Its millstone was driven by the action of water from an irrigation canal for the waters of the Durance. Very close to Avignon, the Moulin de Tartay was transformed into gîtes by Sandrine and Ludovic who purchased it in 2016. A house of 115 m², two gîtes of 60 m² and a gîte of 45 m² are available to guests. Renovated with the greatest respect for Provençal traditions, they added their personal touch. This place has become a haven of greenery and tranquility, resolutely focused on the comfort of people seeking authenticity. Ideal for families (from 4 to 14 people in several accommodations), it nonetheless remains a place where each resident will find their balance. The accommodations are air-conditioned. Common areas exclusively reserved for tenants of the estate: heated swimming pool secured by wrought iron barriers, brazier, garden furniture, children's games (swings, trampoline, sandbox), garden basket, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, football field, pétanque and beach volleyball court, a carport for two vehicles and free parking on the estate. The garden consists of garden furniture, an unsupervised heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 meters deep (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain on the C.E. standards (a liability waiver will be requested from each client and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a portico under the responsibility of the parents (open from April to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions. The garden is shared only with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate. The 12,000 M2 land is enclosed and secure. The establishment is under surveillance by exterior cameras. "The SPA" du Moulin de Tartay is an old outbuilding (a glass roof) that we renovated to complement our activities within the estate (open from October to April). It is exclusively reserved for people staying on site. Prohibited for children under 10 years old. A shower, obligatory before the session, is available in the relaxation area. The first module: the "JACUZZI" is private, you are asked to reserve your slot the day before, for the first session between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. or the second session between 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The first session is 50euro for 1 hour of relaxation with a relaxing place to rest and enjoy a cup of tea if you wish. For the second session between 5 and 9 p.m. it is also 60euro for 1 hour. ​The operating regulations can be consulted on site. A discharge will be requested on site. Information on the "JACUZZI": It's a little marvel of ergonomics thanks to its two ultra-comfortable elongated benches offering a well-reclined backrest and heightening legs which will promote blood circulation. You will also appreciate the captain's place, very wide and offering a full body massage in a seated position. On the massage side, you will enjoy a very varied therapeutic course: weightless massage, intense massage, lumbar massage... each place offers you a different massage with different jet techniques to be able to free your body from daily tensions. A music system is integrated to complete your escape. A car charging station is available (additional charge). The accommodations are non-smoking. Animals are not allowed. A dog is on site as well as chickens, roosters and geese. ​No party or reception on the estate. Le Spa est en supplément sur réservation, interdit aux enfants au moins de 10 ans. Les logements sont non fumeur. Les animaux ne sont pas admis. Un chien est sur place ainsi que des poules, coqs et oies. ​pas de fête, ni réception sur le domaine. Pas de nuisances sonores après 22 heures.
