Best Western Saluki Inn

It has a great location and hotel was very clean with a good breakfast. Just disappointing that the pool was under construction.

It was a good stay but someone was smoking so not sure if it was aloud but I wish I wold have had the option to not be on the floor with smoking.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. However, we were there 3 days and on day 1 both the Ice Makers were not working, our Heating & A/C unit did not work and the back entry did not look like it had been cleaned for weeks. On day 2 the Ice Machine was working and they cleaned the back entry way. On day 3 our Heating & A/C unit was repaired. It certainly was not our best experience at a Hotel, but I probably would go back. Again, the staff was very pleasant to work with.

Mixed review here. The hotel had ants (and maybe fleas) in my room. The staff was extremely apologetic. They tried spraying the room but to no avail, the bugs kept coming. I asked for a new room - they explained that they were sold out - But they were able to get me into the adjacent room that was not being used due to a broken toilet seat. I didn't care, just need a clean bed. Now this was all at Midnight and the staff bent over backwards for me so I think this is a plus. Breakfast was slightly better quality than most average hotels. Amenities were good.

The room was adequate (clean and comfortable) but I definitely paid more than I should have for this property. The upstairs hallway smelled like marijuana, the shower was cracked and the staff barely spoke to me. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I would not book with this hotel again.
