Great location, amazing staff shout out to titi who was so warm helpful and welcoming. Also received amazing recommendations of places to go from the front desk. Next time I visit nice I will absolutely be back here 💗

Very nice and helpful staff and a great location for visiting the castle and museum. Watch out for heat though especially if American because fans are provided. Was fine with cool mountain air at night and admit was unusually hot in Europe

Really great hotel, well maintained and really friendly staff. As I was staying during a really hot summer, I very much appreciated the very good and quiet fan which helped to bring the room temperature right down. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel overlooking the beautiful alps. We had a balcony which was the highlight of the stay. Restaurant was so good. Staff amazing.
