making it hard to sleep. The A/C did not work. Our room was hot.

Pool and Hot tub were out of service. Room water temperature was not even warm enough to shower the entire stay. Very loud, from the hallway you can hear the conversation of the people in the room talking at normal level. The road noise was very loud from the highway. The heater was very loud and woke us up when it would turn on. There was a gap between the tub and tile that was nasty. The staff was very friendly.

We were put in a handicap room. Was offered a different room but since we had our clothes in there , we decided to stay in that room . They really need to update this room . The desk chair had black stains all over it , also had 4 holes in it. Could not open the drapes for natural light because the strings on both windows were broken. Hallways on 4 th floor needed cleaned. Breakfast was ok.

While our stay at this hotel was good we had several issues. The first issue was with the staff; when we first checked in the young man manning the counter was rather rude. He was nowhere to be found (or the entire time we were there) unless we rang the bell and when he did service us he mumbled, never smiled and seemed miserable. Not exactly a hospitable attitude. When we arrived in our room we noticed 2 issues right away. The air conditioner made an awful grinding noise—which we would never be able to sleep through—and the bathroom door had been converted to a sliding, barn-door style which left a huge gap between the door and wall meaning we would not have privacy in the bathroom. When we called the front desk to mention the issue with the air conditioner originally they just told us they would send a maintenance person down—as though anyone who just started their vacation wants to wait around while their room air conditioner is fixed. However, once we pressed the issue and asked if we could have a different room the staff complied, though seemingly annoyed about it. Our second room was larger but had numerous issues. Both the toilet paper roll holder and bath faucet were crooked, as though someone had installed them while drunk. While only an aesthetic issue it's not something you want to see when you are paying to stay at a hotel. Secondly, the comforter on the bed was ripped on the inside; the inner stuffing was exposed due to a large rip near the edge.

I did not stay. I had made the reservation for the wrong weekend. It was a non refundable room, which was fine as I didn’t want to cancel, I just wanted to change the dates and pay the different. Hotels.com worked with me to try and get ahold of them to submit the request and they literally just ignored all our requests for communication and then charged me for a stay I did not use. Still have never heard anything from them, not even a denial. I will never stay at a Hampton again. Ridiculous.

If it wasn’t for Bianca (front desk) and Jackie (breakfast area) the property would of received a much lower rating . These employees know exactly what customer service is about and provided it with a smile on their face for the 9 days I stayed at the property. Both deserve one !

We had a small issue with the grab bar in our shower being unfastened… reported it to the front desk and a maintenance person was to the room and had the bar fixed in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast room could use more attention..The lack of juice choices due to broken machine was disappointing… milk for cereal ran out. No one I could see was around the breakfast room wiping up and restocking items that ran low. The snack bags available at check out were a very nice and appreciated touch.. We would definitely stay here again .

I arrived an hour early and asked if there was any chance a room was ready. Was told there was a strict no early check in policy unless I wanted to pay $25. Left and 20 minutes later I was notified by the Hilton App that I could check in, select my room and get my digital key. I did and was in my room before check in time. If the Hilton App can get me in the room before check in time... maybe the front desk should do the same. Frustrating

While our stay at this hotel was good we had several issues. The first issue was with the staff; when we first checked in the young man manning the counter was rather rude. He was nowhere to be found (or the entire time we were there) unless we rang the bell and when he did service us he mumbled, never smiled and seemed miserable. Not exactly a hospitable attitude. When we arrived in our room we noticed 2 issues right away. The air conditioner made an awful grinding noise—which we would never be able to sleep through—and the bathroom door had been converted to a sliding, barn-door style which left a huge gap between the door and wall meaning we would not have privacy in the bathroom. When we called the front desk to mention the issue with the air conditioner originally they just told us they would send a maintenance person down—as though anyone who just started their vacation wants to wait around while their room air conditioner is fixed. However, once we pressed the issue and asked if we could have a different room the staff complied, though seemingly annoyed about it. Our second room was larger but had numerous issues. Both the toilet paper roll holder and bath faucet were crooked, as though someone had installed them while drunk. While only an aesthetic issue it's not something you want to see when you are paying to stay at a hotel. Secondly, the comforter on the bed was ripped on the inside; the inner stuffing was exposed due to a large rip near the edge.

From late check-in 10pm to 11am departure, my time an Hampton Inn was awesome . The area felt safe, clean, and friendly. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful. Our room was pristine, cool temperatures, and the decor modern and clean. The water pressure and temperature was magnificent as well . My only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable. I find that the Hiltons affiliate of Hilton hotel beds are uncomfortable , to me. I speak from experience as I’ve stayed at Hampton/Hilton hotels in Melville, NY, Niagara Falls ( Canada side) , and now Parker, Co.. Please consider a new brand. Last but not least, the communal coffee and the “to go” pre-packed breakfast brown bags are a great touch. Thanks for the wonderfully hospitality.

This property has easy access to the highway, local shops and restaurants, as well as it being close to my daughter and her family. It was clean, quiet, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Because we go to Parker strictly to visit family, we will be staying here many more times due to it's proximity to everything we are interested in!

It's in a fairly new housing tract area there's a few good restaurants in the area but you need a car to get around the area... it's not walkable.. but rooms were very nice and comfortable

Clean,quiet,awesome staff, only downside was hallways and lobby had no air conditioning so it was a bit stuffy(maybe their getting it fixed). Will stay again! Trader joes, sportsman’s warehouse, and Costco right around the corner.

The near staff and coffee was delicious. The continental breakfast was not so much, which I get that can mean so many things but the sausage patties looked boiled and the eggs were not editable. I would still stay there again, just wouldn’t rely on the continental breakfast..

Check in was great!! Offered bottles of water and asked if we were Hilton rewards customers. Room was clean. Saturday breakfast was good, coffee was hot but there were no sleeves to put on the cups. Sunday breakfast was not good - there was no coffee in either pot (had to ask to have it made, there was no batter or syrup toppings for the waffles, tables were dirty and waffle batter had been spilled on the floor. The front desk gal was in the back talking with the kitchen help when these things were brought to their attention. The trashcan at the entrance of the hotel was overflowing so it was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk who said she would let housekeeping know.

Great value. Comfy beds, they always have coffee and water out. Popcorn in reception some nights. Buffer breakfast is better than most places. The hot tub wasn’t working and the water cooler in the gym was empty but overall we had a very good stay and will return.

The main reason I always stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting the Denver area, is because of the staff. I have yet to run into a staff member that was not friendly and very helpful. It is also so east to get there right off E470.

When I mentioned it upon checkout the next day they only said they would make a note of it.
