Parking not connected to hotel and to get to checkin area you need to use some very steep stairs

Hotel bien situado, muy limpio, cama y almohadas cómodas, el desayuno en bufé libre muy rico y variado y el personal muy amable y profesional. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es la dificultad de aparcamiento gratuito alrededor.

Arrived 2:00 for check in but rooms were not ready. Went out and got food and by the time we got back the rooms were ready. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Was very hot in Badajoz but the AC was ice cold and we were relieved. We opted for breakfast in the morning and were pleased with the offerings. There’s free parking on the street but fills up quick and it’s hard to find a spot. We opted to park in the garage which worked out great.

Parking garage has no easy inside access to the hotel.

Poor air conditioner,poor WiFi,so hot and the bar just open 8pm ,not place to have a lunch or dinner

Aceptable hotel, fácil acceso, céntrica ubicación, buen bufé de desayuno, personal cordial y profesional, IMPRESCINDIBLE pagar parking, no hay zona azul y aparcar por libre es imposible, hay personas que te buscan sitio por propina; lástima que Sercotel no reserve aparcamiento, 15€/día, junto con la habitación. Repetiría.

Nice hotel but disappointed no tea or coffee facilities or restaurant on site. Bar and room service only and does not open until 8pm so nowhere to get a drink or refreshments.

It was clean, cool and calm and what looked to be a recently updated decor, which was beautiful. The bathroom was very well equipped with toiletries.

Sábanas sucias y no te las cambian. Me obligaron a cambiarme de habitación porque no tienen personal ¿?. Camas pequeñas juntas, que se separan solas y no me caí de milagro. Instalaciones viejas. De las 4 estrellas le sobran 2. Nunca volveré a este hotel

El colchón es uno de los mejores que he dormido. Lo único malo de la habitación es el cuadro con eso quiero decir que estaba muy bien equipada. No nos vino tan mal pero a las 7:30 se duchó la "vecina" y se escuchaba muy alto la ducha o el agua por las tuberias que no hacia falta el despertador.

Great WiFi service, the hotel situates by the gates inside of the walls! Easy access to everything! Friendly people ! Great food and excellent cheap wine!!!

A great hotel situated close to the heart of the town. Parking in the area is free if you are lucky to find a space (we were lucky - I can’t say what the odds are). The rooms are nice but walls/floors/ceilings are thin. Lots of noise from above and from next door.

If you depend on a stable internet connection, this is not the right place. I was there for a week and every day I had problems connecting to the internet. However, the staff did their best to help alleviate the problem. Everything else was excellent. The breakfast was great, particularly on weekends.

Mooi hotel maar kamer was aan de kleine kant en een beetje verouderd. Het uitzicht was afgrijselijk maar daar had ik geen last van. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, het ontbijt buffet was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Geen probleem om glutenvrij te krijgen. Hebben daar de avond voordien gegeten. Een beperkte kaart maar wel lekker. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het oude centrum, aan de rand van de oude stad.

El hotel está bien. La única dos pegas. Es que el aparcamiento no tiene ascensor directo a las. Habitaciones y la otra es que las habitaciones. Son muy pequeñas

Whilst I'm sure the property ticked the various boxes to be technically 4 star, it fell below expectations based on my experience of other 4 star properties. The reception staff were always polite and efficient and the room service meal was plentiful and enjoyable. However, I noticed the following flaws: 1) WiFi signal in the room was OK but the internet connection this provided was intermittent to the point of being unusable. It ended up costing me my mobile data and just isn't acceptable for a modern hotel in 2023. I did raise this via Expedia in my check-in feedback but got no response. 2) I'm sure the air con in my room was out of order. Despite trying to alter the temperature settings, the room felt like a sauna. 3) Noise. For a modern building, I was surprised there was no soundproofing which meant the occupant in the room next door sounded like he was in my room. Noise from outside was extreme over the weekend... even with the window closed (which made the room even hotter) 4) Overall state of decor. I've seen more pristine furniture, decor and fixtures and fittings in hostel. Oh, and the lifts are brutal! 5) No vegetarian options on the room service menu. Overall, this hotel was disappointing for something rated at 4 stars. It seriously needs a refresh. I should stress though that the staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Staff was very friendly and the reception was so helpful upon our arrival. She gave us some lovely recommendations for what yo do and where to go on such a hot day! The cafe server was so friendly and despite her busy-ness, was so attentive.

Everything was great except the service in the restaurant for dinner. We were the only ones in there and it was very slow.

This was a mediocre hotel, which thinks it better than it is. The room was adequate but tired. Confusion about the address as Google took us to the town/Guardia Civil end of the road, rather than right opposite the park. Reception staff didn't want to know about this confusion. It wasn't possible to control the Air con/heating system in the room and housekeeping couldn't sort it either . Not the most welcoming hotel of our trip. Easy

Our stay was great, just as you would expect from a sercotel. we had a lovely snack dinner at the bar later in the evening, our waiter was lovely and food was good. Having breakfast and parking included was great, breakfast was varied and plenty. The downside for us cam after checkout when we arrived at our next location in Spain, I reaslised I had left my toilet bag in the bathroom. I rang and the gentleman I spoke to confirmed that they had it, but told me he was unable to send it to me as they have a lost property form online and I had to use that to get it back. I went online and filled out the form asking if it could be forwarded to another hotel as we are travelling for tne next several weeks, to date I have had no communication from them at all, I have supplied phone and email but nothing. Very disappointing.

Excellent service from the reception staff. The restaurant is excellent. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed.

Hotel correcto: limpieza, ubicación, habitación, instalaciones y desayuno. Cerca de la Catedral, Alcazaba, centro histórico…. Enfrente del parque de Castelar y próximo al puente de Palmas. El único inconveniente, las personas q pululaban indicando aparcamiento alrdedo del parque y hotel.

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné de la vieille ville,mais relativement au calme. L’insonorisation intérieure laisse à désirer.le petit déjeuner est très bien.L’accueil est efficace.

Las instalaciones, la habitación, la proximidad, el aparcamiento, el personal suponen una muy buena opción para alojarse en el centro de Badajoz

Das Hotel liegt am Fluss, am Rande der Altstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es mir etwas Glück in der "Zona Blanca" rund ums Hotel. Der Check in war schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im vierten Stock. Bequeme Betten, Kissenauswahl und eine angenehm leise Klimaanlage. Alles sehr sauber. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist über dem Spanien Standard, was die Auswahl und Qualität angeht. Fazit: mit dem Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen.
