We were delighted with the very spacious, beautifully decorated room. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with an excellent walk in shower and the temperature good. We loved the situation close to the Four Posts and with views of the stunning city of Avila. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the cafe bar is also really good for a drink and tapas / snacks. Staff were all really helpful.We would definitely stay again.

Businesshotel mit schönem Blick auf die Stadtmauer von Avila. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Lediglich das Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack zu klein. Vom Fenster aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadtmauer von Avila. Leider war das Restaurant für "normale" Gäste geschlossen. Man war wohl mit der Verköstigung von mehreren Busladungen voll ausgelastet. Aber nebenan war ein gut geführtes Restaurant. Das Frühstück am folgenden Morgen war wiederum ausreichend und zufriedenstellend.

Struttura ben posizionata appena fuori città in condizioni di scarsa manutenzione (infissi malandati che facevano entrare il vento), colazione appena sufficiente con pochissima roba dolce e solo succo di arancia (e non altri succhi). Bagno in camera senza porta divisoria, soluzione che personalmente non apprezzo.

Reception unwelcoming and staff non smiling, treated guests as nuisance. Decor tired, room furnishing and carpets in need of good clean, beds very hard and no charging points. On the positive side the best view of the historic city with 15 min walk on footpaths to city gates. Excellent cafe and restaurant with very friendly, helpful waiters, very popular with locals.

Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff, the room is spacious, clean, quiet. We had dinner in the hotel in the evening, with a choice of a set or ala carte menu. The set menu was very good both in quality and quality included wine, bread starter, main & dessert or coffee. The cost was very reasonable.

Hotel muy cercano a la ciudad, desde la habitación se veían las murallas de Ávila y estaban a escasos 5 min en coche del centro. la habitación familiar que nos proporcionaron fue estupenda con dos estancias diferenciadas y un enorme baño completo.

wichtig ist die lage. aussicht auf die mauer und parkplatz. zuerst hatten ein zimmer direkt mit der aussicht auf die mauer. aber weil es kalt war hat die klima nicht funktioniert und wenn man das fenster geöffnet war es laut. dann haben wir ein anderes zimmer mit dem fenster in das hof aber von wc mit der sicht auf die mauer. optimal. was ist nicht einladent ist das frühstücksaal, irgenwie nicht schön. für eine nacht alles ok.

wichtig ist die lage. aussicht auf die mauer und parkplatz. zuerst hatten ein zimmer direkt mit der aussicht auf die mauer. aber weil es kalt war hat die klima nicht funktioniert und wenn man das fenster geöffnet war es laut. dann haben wir ein anderes zimmer mit dem fenster in das hof aber von wc mit der sicht auf die mauer. optimal. was ist nicht einladent ist das frühstücksaal, irgenwie nicht schön. für eine nacht alles ok.

We were delighted with the very spacious, beautifully decorated room. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with an excellent walk in shower and the temperature good. We loved the situation close to the Four Posts and with views of the stunning city of Avila. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the cafe bar is also really good for a drink and tapas / snacks. Staff were all really helpful.We would definitely stay again.

Servicio horrible en recepción, llegamos con un bebe y una embarazada a la hora del check in, sabiéndolo con anticipación, y no tenían la habitación disponible, nos hicieron esperar sin darnos una solución, con una actitud pasiva y soberbia del staff, sobretodo por parte de una señora con acento francés. Por supuesto, el director escondido. Además, decoración antigua y desayuno pésimo. Jamás volveré.

Reception unwelcoming and staff non smiling, treated guests as nuisance. Decor tired, room furnishing and carpets in need of good clean, beds very hard and no charging points. On the positive side the best view of the historic city with 15 min walk on footpaths to city gates. Excellent cafe and restaurant with very friendly, helpful waiters, very popular with locals.

A las 14h no tenían la habitación preparada nos dieron otra, pero entre una cosa y otra perdimos 15min . Las almohadas son muy finas, pero la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno bajamos a las 10 h y había bandejas vacías no vueltas a rellenar, nunca he entendido porque no encuentras lo mismo si bajas en los hoteles a primera que si bajas a la última, siempre y cuando bajes dentro del horario establecido deberías poder elegir entre los mismos productos independientemente del horario. Wifi bien El resto genial.

Businesshotel mit schönem Blick auf die Stadtmauer von Avila. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Lediglich das Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack zu klein. Vom Fenster aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadtmauer von Avila. Leider war das Restaurant für "normale" Gäste geschlossen. Man war wohl mit der Verköstigung von mehreren Busladungen voll ausgelastet. Aber nebenan war ein gut geführtes Restaurant. Das Frühstück am folgenden Morgen war wiederum ausreichend und zufriedenstellend.

The room was not the cleanest unfortunately. The whole hotel needs an upgrade, but the bathroom was remodeled and large. Mattress and pillows just ok. Easy and convenient parking and hotel location just outside the city with nice views. Restaurant was cheap but decent food. Staff was very nice.
