Excellent équipement, très confortable / préciser "duplex" lors de la réservation pour loger au 5ème étage : terrasse privée super agréable ! L'équipe à l'accueil est super réactive : Merci ! We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs area, but they were able to fix that. the general cleanliness, especially of the bathroom and patio area, was subpar, but it fit us fine for the few days we were there.

Accès au logement hors des horaires d’ouverture de la réception assez simple (mail envoyé en amont). La chambre était grande, le lit confortable (dommage de mettre une couette en plein été!!). La résidence et les chambres ont cependant besoin d’un petit coup de neuf (rideau déchiré, plinthe arrachée et ascenseur sale…). Tout de même très bien pour visiter Nantes et simplement dormir !
