Pool was very small and had to pay for parking. Breakfast was great as long as you get there early and location was perfect

I stay here often but this time the breakfast area was unattended. No coffee mugs only paper cups. No stafff to be found anywhere. Also the bar is to offer a limited menu in the evening. No food options as bar tender communicated there was no chef.

Nice place…. Great location, Clean, reasonably quiet for a hotel. My only issue with this hotel is the pool is super lame and the parking is a disaster! They charge $5 a day for PARKING and there’s never any place to park after 3pm. Not sure why I pay $80-$90 a night for a room then I’m forced to pay $5 a day for parking. Seems like you get nickel and dimed to death!

Surprised by a $10 per night parking fee.

Property was clean and breakfast was an above average buffet included breakfast. Parking was confusing and front desk didn’t explain … guessing it was because the fee was to a different company.

It was a room, nothing special. I like places like this because I can stay, eat, and drink at the same place. The bar was a bit lackluster and the food at the bar was little better than that of a microwave dinner.

Nice room. Breakfast has good selection. I have stayed here many times but this trip there was an absence of staff. No food offerings at bar because "chef called out". Disappointed.

This was a great place to stop on our way through Arizona. We got to enjoy the pool, a good nights sleep, and breakfast the next morning. The pool was small for the size of the hotel. It was not crowded so the size of the pool was not a disappointment. I would recommend this as a great location for a stop over or a business trip.

Some of desk clerks excellent. Others, not so much. Didn't care for breakfast setup. Counters with no dishes, no signs nor indication how to find dishes and utensils, and serving hardware marginal. Had grease or something in front of commode not visible unless you were using it. Floor required a mop. Otherwise, everything nice and clean.

Our bed was covered in brown/black, long/short hair, along with the bathroom sink. Housekeeping put clean pillows on our dirty suitcase and drug the comforter across the floor, then refused to change all the bedding. Rude and unprofessional staff.

The disinfectant odor was really strong in the lobby when you walked in. It actually turned my stomach. The order actually was strong throughout the hotel. That was the only issue I had. Everything else was great.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean. I love the fact that the rooms are carpet-free.

My room was spacious and impeccably clean, even the bathroom! The entire staff was highly professional and courteous.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel inside and out. Also I got a room that had 2 queen beds and it was really nice. No weird residue anywhere in the room because sometimes I see it in other hotels. When you walk in your room and look around you feel at ease because it's clean and inviting. The room was pretty big it had a little section that had a table and a couch so like a sma living room then the beds are next to that. It has a charging station and I brought my cable to my phone but not the block for theoutlet but thankfully I didn't need it. The staff is really nice and I was visiting my mom at the Mayo clinic so I rushed back to the hotel and let them know that we were going to check out soon becyutbwas almost that time and they said don't worry about we can give you an extra hour so you can get your belongings and get ready to go home. At that point I was so relieved and everyone is just so understanding. Also your stay comes with complimentary breakfast and it's a lot more than I expected. It was really good and filled me up.

Hot breakfast options are decent, usually scrambled eggs, pork meat, waffle. Uber ride waits are also consistently brief. Regularly stay at this hotel multiple times each year.

All great! I’m a light sleeper and the A/ir condition sounded like an Atlas rocket every time it came on . All else was fine

Nice hotel but the walls are very thin. I could not sleep because the person in the next room was snoring so loud it was actually vibrating my bed. I turned on a green noise generator and it still cut thru that. Overall I got 3.5 hours of sleep. Very disappointed.

Pay for parking $10 night. Walls are VERY thin, can hear everything the people in the next room say.

This place was great…great room design and furnishings, clean and new. Would def stay there again. 10/10

Had a great stay! Travelling for work for 4 nights so the good room size with the desk, living area and lots of storage was awesome! It felt like a little studio apartment with room to spread out. Modern finishes, clean and great staff. Very impressed overall:)

All was excellent, 4.5 stars only for the very loud AC unit. all else up to expectations. Will book again!

The hotel was very clean and located in a nice area, close to shopping/dining. The free breakfast was great, and the staff pleasant and kind. My only complaint is that the bed had a giant dip in it, the mattress needed to be replaced. For the price, it was still worth it.

Airbase closeby was using a spund suppressor all night long. Very loud jet engine noise. Was the only detractor of this hotel.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early in the day after a long travel day, intending to store our luggage until check-in. Without hesitation—and before we even asked—the staff member kindly offered to check us in immediately if a room was available. Fortunately, one was ready, and we were able to rest and recharge right away, which made a huge difference. The room itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with a wide selection of both hot and cold items. It was far better than the standard complimentary breakfast you find at many hotels. The dining area was also impressively clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet area, with several shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. For additional dining and shopping options, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are just a short Uber ride away—typically around $9 USD. Another great nearby option is Desert Ridge Marketplace (around $12 USD by Uber), which features stores like Nike, Ulta, Kohl’s, Sephora, Nordstrom Rack, and more. We would absolutely stay here again thanks to the excellent location, peaceful surroundings, high level of cleanliness, and most importantly, the outstanding service from the staff.

Staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, respectful

Check in was easy. Super friendly staff. Clean COOL room which we were looking forward. Pool was perfect. Manager Nick came out to greet us and others such a friendly touch.

Great newer property with plenty to do around it! Check in staff was completely unhelpful and challenging! We almost left for another hotel but it was very late at night.

From check in to check out, everyone was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service! Thank you! I will be back!

The woman at the front desk was an angel. After a long and arduous journey her kindness was like a much needed balm. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Great customer service

There’s nothing worse than showing up to the hotel that you booked months ago and they tell you they don’t have a room for you because they overbooked… There should be some sort of first come first serve, and I can promise you I booked my room well before most of the people who are happily asleep in their beds. Check that happily asleep in my bed! And then to try to send me so far across town I wouldn’t even be in the same City? It was a disaster and ironically, I tried to cancel my room two days prior for a family emergency and they told me no because they needed me to stay there and then they didn’t even have a room for me.

If you are coming to Phoenix for the Mayo Clinic - this is a great place to stay. Only 5 minutes away and way less expensive than the hotel that is next to Mayo.

I love the Hyatt. Clean, friendly and located in the best part of Scottsdale. Close to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters. Easy freeway access to Desert Ridge shopping Center 5 minutes away!

We love to stay here when visiting Phoenix. Great location with stores nearby. The rooms have laminate floors and many choices for breakfast.

The hotel had a smell as if a sewage line had broken. The continental breakfast is one of the worst I’ve experienced at similar hotels.
